1 ULB “ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଆପଣାମାନଙ୍କ ନିମନ୍ତେ ଦେବମୂର୍ତ୍ତି ନିର୍ମାଣ କରିବ ନାହିଁ, କିଅବା ଆପଣାମାନଙ୍କ ନିମନ୍ତେ ଖୋଦିତ ପ୍ରତିମା କି ସ୍ତମ୍ଭ ସ୍ଥାପନ କରିବ ନାହିଁ ଓ ତାହା ନିକଟରେ ପ୍ରଣାମ କରିବା ନିମନ୍ତେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ଦେଶରେ କୌଣସି ଖୋଦିତ ପ୍ରସ୍ତର ରଖିବ ନାହିଁ; କାରଣ ଆମ୍ଭେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ପରମେଶ୍ୱର ଅଟୁ। BSB BSB: “You must not make idols for yourselves or set up a carved image or sacred pillar; you must not place a sculpted stone in your land to bow down to it. For I am the LORD your God.
2 ULB ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଆମ୍ଭର ସକଳ ବିଶ୍ରାମ ଦିବସ ପାଳନ କରିବ ଓ ଆମ୍ଭର ପବିତ୍ର ସ୍ଥାନକୁ ସମାଦର କରିବ; ଆମ୍ଭେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଅଟୁ। BSB BSB: You must keep My Sabbaths and have reverence for My sanctuary. I am the LORD.
3 ULB ଯଦି ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଆମ୍ଭର ବିଧି ଅନୁସାରେ ଚ଼ାଲିବ ଓ ଆମ୍ଭର ଆଜ୍ଞା ମାନ୍ୟ କରି ପାଳନ କରିବ; BSB BSB: If you follow My statutes and carefully keep My commandments,
4 ULB ତେବେ ଆମ୍ଭେ ଉପଯୁକ୍ତ ସମୟରେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ବୃଷ୍ଟି ଦାନ କରିବା, ତହିଁରେ ଭୂମି ନିଜ ଶସ୍ୟର ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣତା ଉତ୍ପନ୍ନ କରିବ ଓ କ୍ଷେତ୍ରର ବୃକ୍ଷସକଳ ଆପଣା ଆପଣା ଫଳ ଉତ୍ପନ୍ନ କରିବ। BSB BSB: I will give you rains in their season, and the land will yield its produce, and the trees of the field will bear their fruit.
5 ULB ଆଉ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ଶସ୍ୟମର୍ଦ୍ଦନର ସମୟ ଦ୍ରାକ୍ଷା ସଂଗ୍ରହର ସମୟ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଲାଗିବ ଓ ଦ୍ରାକ୍ଷା ସଂଗ୍ରହର ସମୟ ବୀଜ ବୁଣିବାର ସମୟ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଲାଗିବ; ପୁଣି ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ତୃପ୍ତି ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଅନ୍ନ ଭୋଜନ କରିବ ଓ ଆପଣା ଦେଶରେ ନିର୍ଭୟରେ ବାସ କରିବ। BSB BSB: Your threshing will continue until the grape harvest, and the grape harvest will continue until sowing time; you will have your fill of food to eat and will dwell securely in your land.
6 ULB ଆଉ, ଆମ୍ଭେ ଦେଶରେ ଶାନ୍ତି ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିବା, ତହିଁରେ ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଶୟନ କଲେ, କେହି ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ଭୟ ଦେଖାଇବ ନାହିଁ; ପୁଣି ଆମ୍ଭେ ହିଂସ୍ରକ ଜନ୍ତୁମାନଙ୍କୁ ଦେଶରୁ ଦୂର କରିବା ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ଦେଶରେ ଖଡ୍ଗ ଭ୍ରମଣ କରିବ ନାହିଁ। BSB BSB: And I will give peace to the land, and you will lie down with nothing to fear. I will rid the land of dangerous animals, and no sword will pass through your land.
