1 ULB ଯେଉଁ ସମୟରେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ସମସ୍ତ ଶତ୍ରୁ ହସ୍ତରୁ ଓ ଶାଉଲଙ୍କର ହସ୍ତରୁ ଦାଉଦଙ୍କୁ ଉଦ୍ଧାର କଲେ, ସେହି ସମୟରେ ସେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ୟରେ ଏହି ଗୀତ ଗାନ କଲେ; BSB BSB: And David sang this song to the LORD on the day the LORD had delivered him from the hand of all his enemies and from the hand of Saul.
2 ULB ସେ କହିଲେ, “ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ମୋହର ଶୈଳ ଓ ମୋହର ଗଡ଼ ଓ ମୋହର ରକ୍ଷାକର୍ତ୍ତା, BSB BSB: He said: “The LORD is my rock, my fortress, and my deliverer.
3 ULB ମୋହର ଶୈଳ ସ୍ୱରୂପ ପରମେଶ୍ୱର, ମୁଁ ତାହାଙ୍କଠାରେ ଆଶ୍ରୟ ନେବି। ମୋହର ଢାଲ ଓ ମୋହର ପରିତ୍ରାଣ ସ୍ୱରୂପ ଶୃଙ୍ଗ, ମୋହର ଉଚ୍ଚ ଦୁର୍ଗ ଓ ମୋହର ଆଶ୍ରୟ; ମୋହର ତ୍ରାଣକର୍ତ୍ତା, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ମୋତେ ଦୌରାତ୍ମ୍ୟରୁ ଉଦ୍ଧାର କରିଥାଅ। BSB BSB: My God is my rock, in whom I take refuge, my shield, and the horn of my salvation. My stronghold, my refuge, and my Savior, You save me from violence.
4 ULB ମୁଁ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କୁ ଆହ୍ୱାନ କରିବି, ସେ ପ୍ରଶଂସିତ ହେବା ଯୋଗ୍ୟ; ତହିଁରେ ମୁଁ ଆପଣା ଶତ୍ରୁଗଣଠାରୁ ଉଦ୍ଧାର ପାଇବି। BSB BSB: I will call upon the LORD, who is worthy to be praised; so shall I be saved from my enemies.
5 ULB କାରଣ ମୃତ୍ୟୁୁରୂପ ଲହରୀ ମୋତେ ବେଷ୍ଟନ କଲା, ଦୁଷ୍ଟମାନଙ୍କ ପ୍ଲାବନ(ଜୁଆର) ମୋତେ ଭୀତ କଲା। BSB BSB: For the waves of death engulfed me; the torrents of chaos overwhelmed me.
6 ULB ପାତାଳର ବନ୍ଧନ ମୋତେ ବେଷ୍ଟନ କଲା, ମୃତ୍ୟୁୁର ଫାନ୍ଦ ମୋହର ସମ୍ମୁଖବର୍ତ୍ତୀ ହେଲା। BSB BSB: The cords of Sheol entangled me; the snares of death confronted me.
7 ULB ମୋହର ସଙ୍କଟ ବେଳେ ମୁଁ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କୁ ଡାକିଲି, ହଁ, ମୁଁ ଆପଣା ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କୁ ଡାକିଲି; ତହୁଁ ସେ ଆପଣା ମନ୍ଦିରରେ ଥାଇ ମୋହର ରବ ଶୁଣିଲେ ଓ ମୋହର ଆର୍ତ୍ତନାଦ ତାହାଙ୍କ କର୍ଣ୍ଣରେ ଉପସ୍ଥିତ ହେଲା। BSB BSB: In my distress I called upon the LORD; I cried out to my God. And from His temple He heard my voice, and my cry for help reached His ears.
8 ULB ସେତେବେଳେ ପୃଥିବୀ ଟଳମଳ ଓ କମ୍ପିତ ହେଲା, ଗଗନମଣ୍ଡଳର ମୂଳସକଳ ଉଦ୍ବିଗ୍ନ ଓ ଟଳମଳ ହେଲା, କାରଣ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ପ୍ରଜ୍ୱଳିତ ହୋଇ ଉଠିଲେ। BSB BSB: Then the earth shook and quaked; the foundations of the heavens trembled; they were shaken because He burned with anger.
