1 ULB ଆହୁରି, ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କର ବାକ୍ୟ ମୋ’ ନିକଟରେ ଉପସ୍ଥିତ ହେଲା, ଯଥା; BSB BSB: Moreover, the word of the LORD came to me, saying,
2 ULB “ହେ ମନୁଷ୍ୟ-ସନ୍ତାନ, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ସେୟୀର ପର୍ବତ ବିରୁଦ୍ଧରେ ମୁଖ ରଖ ଓ ତାହା ବିରୁଦ୍ଧରେ ଭବିଷ୍ୟଦ୍ବାକ୍ୟ ପ୍ରଚାର କରି ତାହାକୁ କୁହ, BSB BSB: “Son of man, set your face against Mount Seir and prophesy against it,
3 ULB ପ୍ରଭୁ, ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଏହି କଥା କହନ୍ତି; ହେ ସେୟୀର ପର୍ବତ, ଦେଖ, ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭର ପ୍ରତିକୂଳ ଅଟୁ ଓ ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭ ବିରୁଦ୍ଧରେ ଆପଣା ହସ୍ତ ବିସ୍ତାର କରିବା, ଆଉ ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ଧ୍ୱଂସ ଓ ଶୂନ୍ୟର ସ୍ଥାନ କରିବା। BSB BSB: and declare that this is what the Lord GOD says: Behold, I am against you, O Mount Seir. I will stretch out My hand against you and make you a desolate waste.
4 ULB ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭର ନଗରସବୁ ଶୂନ୍ୟ କରିବା ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଧ୍ୱଂସସ୍ଥାନ ହେବ, ଆଉ ଆମ୍ଭେ ଯେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଅଟୁ, ଏହା ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଜାଣିବ। BSB BSB: I will turn your cities into ruins, and you will become a desolation. Then you will know that I am the LORD.
5 ULB ତୁମ୍ଭର ଚିରକାଳ ଶତ୍ରୁତାଭାବ ଅଛି ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଇସ୍ରାଏଲ ସନ୍ତାନଗଣର ବିପଦ ସମୟରେ, ଅର୍ଥାତ୍, ସେମାନଙ୍କର ଶେଷ ଅଧର୍ମର ସମୟରେ ଖଡ୍ଗର ପରାକ୍ରମରେ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ସମର୍ପଣ କରିଅଛ; BSB BSB: Because you harbored an ancient hatred and delivered the Israelites over to the sword in the time of their disaster at the final stage of their punishment,
6 ULB ଏହେତୁ ପ୍ରଭୁ, ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଏହି କଥା କହନ୍ତି, ଆମ୍ଭେ ଜୀବିତ ଥିବା ପ୍ରମାଣେ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ରକ୍ତପାତ ନିମନ୍ତେ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ କରିବା ଓ ରକ୍ତ ତୁମ୍ଭ ପଛେ ପଛେ ଗୋଡ଼ାଇବ; ତୁମ୍ଭେ ରକ୍ତ ଘୃଣା କରି ନାହଁ, ଏଥିପାଇଁ ରକ୍ତ ତୁମ୍ଭ ପଛେ ପଛେ ଗୋଡ଼ାଇବ। BSB BSB: therefore as surely as I live, declares the Lord GOD, I will give you over to bloodshed and it will pursue you. Since you did not hate bloodshed, it will pursue you.
7 ULB ଏହି ପ୍ରକାର ଆମ୍ଭେ ସେୟୀର ପର୍ବତକୁ ଶୂନ୍ୟ ଓ ଧ୍ୱଂସର ସ୍ଥାନ କରିବା ଓ ଆମ୍ଭେ ତହିଁ ମଧ୍ୟ ଦେଇ ଗମନକାରୀକୁ ଓ ଫେରିବା ଲୋକକୁ ଉଚ୍ଛିନ୍ନ କରିବା। BSB BSB: I will make Mount Seir a desolate waste and will cut off from it those who come and go.
8 ULB ପୁଣି, ଆମ୍ଭେ ତାହାର ହତ ଲୋକରେ ତାହାର ପର୍ବତଗଣକୁ ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ କରିବା; ତୁମ୍ଭର ଉପପର୍ବତରେ ଓ ଉପତ୍ୟକାରେ ଓ ଜଳପ୍ରବାହ ସ୍ଥାନରେ ଖଡ୍ଗ ଦ୍ୱାରା ହତ ଲୋକମାନେ ପତିତ ହେବେ। BSB BSB: I will fill its mountains with the slain; those killed by the sword will fall on your hills, in your valleys, and in all your ravines.
