1. 1ULBଯୋଥମ୍‍ ରାଜ୍ୟ କରିବାକୁ ଆରମ୍ଭ କରିବା ସମୟରେ ପଚିଶ ବର୍ଷ ବୟସ୍କ ହୋଇଥିଲେ; ସେ ଯିରୂଶାଲମରେ ଷୋଳ ବର୍ଷ ରାଜ୍ୟ କଲେ; ତାଙ୍କର ମାତାଙ୍କ ନାମ ଯିରୁଶା, ଯେ ସାଦୋକର କନ୍ୟା ଥିଲେ।BSBBSB: Jotham was twenty-five years old when he became king, and he reigned in Jerusalem sixteen years. His mother’s name was Jerushah daughter of Zadok.
2. 2ULBପୁଣି, ସେ ଆପଣା ପିତା ଉଷୀୟଙ୍କର ସମସ୍ତ କ୍ରିୟାନୁସାରେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ଦୃଷ୍ଟିରେ ଯଥାର୍ଥ କର୍ମ କଲେ; ତଥାପି ସେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ମନ୍ଦିରରେ ପ୍ରବେଶ କଲେ ନାହିଁ। ଆଉ, ଲୋକମାନେ ସେସମୟରେ ହେଁ ଦୁରାଚରଣ କଲେ।BSBBSB: And he did what was right in the eyes of the LORD, just as his father Uzziah had done. In addition, he did not enter the temple of the LORD. But the people still behaved corruptly.
3. 3ULBସେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ଗୃହର ଉପର ଦ୍ୱାର ଦୃଢ଼ କଲେ, ପୁଣି ଓଫଲର ପ୍ରାଚୀର ଉପରେ ଅନେକ ସ୍ଥାନ ନିର୍ମାଣ କଲେ।BSBBSB: Jotham rebuilt the Upper Gate of the house of the LORD, and he worked extensively on the wall at the hill of Ophel.
4. 4ULBଆହୁରି, ସେ ଯିହୁଦାର ପର୍ବତମୟ ଦେଶରେ ନାନା ନଗର ଓ ବନରେ ଗଡ଼ ଓ ଦୁର୍ଗସବୁ ନିର୍ମାଣ କଲେ।BSBBSB: He also built cities in the hill country of Judah and fortresses and towers in the forests.
5. 5ULBମଧ୍ୟ ସେ ଅମ୍ମୋନ-ସନ୍ତାନଗଣର ରାଜା ସଙ୍ଗେ ଯୁଦ୍ଧ କରି ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ପରାସ୍ତ କଲେ; ତହିଁରେ ଅମ୍ମୋନ ସନ୍ତାନଗଣ ସେହି ବର୍ଷ ତାଙ୍କୁ ଏକ ଶହ ତାଳନ୍ତ ରୂପା ଓ ଦଶ ସହସ୍ର ମହଣ ଗହମ ଓ ଦଶ ସହସ୍ର ମହଣ ଯବ ଦେଲେ। ଅମ୍ମୋନ ସନ୍ତାନଗଣ ଦ୍ୱିତୀୟ ଓ ତୃତୀୟ ବର୍ଷ ମଧ୍ୟ ସେତିକି ତାଙ୍କୁ ଦେଲେ।BSBBSB: Jotham waged war against the king of the Ammonites and defeated them, and that year they gave him a hundred talents of silver, ten thousand cors of wheat, and ten thousand cors of barley. They paid him the same in the second and third years.
6. 6ULBଏହିରୂପେ ଯୋଥମ୍‍ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଆପଣା ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ସମ୍ମୁଖରେ ଆପଣା ପଥ ସଜାଡ଼ିବାରୁ ପରାକ୍ରାନ୍ତ ହେଲେ।BSBBSB: So Jotham grew powerful because he ordered his ways before the LORD his God.
7. 7ULBଏହି ଯୋଥମ୍‍ଙ୍କର ଅବଶିଷ୍ଟ ବୃତ୍ତାନ୍ତ ଓ ତାଙ୍କର ସକଳ ଯୁଦ୍ଧ ଓ ତାଙ୍କର ଆଚରଣ ବିଷୟ, ଦେଖ, ଇସ୍ରାଏଲର ଓ ଯିହୁଦାର ରାଜାମାନଙ୍କ ପୁସ୍ତକରେ ଲେଖାଅଛି।BSBBSB: As for the rest of the acts of Jotham, along with all his wars and his ways, they are indeed written in the Book of the Kings of Israel and Judah.
8. 8ULBସେ ରାଜ୍ୟ କରିବାକୁ ଆରମ୍ଭ କରିବା ସମୟରେ ପଚିଶ ବର୍ଷ ବୟସ୍କ ହୋଇଥିଲେ ଓ ଯିରୂଶାଲମରେ ଷୋଳ ବର୍ଷ ରାଜ୍ୟ କଲେ।BSBBSB: He was twenty-five years old when he became king, and he reigned in Jerusalem sixteen years.
9. 9ULBପୁଣି, ଯୋଥମ୍‍ଙ୍କ ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ପରେ, ଲୋକମାନେ ଦାଉଦ-ନଗରରେ ତାଙ୍କୁ କବର ଦେଲେ; ତହୁଁ ତାଙ୍କର ପୁତ୍ର ଆହସ୍‌ ତାଙ୍କର ପଦରେ ରାଜ୍ୟ କଲେ।BSBBSB: And Jotham rested with his fathers and was buried in the City of David. And his son Ahaz reigned in his place.