9 ULB ତାହାଙ୍କ ନାସାରନ୍ଧ୍ରରୁ ଧୂମ ନିର୍ଗତ ହେଲା ଓ ତାହାଙ୍କ ମୁଖରୁ ନିର୍ଗତ ଅଗ୍ନି ଗ୍ରାସ କଲା; ତଦ୍ଦ୍ୱାରା ଅଙ୍ଗାର ପ୍ରଜ୍ୱଳିତ ହେଲା। BSB BSB: Smoke rose from His nostrils, and consuming fire came from His mouth; glowing coals blazed forth.
10 ULB ମଧ୍ୟ ସେ ଆକାଶମଣ୍ଡଳକୁ ମେଲା କରି ଓହ୍ଲାଇ ଆସିଲେ ଓ ନିବିଡ଼ ଅନ୍ଧକାର ତାହାଙ୍କ ପାଦ ତଳେ ଥିଲା। BSB BSB: He parted the heavens and came down with dark clouds beneath His feet.
11 ULB ପୁଣି ସେ କିରୂବ ଉପରେ ଆରୋହଣ କରି ଉଡ୍ଡୀୟମାନ ହେଲେ; ହଁ, ସେ ବାୟୁର ପକ୍ଷ ଉପରେ ଦେଖାଗଲେ। BSB BSB: He mounted a cherub and flew; He soared on the wings of the wind.
12 ULB ସେ ଅନ୍ଧକାରକୁ, ଅର୍ଥାତ୍, ଜଳରାଶି ଓ ଆକାଶର ନିବିଡ଼ ମେଘକୁ ଆପଣା ଚତୁର୍ଦ୍ଦିଗସ୍ଥ କୁଟୀର ସ୍ୱରୂପ କଲେ। BSB BSB: He made darkness a canopy around Him, a gathering of water and thick clouds.
13 ULB ତାହାଙ୍କ ସମ୍ମୁଖବର୍ତ୍ତୀ ତେଜରେ ଆଗ୍ନେୟ-ଅଙ୍ଗାର ପତିତ ହେଲା। BSB BSB: From the brightness of His presence coals of fire blazed forth.
14 ULB ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଆକାଶରୁ ଗର୍ଜ୍ଜନ କଲେ ଓ ସର୍ବୋପରିସ୍ଥ ଯେ, ସେ ଆପଣା ରବ ଉଚ୍ଚାରଣ କଲେ। BSB BSB: The LORD thundered from heaven; the voice of the Most High resounded.
15 ULB ପୁଣି ସେ ବାଣ ନିକ୍ଷେପ କରି ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଛିନ୍ନଭିନ୍ନ କଲେ; ବିଜୁଳି ଦ୍ୱାରା ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ବିଚ୍ଛିନ୍ନ କଲେ। BSB BSB: He shot His arrows and scattered the foes; He hurled lightning and routed them.
16 ULB ସେତେବେଳେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ତର୍ଜ୍ଜନରେ ଓ ତାହାଙ୍କ ନାସିକାର ପ୍ରଶ୍ୱାସ ବାୟୁରେ ସମୁଦ୍ରର ଗର୍ଭ ପ୍ରକାଶ ପାଇଲା ଓ ଭୂମଣ୍ଡଳର ମୂଳସକଳ ଦେଖାଗଲା। BSB BSB: The channels of the sea appeared, and the foundations of the world were exposed at the rebuke of the LORD, at the blast of the breath of His nostrils.
17 ULB ସେ ଉର୍ଦ୍ଧ୍ବରୁ (ହାତ) ବଢ଼ାଇଲେ, ସେ ମୋତେ ଧରିଲେ; ସେ ଅପାର ଜଳ ମଧ୍ୟରୁ ମୋତେ ଟାଣି ନେଲେ। BSB BSB: He reached down from on high and took hold of me; He drew me out of deep waters.
18 ULB ସେ ମୋହର ବଳବାନ ଶତ୍ରୁଠାରୁ ଓ ମୋହର ଘୃଣାକାରୀମାନଙ୍କଠାରୁ ମୋତେ ରକ୍ଷା କଲେ; କାରଣ ସେମାନେ ମୋ’ଠାରୁ ଅତି ବଳବାନ ଥିଲେ। BSB BSB: He rescued me from my powerful enemy, from foes too mighty for me.
19 ULB ସେମାନେ ମୋହର ବିପଦ ଦିନରେ ମୋର ସମ୍ମୁଖବର୍ତ୍ତୀ ହେଲେ; ମାତ୍ର ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ମୋର ସହାୟ ହେଲେ। BSB BSB: They confronted me in my day of calamity, but the LORD was my support.