9 ULB ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ସଦାକାଳ ଧ୍ୱଂସସ୍ଥାନ କରିବା ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭର ନଗରସକଳ ନିବାସୀହୀନ ହେବ; ତହିଁରେ ଆମ୍ଭେ ଯେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଅଟୁ, ଏହା ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଜାଣିବ। BSB BSB: I will make you a perpetual desolation, and your cities will not be inhabited. Then you will know that I am the LORD.
10 ULB ସେସ୍ଥାନରେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଥିଲେ ହେଁ ତୁମ୍ଭେ କହିଅଛ, “ଏହି ଦୁଇ ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀ ଓ ଏହି ଦୁଇ ଦେଶ ମୋ’ର ହେବ ଓ ଆମ୍ଭେମାନେ ତାହା ଅଧିକାର କରିବା,” BSB BSB: Because you have said, ‘These two nations and countries will be ours, and we will possess them,’ even though the LORD was there,
11 ULB ଏହେତୁ ପ୍ରଭୁ, ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ କହନ୍ତି, ଆମ୍ଭେ ଜୀବିତ ଥିବା ପ୍ରମାଣେ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଆପଣା ଘୃଣାଭାବ ସକାଶୁ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତି ଯେପରି କରିଅଛ, ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭର ସେହି କ୍ରୋଧ ଓ ସେହି ଈର୍ଷାନୁସାରେ ତୁମ୍ଭ ପ୍ରତି କର୍ମ କରିବା ଓ ଆମ୍ଭେ ଯେତେବେଳେ ତୁମ୍ଭର ବିଚାର କରିବା, ସେତେବେଳେ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଆପଣାର ପରିଚୟ ଦେବା। BSB BSB: therefore as surely as I live, declares the Lord GOD, I will treat you according to the anger and jealousy you showed in your hatred against them, and I will make Myself known among them when I judge you.
12 ULB ଆଉ, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଇସ୍ରାଏଲର ପର୍ବତଗଣ ବିରୁଦ୍ଧରେ ଯେଉଁ ସକଳ ନିନ୍ଦାର କଥା କହିଅଛ, ଅର୍ଥାତ୍, “ସେହି ସବୁ ଧ୍ୱଂସସ୍ଥାନ ଓ ସେହି ସବୁ ଗ୍ରାସାର୍ଥେ ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ଦତ୍ତ ହୋଇଅଛି” ବୋଲି କହିଅଛ, ତାହା ଆମ୍ଭେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଯେ ଶୁଣିଅଛୁ, ଏହା ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଜାଣିବ। BSB BSB: Then you will know that I, the LORD, have heard every contemptuous word you uttered against the mountains of Israel when you said, ‘They are desolate; they are given to us to devour!’
13 ULB ପୁଣି, ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଆପଣା ମୁଖରେ ଆମ୍ଭ ବିରୁଦ୍ଧରେ ଆପଣାମାନଙ୍କୁ ବଡ଼ କରିଅଛ ଓ ଆମ୍ଭ ବିରୁଦ୍ଧରେ କଥା ବଢ଼ାଇଅଛ; ଆମ୍ଭେ ତାହା ଶୁଣିଅଛୁ। BSB BSB: You boasted against Me with your mouth and multiplied your words against Me. I heard it Myself!
14 ULB ପ୍ରଭୁ, ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଏହି କଥା କହନ୍ତି; ସମୁଦାୟ ପୃଥିବୀର ଆନନ୍ଦ କାଳରେ ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ଧ୍ୱଂସ କରିବା। BSB BSB: This is what the Lord GOD says: While the whole earth rejoices, I will make you desolate.
15 ULB ଇସ୍ରାଏଲ ବଂଶର ଅଧିକାର ଧ୍ୱଂସ ହେବାରୁ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଯେପରି ଆନନ୍ଦ କରିଥିଲ, ସେହିପରି ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭ ପ୍ରତି କରିବା; ହେ ସେୟୀର ପର୍ବତ, ହେ ସମୁଦାୟ ଇଦୋମ, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଧ୍ୱଂସ ହେବ, ତହିଁରେ ଆମ୍ଭେ ଯେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଅଟୁ; ଏହା ଲୋକମାନେ ଜାଣିବେ।” BSB BSB: As you rejoiced when the inheritance of the house of Israel became desolate, so will I do to you. You will become a desolation, O Mount Seir, and so will all of Edom. Then they will know that I am the LORD.