7 ULB ଆଉ ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଆପଣା ଶତ୍ରୁମାନଙ୍କୁ ଘଉଡ଼ାଇ ଦେବ ଓ ସେମାନେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ଆଗେ ଖଡ୍ଗରେ ପଡ଼ିବେ। BSB BSB: You will pursue your enemies, and they will fall by the sword before you.
8 ULB ପୁଣି ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ପାଞ୍ଚ ଜଣ ଶହେ ଜଣଙ୍କୁ ଘଉଡ଼ାଇ ଦେବ ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ଶହେ ଜଣ ଦଶସହସ୍ର ଜଣଙ୍କୁ ଘଉଡ଼ାଇ ଦେବ; ଆଉ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ଶତ୍ରୁଗଣ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ଆଗେ ଖଡ୍ଗରେ ପଡ଼ିବେ। BSB BSB: Five of you will pursue a hundred, and a hundred of you will pursue ten thousand, and your enemies will fall by the sword before you.
9 ULB ଆଉ ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତି ପ୍ରସନ୍ନମୁଖ ହେବା ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ପ୍ରଜାବନ୍ତ ଓ ବହୁବଂଶ କରିବା ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ସହିତ ଆପଣା ନିୟମ ସ୍ଥିର କରିବା। BSB BSB: I will turn toward you and make you fruitful and multiply you, and I will establish My covenant with you.
10 ULB ପୁଣି ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ବହୁସମୟର ସଞ୍ଚିତ ପୁରାତନ ଶସ୍ୟ ଭୋଜନ କରିବ ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ନୂତନ ଶସ୍ୟ ହେତୁ ପୁରାତନ ଶସ୍ୟ ବାହାର କରିବ। BSB BSB: You will still be eating the old supply of grain when you need to clear it out to make room for the new.
11 ULB ଆଉ ଆମ୍ଭେ ଆପଣା ଆବାସ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ସ୍ଥାପନ କରିବା ଓ ଆମ୍ଭର ପ୍ରାଣ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ଘୃଣା କରିବ ନାହିଁ। BSB BSB: And I will make My dwelling place among you, and My soul will not despise you.
12 ULB ପୁଣି ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଗମନାଗମନ କରିବା ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ପରମେଶ୍ୱର ହେବା ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଆମ୍ଭର ଲୋକ ହେବ। BSB BSB: I will walk among you and be your God, and you will be My people.
13 ULB ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଯେପରି ସେମାନଙ୍କର ଦାସ ନ ହେବ, ଏଥିପାଇଁ ଯେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ମିସର ଦେଶରୁ ବାହାର କରି ଆଣିଲେ, ସେହି ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ପରମେଶ୍ୱର ଆମ୍ଭେ ଅଟୁ; ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ଯୁଆଳିର ଯୋତ ଭାଙ୍ଗିଅଛୁ ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ସିଧା ଚାଲିବାକୁ ଦେଇଅଛୁ। BSB BSB: I am the LORD your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt so that you would no longer be slaves to the Egyptians. I broke the bars of your yoke and enabled you to walk in uprightness.