20 ULB ସେ ମଧ୍ୟ ମୋତେ ବାହାର କରି ପ୍ରଶସ୍ତ ସ୍ଥାନକୁ ପହଞ୍ଚାଇଲେ; ସେ ମୋତେ ରକ୍ଷା କଲେ, କାରଣ ସେ ମୋ’ଠାରେ ସନ୍ତୁଷ୍ଟ ହେଲେ। BSB BSB: He brought me out into the open; He rescued me because He delighted in me.
21 ULB ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ମୋର ଧାର୍ମିକତାନୁସାରେ ମୋତେ ପୁରସ୍କାର ଦେଲେ; ମୋର ହସ୍ତର ପବିତ୍ରତାନୁସାରେ ମୋତେ ଫଳ ଦେଲେ। BSB BSB: The LORD has rewarded me according to my righteousness; He has repaid me according to the cleanness of my hands.
22 ULB କାରଣ ମୁଁ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ପଥ ଧରିଲି ଓ ଦୁଷ୍ଟତାପୂର୍ବକ ମୁଁ ଆପଣା ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କୁ ତ୍ୟାଗ କଲି ନାହିଁ। BSB BSB: For I have kept the ways of the LORD and have not wickedly departed from my God.
23 ULB ଯେହେତୁ ତାହାଙ୍କର ସମସ୍ତ ଶାସନ ମୋହର ସମ୍ମୁଖରେ ଥିଲା ଓ ତାହାଙ୍କର ବିଧିସକଳ ମୁଁ ପରିତ୍ୟାଗ କଲି ନାହିଁ। BSB BSB: For all His ordinances are before me; I have not disregarded His statutes.
24 ULB ମୁଁ ମଧ୍ୟ ତାହାଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତି ସିଦ୍ଧ ଥିଲି ଓ ମୁଁ ଆପଣା ଅଧର୍ମରୁ ଆପଣାକୁ ରକ୍ଷା କଲି। BSB BSB: And I have been blameless before Him and kept myself from iniquity.
25 ULB ଏହେତୁ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ମୋର ଧାର୍ମିକତାନୁସାରେ ଓ ତାହାଙ୍କ ଦୃଷ୍ଟିରେ ମୋହର ପବିତ୍ରତାନୁସାରେ ମୋତେ ଫଳ ଦେଲେ। BSB BSB: So the LORD has repaid me according to my righteousness, according to my cleanness in His sight.
26 ULB ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଦୟାଳୁ ପ୍ରତି ଆପଣାକୁ ଦୟାଳୁ ଓ ସିଦ୍ଧ ଲୋକ ପ୍ରତି ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଆପଣାକୁ ସିଦ୍ଧ ଦେଖାଇବ। BSB BSB: To the faithful You show Yourself faithful, to the blameless You show Yourself blameless;
27 ULB ଶୁଚି ଲୋକ ପ୍ରତି ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଆପଣାକୁ ଶୁଚି ଦେଖାଇବ ଓ କୁଟିଳ ଲୋକ ପ୍ରତି ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଆପଣାକୁ ଚତୁର ଦେଖାଇବ। BSB BSB: to the pure You show Yourself pure, but to the crooked You show Yourself shrewd.
28 ULB ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଦୁଃଖୀ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ଉଦ୍ଧାର କର; ମାତ୍ର ଉଦ୍ଧତ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ନତ କରିବାକୁ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ଉପରେ ତୁମ୍ଭର ଦୃଷ୍ଟି ଥାଏ। BSB BSB: You save an afflicted people, but Your eyes are on the haughty to bring them down.
29 ULB ହେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ମୋହର ପ୍ରଦୀପ; ପୁଣି ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ମୋହର ଅନ୍ଧକାର ଆଲୋକମୟ କରିବେ। BSB BSB: For You, O LORD, are my lamp; the LORD lights up my darkness.
30 ULB କାରଣ ମୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭ ଦ୍ୱାରା ସୈନ୍ୟ ଉପରେ ଦୌଡ଼େ; ମୁଁ ଆପଣା ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ଦ୍ୱାରା ପାଚେରୀ ଡିଏଁ। BSB BSB: For in You I can charge an army; with my God I can scale a wall.
31 ULB ସେ ପରମେଶ୍ୱର, ତାହାଙ୍କ ପଥ ଯଥାର୍ଥ; ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ବାକ୍ୟ ପରୀକ୍ଷାସିଦ୍ଧ; ସେ ଆପଣା ଆଶ୍ରିତ ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କର ଢାଲ। BSB BSB: As for God, His way is perfect; the word of the LORD is flawless. He is a shield to all who take refuge in Him.
