1 ULB ଏଥିଉତ୍ତାରେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ମୋଶାଙ୍କୁ କହିଲେ, BSB BSB: Then the LORD said to Moses,
2 ULB “ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଇସ୍ରାଏଲ ସନ୍ତାନଗଣକୁ ଏହି ଆଜ୍ଞା ଦିଅ, ନିତ୍ୟ ନିତ୍ୟ ପ୍ରଦୀପ ଜ୍ୱଳାଇବା ନିମନ୍ତେ ସେମାନେ ତୁମ୍ଭ ନିକଟକୁ ନିର୍ମଳ ପେଷା ଜୀତ ତୈଳ ଆଣିବେ। BSB BSB: “Command the Israelites to bring you pure oil of pressed olives for the light, to keep the lamps burning continually.
3 ULB ହାରୋଣ ସମାଗମ-ତମ୍ବୁ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ସାକ୍ଷ୍ୟ-ସିନ୍ଦୁକର ବିଚ୍ଛେଦବସ୍ତ୍ର ବାହାରେ ସନ୍ଧ୍ୟାଠାରୁ ପ୍ରଭାତ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ସମ୍ମୁଖରେ ନିତ୍ୟ ନିତ୍ୟ ତାହା ସ୍ଥାପନ କରିବ; ଏହା ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ପୁରୁଷାନୁକ୍ରମେ ପାଳନୀୟ ଅନନ୍ତକାଳୀନ ବିଧି। BSB BSB: Outside the veil of the Testimony in the Tent of Meeting, Aaron is to tend the lamps continually before the LORD from evening until morning. This is to be a permanent statute for the generations to come.
4 ULB ସେ ନିର୍ମଳ ଦୀପବୃକ୍ଷ ଉପରେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ସମ୍ମୁଖରେ ନିତ୍ୟ ନିତ୍ୟ ସେହି ପ୍ରଦୀପସକଳ ସ୍ଥାପନ କରିବ। BSB BSB: He shall tend the lamps on the pure gold lampstand before the LORD continually.
5 ULB ଆଉ, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ସରୁ ମଇଦା ନେଇ ତହିଁରେ ବାରଗୋଟି ପିଠା ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ କରିବ; ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକ ପିଠା ଏକ ଐଫାର ଦୁଇ ଦଶମାଂଶ ହେବ। BSB BSB: You are also to take fine flour and bake twelve loaves, using two-tenths of an ephah for each loaf,
6 ULB ପୁଣି, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଏକ ଏକ ଧାଡ଼ିରେ ଛଅ ଛଅ, ଏପରି ଦୁଇ ଧାଡ଼ି କରି ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ସମ୍ମୁଖରେ ନିର୍ମଳ ମେଜ ଉପରେ ତାହା ସବୁ ରଖିବ। BSB BSB: and set them in two rows—six per row—on the table of pure gold before the LORD.
7 ULB ଆଉ, ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକ ଧାଡ଼ି ଉପରେ ନିର୍ମଳ କୁନ୍ଦୁରୁ ଦେବ, ତାହା ସେହି ରୁଟିର ସ୍ମରଣାର୍ଥକ ଅଂଶ ରୂପେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ୟରେ ଅଗ୍ନିକୃତ ଉପହାର ହେବ। BSB BSB: And you are to place pure frankincense near each row, so that it may serve as a memorial portion for the bread, a food offering to the LORD.
8 ULB ପୁଣି, ଯାଜକ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକ ବିଶ୍ରାମବାର ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ସମ୍ମୁଖରେ ତାହା ନିତ୍ୟ ନିତ୍ୟ ସ୍ଥାପନ କରିବ; ଇସ୍ରାଏଲ ସନ୍ତାନଗଣ ପକ୍ଷରେ ଏହା ଅନନ୍ତକାଳୀନ ନିୟମ। BSB BSB: Every Sabbath day the bread is to be set out before the LORD on behalf of the Israelites as a permanent covenant.