14 ULB ମାତ୍ର, ଯଦି ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଆମ୍ଭ ବାକ୍ୟରେ ମନୋଯୋଗ ନ କରିବ ଓ ସେହି ସକଳ ଆଜ୍ଞା ପାଳନ ନ କରିବ; BSB BSB: If, however, you fail to obey Me and to carry out all these commandments,
15 ULB ପୁଣି, ଯଦି ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଆମ୍ଭ ବିଧି ଅବଜ୍ଞା କରିବ ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ପ୍ରାଣ ଆମ୍ଭର ସକଳ ଶାସନ ଘୃଣା କରିବାରୁ ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଆମ୍ଭର ଆଜ୍ଞାସକଳ ପାଳନ ନ କରିବ, ମାତ୍ର ଆମ୍ଭର ନିୟମ ଲଙ୍ଘନ କରିବ, BSB BSB: and if you reject My statutes, despise My ordinances, and neglect to carry out all My commandments, and so break My covenant,
16 ULB ତେବେ ଆମ୍ଭେ ମଧ୍ୟ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତି ଏହିରୂପେ ବ୍ୟବହାର କରିବା; ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ଉପରେ ବ୍ୟାକୁଳତା ନିରୂପଣ କରିବା; ଅର୍ଥାତ୍, ଯକ୍ଷ୍ମା ଓ ଜ୍ୱର, ତାହା ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ଚକ୍ଷୁ କ୍ଷୀଣ କରିବ ଓ ପ୍ରାଣ କ୍ଷୟ କରିବ; ଆଉ ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ବୃଥାରେ ଆପଣାମାନଙ୍କ ବୀଜ ବୁଣିବ, କାରଣ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ଶତ୍ରୁମାନେ ତାହା ଖାଇବେ। BSB BSB: then this is what I will do to you: I will bring upon you sudden terror, wasting disease, and fever that will destroy your sight and drain your life. You will sow your seed in vain, because your enemies will eat it.
17 ULB ପୁଣି ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ବିରୁଦ୍ଧରେ ଆପଣା ମୁଖ ରଖିବା, ତହିଁରେ ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଆପଣାମାନଙ୍କ ଶତ୍ରୁଗଣଠାରୁ ପରାସ୍ତ ହେବ; ଯେଉଁମାନେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ଘୃଣା କରନ୍ତି, ସେମାନେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ଉପରେ କର୍ତ୍ତୃତ୍ୱ କରିବେ ଓ କେହି ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ପଛେ ନ ଗୋଡ଼ାଇଲେ ହେଁ ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ପଳାଇଯିବ। BSB BSB: And I will set My face against you, so that you will be defeated by your enemies. Those who hate you will rule over you, and you will flee when no one pursues you.
18 ULB ଆଉ ଏହା ହେଲେ ମଧ୍ୟ ଯଦି ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଆମ୍ଭ ବାକ୍ୟରେ ମନୋଯୋଗ ନ କରିବ, ତେବେ ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ପାପ ସକାଶୁ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ସାତ ଗୁଣ ଅଧିକ ଦଣ୍ଡ ଦେବା। BSB BSB: And if after all this you will not obey Me, I will proceed to punish you sevenfold for your sins.
19 ULB ପୁଣି ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ବଳର ଗର୍ବ ଖର୍ବ କରିବା ଓ ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ଆକାଶ ଲୌହ ତୁଲ୍ୟ ଓ ଭୂମି ପିତ୍ତଳ ତୁଲ୍ୟ କରିବା। BSB BSB: I will break down your stubborn pride and make your sky like iron and your land like bronze,
20 ULB ତହିଁରେ ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ବୃଥାରେ ବଳ ବ୍ୟୟ କରିବ, କାରଣ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ଭୂମି ଶସ୍ୟ ଉତ୍ପନ୍ନ କରିବ ନାହିଁ ଓ କ୍ଷେତ୍ରର ବୃକ୍ଷସକଳ ଫଳ ଉତ୍ପନ୍ନ କରିବ ନାହିଁ। BSB BSB: and your strength will be spent in vain. For your land will not yield its produce, and the trees of the land will not bear their fruit.
22 ULB ପୁଣି ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ବିରୁଦ୍ଧରେ ବନ୍ୟ ପଶୁମାନଙ୍କୁ ପଠାଇବା, ତହିଁରେ ସେମାନେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ସନ୍ତାନହୀନ କରିବେ ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ପଶୁମାନଙ୍କୁ ବିନଷ୍ଟ କରିବେ, ପୁଣି ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ଅଳ୍ପସଂଖ୍ୟକ କରିବେ; ଆଉ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ରାଜପଥସକଳ ଜନମାନବ ଶୂନ୍ୟ ହେବ। BSB BSB: I will send wild animals against you to rob you of your children, destroy your livestock, and reduce your numbers, until your roads lie desolate.