32 ULB ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ବିନା ଆଉ କିଏ ପରମେଶ୍ୱର? ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ଛଡ଼ା ଆଉ କିଏ ଶୈଳ? BSB BSB: For who is God besides the LORD? And who is the Rock except our God?
33 ULB ପରମେଶ୍ୱର ମୋହର ଦୃଢ଼ ଆଶ୍ରୟ; ସେ ସିଦ୍ଧ ଲୋକଙ୍କୁ ଆପଣା ପଥରେ କଢ଼ାଇ ନିଅନ୍ତି। BSB BSB: God is my strong fortress, and He makes my way clear.
34 ULB ସେ ମୋ’ର ପାଦକୁ ହରିଣୀର ପାଦ ତୁଲ୍ୟ କରନ୍ତି ଓ ସେ ମୋତେ ମୋ’ର ଉଚ୍ଚସ୍ଥଳୀରେ ବସାନ୍ତି। BSB BSB: He makes my feet like those of a deer and stations me upon the heights.
35 ULB ସେ ମୋ’ ହସ୍ତକୁ ଯୁଦ୍ଧ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଶିଖାନ୍ତି; ତହିଁରେ ମୋହର ବାହୁ ପିତ୍ତଳ ଧନୁ ବଙ୍କା କରେ। BSB BSB: He trains my hands for battle; my arms can bend a bow of bronze.
36 ULB ତୁମ୍ଭେ ମଧ୍ୟ ମୋତେ ନିଜ ପରିତ୍ରାଣରୂପ ଢାଲ ଦେଇଅଛ; ତୁମ୍ଭର ନମ୍ରତା (ଦୟା) ମୋତେ ବୃଦ୍ଧିପ୍ରାପ୍ତ କରିଅଛି। BSB BSB: You have given me Your shield of salvation, and Your gentleness exalts me.
37 ULB ତୁମ୍ଭେ ମୋ’ ତଳେ ମୋର ପାଦ-ରଖିବା ସ୍ଥାନ ପ୍ରଶସ୍ତ କରିଅଛ ଓ ମୋହର ଗୋଇଠି ଖସି ଯାଇ ନାହିଁ। BSB BSB: You broaden the path beneath me so that my ankles do not give way.
38 ULB ମୁଁ ଆପଣା ଶତ୍ରୁମାନଙ୍କ ପଛେ ପଛେ ଗୋଡ଼ାଇ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ବିନାଶ କରିଅଛି ଓ ସେମାନେ ସଂହାରିତ ହେବା ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ମୁଁ ଫେରିଲି ନାହିଁ। BSB BSB: I pursued my enemies and destroyed them; I did not turn back until they were consumed.
39 ULB ମୁଁ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଏପରି ସଂହାର ଓ ଚୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ କରିଅଛି ଯେ, ସେମାନେ ଆଉ ଉଠି ନ ପାରନ୍ତି; ହଁ, ସେମାନେ ମୋର ପାଦ ତଳେ ପତିତ ହୋଇଅଛନ୍ତି। BSB BSB: I devoured and crushed them so they could not rise; they have fallen under my feet.
40 ULB ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଯୁଦ୍ଧ ନିମନ୍ତେ ବଳରୂପ ବନ୍ଧନୀରେ କଟି ପରି ବଳ ଦେଇଅଛ; ମୋ’ ବିରୁଦ୍ଧରେ ଉତ୍ଥିତ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ମୋହର ବଶୀଭୂତ କରିଅଛ। BSB BSB: You have armed me with strength for battle; You have subdued my foes beneath me.
41 ULB ତୁମ୍ଭେ ମଧ୍ୟ ମୋହର ଶତ୍ରୁମାନଙ୍କ ପିଠି ମୋ’ ଆଡ଼େ ଫେରାଇଲ, ତହିଁରେ ମୁଁ ଆପଣା ଘୃଣାକାରୀମାନଙ୍କୁ ଉଚ୍ଛିନ୍ନ କଲି। BSB BSB: You have made my enemies retreat before me; I destroyed those who hated me.
