5 ULB ସେହି ଜ୍ୟୋତିଃ ଅନ୍ଧକାରରେ ଜାଜ୍ୱଲ୍ୟମାନ ହୋଇ ଆସୁଅଛି, ଆଉ ଅନ୍ଧକାର ତାହା ଗ୍ରହଣ କରି ନାହିଁ। BSB BSB: The Light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.

11 ULB ସେ ଆପଣା ରାଜ୍ୟକୁଆସିଲେ, ତଥାପି ତାହାଙ୍କର ନିଜ ଲୋକମାନେ ତାହାଙ୍କୁ ଗ୍ରହଣ କଲେ ନାହିଁ। BSB BSB: He came to His own, and His own did not receive Him.
12 ULB ମାତ୍ର ଯେତେ ଲୋକ ତାହାଙ୍କୁ ଗ୍ରହଣ କଲେ, ଅର୍ଥାତ୍, ଯେଉଁମାନେ ତାହାଙ୍କ ନାମରେ ବିଶ୍ୱାସ କଲେ, ସେ ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କୁ ସେ ଈଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ସନ୍ତାନ ହେବା ନିମନ୍ତେ ଅଧିକାର ଦେଲେ; BSB BSB: But to all who did receive Him, to those who believed in His name, He gave the right to become children of God—

32 ULB ଆଉ, ଯୋହନ ସାକ୍ଷ୍ୟ ଦେଇ କହିଲେ, ମୁଁ ଆତ୍ମାଙ୍କୁ କପୋତ ପରି ଆକାଶରୁ ଅବତରଣ କରିବା ଦେଖିଅଛି, ଆଉ ସେ ତାହାଙ୍କ ଉପରେ ଅବସ୍ଥାନ କଲେ। BSB BSB: Then John testified, “I saw the Spirit descending from heaven like a dove and resting on Him.

35 ULB ତହିଁ ଆରଦିନ ପୁନର୍ବାର ଯୋହନ ଓ ତାହାଙ୍କ ଶିଷ୍ୟମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରୁ ଦୁଇ ଜଣ ଠିଆ ହୋଇଥିଲେ; BSB BSB: The next day John was there again with two of his disciples.
36 ULB ଆଉ, ସେ ଯୀଶୁଙ୍କୁ ସେହି ବାଟ ଦେଇ ଯାଉଥିବା ଦେଖି ତାହାଙ୍କୁ ଏକଦୃଷ୍ଟିରେ ଚାହିଁ କହିଲେ, ଏହି ଦେଖ, ଈଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ମେଷଶାବକ। BSB BSB: When he saw Jesus walking by, he said, “Look, the Lamb of God!”