23 ULB ଏହା ହେଲେ ମଧ୍ୟ ଯଦି ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଆମ୍ଭ ପ୍ରତି ସୁଧୁରିବ ନାହିଁ, ମାତ୍ର ଆମ୍ଭର ବିରୁଦ୍ଧାଚରଣ କରିବ, BSB BSB: And if in spite of these things you do not accept My discipline, but continue to walk in hostility toward Me,
24 ULB ତେବେ ଆମ୍ଭେ ମଧ୍ୟ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ବିରୁଦ୍ଧାଚରଣ କରିବା ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ପ୍ରହାର କରିବା, ଆମ୍ଭେ ନିଜେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ପାପ ସକାଶୁ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ସାତ ଗୁଣ ପ୍ରହାର କରିବା। BSB BSB: then I will act with hostility toward you, and I will strike you sevenfold for your sins.
25 ULB ପୁଣି ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ଉପରକୁ ଖଡ୍ଗ ଆଣିବା, ତାହା ନିୟମ ଲଙ୍ଘନର ପ୍ରତିଫଳ ଦେବ ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ନଗର ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଏକତ୍ର ହେଲେ, ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟକୁ ମହାମାରୀ ପଠାଇବା; ତହିଁରେ ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଶତ୍ରୁ ହସ୍ତରେ ସମର୍ପିତ ହେବ। BSB BSB: And I will bring a sword against you to execute the vengeance of the covenant. Though you withdraw into your cities, I will send a plague among you, and you will be delivered into the hand of the enemy.
26 ULB ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ଅନ୍ନରୂପ ଯଷ୍ଟି ଭାଙ୍ଗିଲେ ଦଶ ଜଣ ସ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଗୋଟିଏ ଚୁଲ୍ଲୀରେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ରୁଟି ରନ୍ଧନ କରିବେ ଓ ପୁନର୍ବାର ତୌଲି ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ରୁଟି ଦେବେ, ଆଉ ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ତାହା ଭୋଜନ କରିବ, ମାତ୍ର ତୃପ୍ତ ହେବ ନାହିଁ। BSB BSB: When I cut off your supply of bread, ten women will bake your bread in a single oven and dole out your bread by weight, so that you will eat but not be satisfied.
27 ULB ଏହା ହେଲେ ହେଁ ଯଦି ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଆମ୍ଭ କଥା ଶୁଣିବ ନାହିଁ, ମାତ୍ର ଆମ୍ଭର ବିରୁଦ୍ଧାଚରଣ କରିବ; BSB BSB: But if in spite of all this you do not obey Me, but continue to walk in hostility toward Me,
28 ULB ତେବେ ଆମ୍ଭେ କ୍ରୋଧରେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ବିରୁଦ୍ଧାଚରଣ କରିବା ଓ ଆମ୍ଭେ ମଧ୍ୟ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ପାପ ସକାଶୁ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ସାତ ଗୁଣ ଶାସ୍ତି ଦେବା। BSB BSB: then I will walk in fury against you, and I, even I, will punish you sevenfold for your sins.
29 ULB ତହିଁରେ ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଆପଣା ପୁତ୍ରଗଣର ଓ କନ୍ୟାଗଣର ମାଂସ ଭୋଜନ କରିବ। BSB BSB: You will eat the flesh of your own sons and daughters.
30 ULB ପୁଣି ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ଉଚ୍ଚ ସ୍ଥଳସକଳ ଭାଙ୍ଗିବା ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ସୂର୍ଯ୍ୟ ପ୍ରତିମାସକଳ କାଟି ପକାଇବା ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତିମାଗଣର ଦେହ ଉପରେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ମୃତ ଦେହ ପକାଇବା ଓ ଆମ୍ଭର ପ୍ରାଣ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ଘୃଣା କରିବ। BSB BSB: I will destroy your high places, cut down your incense altars, and heap your lifeless bodies on the lifeless remains of your idols; and My soul will despise you.