42 ULB ସେମାନେ କ୍ରନ୍ଦନ କଲେ, ମାତ୍ର ଉଦ୍ଧାରକର୍ତ୍ତା କେହି ନ ଥିଲା; ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତି ମଧ୍ୟ (ଅନାଇଲେ), ମାତ୍ର ସେ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଉତ୍ତର ଦେଲେ ନାହିଁ। BSB BSB: They looked, but there was no one to save them—to the LORD, but He did not answer.
43 ULB ତହୁଁ ମୁଁ ପୃଥିବୀର ଧୂଳି ପରି ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଚୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ କଲି, ମୁଁ ସଡ଼କର କାଦୁଅ ପରି ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଦଳିଲି ଓ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଛିନ୍ନଭିନ୍ନ କଲି। BSB BSB: I ground them as the dust of the earth; I crushed and trampled them like mud in the streets.
44 ULB ତୁମ୍ଭେ ମଧ୍ୟ ମୋ’ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କ ବିବାଦରୁ ମୋତେ ରକ୍ଷା କରିଅଛ; ତୁମ୍ଭେ ମୋତେ ଅନ୍ୟ ଦେଶୀୟମାନଙ୍କ ମସ୍ତକ ହେବା ପାଇଁ ରଖିଅଛ; ମୋହର ଅପରିଚିତ ଲୋକମାନେ ମୋହର ସେବା କରିବେ। BSB BSB: You have delivered me from the strife of my people; You have preserved me as the head of nations; a people I had not known shall serve me.
45 ULB ବିଦେଶୀୟମାନେ ଆପଣାମାନଙ୍କୁ ମୋହର ବଶୀଭୂତ କଲେ; ସେମାନେ ମୋ’ ବିଷୟ ଶୁଣିବା ମାତ୍ରେ ମୋହର ଆଜ୍ଞାବହ ହେଲେ। BSB BSB: Foreigners cower before me; when they hear me, they obey me.
46 ULB ବିଦେଶୀୟମାନେ ଆପଣାମାନଙ୍କ ଗୁପ୍ତ ସ୍ଥାନରୁ ଥରହର ହୋଇ ବାହାରି ଆସିଲେ। BSB BSB: Foreigners lose heart and come trembling from their strongholds.
47 ULB ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ନିତ୍ୟଜୀବୀ; ମୋହର ଶୈଳ ଧନ୍ୟ ହେଉନ୍ତୁ ଓ ମୋ’ ପରିତ୍ରାଣର ଶୈଳ ସ୍ୱରୂପ ପରମେଶ୍ୱର ଉନ୍ନତ ହେଉନ୍ତୁ। BSB BSB: The LORD lives, and blessed be my Rock! And may God, the Rock of my salvation, be exalted—
48 ULB ସେହି ପରମେଶ୍ୱର ମୋ’ ପକ୍ଷରେ ପରିଶୋଧ ନିଅନ୍ତି ଓ ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀୟମାନଙ୍କୁ ମୋ’ ତଳେ ନତ କରନ୍ତି। BSB BSB: the God who avenges me and brings down nations beneath me,
49 ULB ପୁଣି ସେ ମୋ’ ଶତ୍ରୁଗଣଠାରୁ ମୋତେ ବାହାର କରି ଆଣନ୍ତି; ହଁ, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ମୋ’ ବିରୁଦ୍ଧରେ ଉତ୍ଥିତ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କ ଉପରେ ମୋତେ ଉଚ୍ଚୀକୃତ କରୁଅଛ; ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଉପଦ୍ରବୀ ଲୋକଠାରୁ ମୋତେ ରକ୍ଷା କରୁଅଛ। BSB BSB: who frees me from my enemies. You exalt me above my foes; You rescue me from violent men.
50 ULB ଏହେତୁ ହେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ, ମୁଁ ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀୟମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ତୁମ୍ଭର ଧନ୍ୟବାଦ କରିବି ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭ ନାମର ପ୍ରଶଂସାଗାନ କରିବି। BSB BSB: Therefore I will praise You, O LORD, among the nations; I will sing praises to Your name.
51 ULB ସେ ଆପଣା ରାଜାକୁ ମହାପରିତ୍ରାଣ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରନ୍ତି; ସେ ଆପଣା ଅଭିଷିକ୍ତ ପ୍ରତି, ଦାଉଦ ଓ ତାହାର ବଂଶ ପ୍ରତି ଅନନ୍ତ କାଳ ଦୟା ପ୍ରକାଶ କରନ୍ତି।” BSB BSB: Great salvation He brings to His king. He shows loving devotion to His anointed, to David and his descendants forever.”