9 ULB ପୁଣି, ତାହା ହାରୋଣ ଓ ତାହାର ପୁତ୍ରଗଣଙ୍କର ହେବ; ଆଉ, ସେମାନେ କୌଣସି ଏକ ପବିତ୍ର ସ୍ଥାନରେ ତାହା ଭୋଜନ କରିବେ, କାରଣ ତାହା ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ଅଗ୍ନିକୃତ ଉପହାର ମଧ୍ୟରେ ତାହା ପ୍ରତି ମହାପବିତ୍ର ଅଟେ; ଏହା ଅନନ୍ତକାଳୀନ ବିଧି।” BSB BSB: It belongs to Aaron and his sons, who are to eat it in a holy place; for it is to him a most holy part of the food offerings to the LORD—his portion forever.”
10 ULB ଏଥିଉତ୍ତାରେ ମିସ୍ରୀୟ ପୁରୁଷର ଔରସରେ ଇସ୍ରାଏଲ ବଂଶୀୟା ସ୍ତ୍ରୀଠାରୁ ଜାତ ଏକ ପୁତ୍ର ବାହାର ହୋଇ ଇସ୍ରାଏଲ ସନ୍ତାନଗଣ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଗଲା; ପୁଣି ଛାଉଣି ମଧ୍ୟରେ ସେହି ଇସ୍ରାଏଲୀୟା ସ୍ତ୍ରୀର ପୁତ୍ର ଓ ଇସ୍ରାଏଲୀୟ କୌଣସି ପୁରୁଷ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ବିବାଦ ହେଲା। BSB BSB: Now the son of an Israelite mother and an Egyptian father went out among the Israelites, and a fight broke out in the camp between him and an Israelite.
11 ULB ତହିଁରେ ସେହି ଇସ୍ରାଏଲୀୟା ସ୍ତ୍ରୀର ପୁତ୍ର (ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ) ନାମକୁ ନିନ୍ଦା କରି ଅଭିଶାପ ଦେଲା; ତହୁଁ ଲୋକମାନେ ତାହାକୁ ମୋଶାଙ୍କ ନିକଟକୁ ଆଣିଲେ; ତାହାର ମାତାର ନାମ ଶଲୋମୀତ୍, ସେ ଦାନ୍ ବଂଶୀୟ ଦିବ୍ରିର କନ୍ୟା ଥିଲା। BSB BSB: The son of the Israelite woman blasphemed the Name with a curse. So they brought him to Moses. (His mother’s name was Shelomith daughter of Dibri, of the tribe of Dan.)
12 ULB ପୁଣି ଲୋକମାନେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ମୁଖରୁ ଆଦେଶ ପାଇବା ଅପେକ୍ଷାରେ ତାହାକୁ ରୁଦ୍ଧ କରି ରଖିଲେ। BSB BSB: They placed him in custody until the will of the LORD should be made clear to them.
13 ULB ତହୁଁ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ମୋଶାଙ୍କୁ କହିଲେ, BSB BSB: Then the LORD said to Moses,
14 ULB “ଯେଉଁ ଲୋକ ଅଭିଶାପ ଦେଇଅଛି, ତାହାକୁ ଛାଉଣି ବାହାରକୁ ଆଣ; ପୁଣି ଯେଉଁମାନେ ତାହାର କଥା ଶୁଣିଅଛନ୍ତି, ସେମାନେ ସମସ୍ତେ ତାହାର ମସ୍ତକରେ ହସ୍ତ ଦିଅନ୍ତୁ, ପୁଣି ସମୁଦାୟ ମଣ୍ଡଳୀ ପଥର ମାରି ତାହାକୁ ବଧ କରନ୍ତୁ। BSB BSB: “Take the blasphemer outside the camp, and have all who heard him lay their hands on his head; then have the whole assembly stone him.
15 ULB ଆଉ, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଇସ୍ରାଏଲ ସନ୍ତାନଗଣକୁ କୁହ, ଯେକେହି ଆପଣା ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କୁ ଅଭିଶାପ ଦିଏ, ସେ ଆପଣା ଅପରାଧ ବୋହିବ। BSB BSB: And you are to tell the Israelites, ‘If anyone curses his God, he shall bear the consequences of his sin.