31 ULB ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ନଗରସକଳ ମରୁଭୂମି କରିବା ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ପବିତ୍ର ସ୍ଥାନସକଳ ଶୂନ୍ୟ କରିବା ଓ ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର (ଦତ୍ତ) ତୁଷ୍ଟିଜନକ ସୁଗନ୍ଧି ଆଘ୍ରାଣ କରିବା ନାହିଁ। BSB BSB: I will reduce your cities to rubble and lay waste your sanctuaries, and I will refuse to smell the pleasing aroma of your sacrifices.
32 ULB ପୁଣି ଆମ୍ଭେ ଦେଶକୁ ଶୂନ୍ୟସ୍ଥାନ କରିବା ଓ ତନ୍ନିବାସୀ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ଶତ୍ରୁଗଣ ତହିଁରେ ଆଶ୍ଚର୍ଯ୍ୟ ଜ୍ଞାନ କରିବେ। BSB BSB: And I will lay waste the land, so that your enemies who dwell in it will be appalled.
33 ULB ଆଉ ଆମ୍ଭେ ନାନା ଦେଶୀୟ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ଛିନ୍ନଭିନ୍ନ କରିବା ଓ ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ପଶ୍ଚାତ୍ ଖଡ୍ଗ ନିଷ୍କୋଷ କରିବା; ତହିଁରେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ଦେଶ ଶୂନ୍ୟସ୍ଥାନ ହେବ ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ନଗରସକଳ ମରୁଭୂମି ହେବ। BSB BSB: But I will scatter you among the nations and will draw out a sword after you as your land becomes desolate and your cities are laid waste.
34 ULB ତେବେ ଯେପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଦେଶ ଶୂନ୍ୟସ୍ଥାନ ହୋଇଥିବ ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଆପଣା ଶତ୍ରୁଗଣର ଦେଶରେ ରହିବ, ସେପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଭୂମି ଆପଣା ବିଶ୍ରାମ ଗ୍ରହଣ କରିବ; ଅର୍ଥାତ୍, ସେହି ସମୟରେ ଭୂମି ବିଶ୍ରାମ କରି ଆପଣା ବିଶ୍ରାମ ଗ୍ରହଣ କରିବ। BSB BSB: Then the land shall enjoy its Sabbaths all the days it lies desolate, while you are in the land of your enemies. At that time the land will rest and enjoy its Sabbaths.
35 ULB ଯେତେକାଳ ତାହା ଶୂନ୍ୟସ୍ଥାନ ହୋଇ ରହିବ, ସେତେକାଳ ତାହା ବିଶ୍ରାମ ପାଇବ; ଅର୍ଥାତ୍, ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ତହିଁ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ବାସ କରିବା ସମୟରେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ବିଶ୍ରାମ କାଳରେ ତାହା ଯେଉଁ ବିଶ୍ରାମ ପାଇ ନ ଥିଲା, ତାହା ପାଇବ। BSB BSB: As long as it lies desolate, the land will have the rest it did not receive during the Sabbaths when you lived in it.
36 ULB ପୁଣି ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଯେତେ ଅବଶିଷ୍ଟ ରହିବେ, ଆମ୍ଭେ ଶତ୍ରୁଗଣର ଦେଶରେ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ହୃଦୟରେ ଭୀରୁତା ପଠାଇବା ଯଦ୍ଦ୍ୱାରା (ବାୟୁରେ) ଚାଳିତ ପତ୍ରର ଶବ୍ଦ ମଧ୍ୟ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଘଉଡ଼ାଇ ଦେବ; ପୁଣି ଖଡ୍ଗଧାରରୁ ପଳାଇଲା ଲୋକ ପରି ସେମାନେ ପଳାଇବେ ଓ କେହି ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ନ ଗୋଡ଼ାଇଲେ ହେଁ ସେମାନେ ପତିତ ହେବେ। BSB BSB: As for those of you who survive, I will send a faintness into their hearts in the lands of their enemies, so that even the sound of a windblown leaf will put them to flight. 37 ULB ପୁଣି କେହି ନ ଗୋଡ଼ାଇଲେ ହେଁ ଯେପରି ଖଡ୍ଗ ସମ୍ମୁଖରେ, ସେପରି ସେମାନେ ପରସ୍ପର ଉପରେ ଝୁଣ୍ଟି ପଡ଼ିବେ ଓ ଶତ୍ରୁଗଣ ସମ୍ମୁଖରେ ଠିଆ ହେବା ପାଇଁ ସେମାନଙ୍କର ବଳ ପାଇବ ନାହିଁ। BSB BSB: They will stumble over one another as before the sword, though no one is behind them. So you will not be able to stand against your enemies.