16 ULB ପୁଣି, ଯେକେହି ଆପଣା ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ନାମର ନିନ୍ଦା କରେ, ସେ ଅବଶ୍ୟ ହତ ହେବ; ସମସ୍ତ ମଣ୍ଡଳୀ ତାହାକୁ ନିଶ୍ଚୟ ପଥର ମାରି ବଧ କରିବେ; ବିଦେଶୀ ହେଉ ବା ସ୍ୱଦେଶୀ ହେଉ, ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ନାମର ନିନ୍ଦା କଲେ ହତ ହେବ। BSB BSB: Whoever blasphemes the name of the LORD must surely be put to death; the whole assembly must surely stone him, whether he is a foreign resident or native; if he blasphemes the Name, he must be put to death.
17 ULB ଆଉ, ଯେକେହି କୌଣସି ମନୁଷ୍ୟକୁ ପ୍ରାଣାନ୍ତକ ଆଘାତ କରେ, ସେ ନିଶ୍ଚୟ ହତ ହେବ। BSB BSB: And if a man takes the life of anyone else, he must surely be put to death.
18 ULB ପୁଣି, ଯେକେହି କୌଣସି ପଶୁକୁ ପ୍ରାଣାନ୍ତକ ଆଘାତ କରେ, ସେ ତହିଁର ପରିଶୋଧ ଦେବ; ପ୍ରାଣ ପରିଶୋଧରେ ପ୍ରାଣ। BSB BSB: Whoever kills an animal must make restitution—life for life.
19 ULB ଆଉ, କୌଣସି ମନୁଷ୍ୟ ଯଦି ଆପଣା ପ୍ରତିବାସୀର ଶରୀରରେ ଖୁଣ କରେ, ତେବେ ସେ ଯେପରି କରିଅଛି, ସେହିପରି ତାହା ପ୍ରତି କରାଯିବ। BSB BSB: If anyone injures his neighbor, whatever he has done must be done to him:
20 ULB କ୍ଷତ ପରିଶୋଧରେ କ୍ଷତ, ଚକ୍ଷୁ ପରିଶୋଧରେ ଚକ୍ଷୁ, ଦନ୍ତ ପରିଶୋଧରେ ଦନ୍ତ; ମନୁଷ୍ୟର ଦେହରେ ଯେ ଯେପରି ଖୁଣ କରିଅଛି, ତାହା ପ୍ରତି ସେହି ପ୍ରକାର କରାଯିବ। BSB BSB: fracture for fracture, eye for eye, tooth for tooth. Just as he injured the other person, the same must be inflicted on him.
21 ULB ଯେଉଁ ଜନ ପଶୁ ବଧ କରେ, ସେ ତହିଁର ପରିଶୋଧ ଦେବ; ପୁଣି ଯେଉଁ ଜନ ନରହତ୍ୟା କରେ, ସେ ହତ ହେବ। BSB BSB: Whoever kills an animal must make restitution, but whoever kills a man must be put to death.
22 ULB ବିଦେଶୀ ହେଉ କି ସ୍ୱଦେଶୀ ହେଉ, ସେମାନଙ୍କ ନିମନ୍ତେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ଏକ ପ୍ରକାର ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା ହେବ; କାରଣ ଆମ୍ଭେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ପରମେଶ୍ୱର ଅଟୁ।” BSB BSB: You are to have the same standard of law for the foreign resident and the native; for I am the LORD your God.’”
23 ULB ତହୁଁ ମୋଶା ଇସ୍ରାଏଲ ସନ୍ତାନଗଣକୁ କହନ୍ତେ, ଯେଉଁ ଲୋକ ଅଭିଶାପ ଦେଇଥିଲା, ତାହାକୁ ସେମାନେ ଛାଉଣିର ବାହାରକୁ ଆଣି ପଥର ମାରି ବଧ କଲେ; ମୋଶାଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତି ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ଆଜ୍ଞାନୁସାରେ ଇସ୍ରାଏଲ ସନ୍ତାନଗଣ କର୍ମ କଲେ। BSB BSB: Then Moses spoke to the Israelites, and they took the blasphemer outside the camp and stoned him. So the Israelites did as the LORD had commanded Moses.