38 ULB ଆଉ ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଅନ୍ୟ ଦେଶୀୟ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ବିନଷ୍ଟ ହେବ ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ଶତ୍ରୁଗଣର ଦେଶ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ଗ୍ରାସ କରିବ। BSB BSB: You will perish among the nations, and the land of your enemies will consume you.
39 ULB ପୁଣି ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଯେଉଁମାନେ ଅବଶିଷ୍ଟ ରହିବେ, ସେମାନେ ଆପଣା ଆପଣା ଅପରାଧ ସକାଶୁ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ଶତ୍ରୁଗଣର ଦେଶରେ କ୍ଷୟ ପାଇବେ ଓ ମଧ୍ୟ ସେମାନେ ଆପଣା ଆପଣା ପିତୃଗଣର ଅପରାଧ ସକାଶୁ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ସଙ୍ଗରେ କ୍ଷୟ ପାଇବେ। BSB BSB: Those of you who survive in the lands of your enemies will waste away in their iniquity and will decay in the sins of their fathers.
40 ULB ଆଉ ଆମ୍ଭ ବିରୁଦ୍ଧରେ ସତ୍ୟ-ଲଙ୍ଘନ କରି ସେମାନେ ଓ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ପିତୃଗଣ ଯେଉଁ ସତ୍ୟ-ଲଙ୍ଘନ ଅପରାଧ କଲେ, ଆପଣାମାନଙ୍କର ସେହି ଅପରାଧ; BSB BSB: But if they will confess their iniquity and that of their fathers in the unfaithfulness that they practiced against Me, by which they have also walked in hostility toward Me—
41 ULB ଓ ମଧ୍ୟ ସେମାନେ ଆମ୍ଭର ବିରୁଦ୍ଧାଚରଣ କରିବା ହେତୁ ଆମ୍ଭେ ହିଁ ଯେ ସେମାନଙ୍କର ବିରୁଦ୍ଧାଚରଣ କରି ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ଶତ୍ରୁଗଣର ଦେଶକୁ ଆଣିଲୁ, ଏହା ସେମାନେ ସ୍ୱୀକାର କରିବେ; ତହିଁରେ ଯଦି ସେମାନଙ୍କ ଅସୁନ୍ନତ ହୃଦୟ ନମ୍ର ହେବ ଓ ସେମାନେ ଆପଣା ଆପଣା ଅପରାଧର ଦଣ୍ଡ ଗ୍ରହଣ କରିବେ; BSB BSB: and I acted with hostility toward them and brought them into the land of their enemies—and if their uncircumcised hearts will be humbled and they will make amends for their iniquity,
42 ULB ତେବେ ଆମ୍ଭେ ଯାକୁବ ସହିତ ଆପଣା ନିୟମ ସ୍ମରଣ କରିବା ଓ ମଧ୍ୟ ଇସ୍ହାକ ସହିତ ଆପଣା ନିୟମ ଓ ମଧ୍ୟ ଅବ୍ରହାମ ସହିତ ଆପଣା ନିୟମ ସ୍ମରଣ କରିବା; ପୁଣି ଆମ୍ଭେ ଦେଶକୁ ସ୍ମରଣ କରିବା। BSB BSB: then I will remember My covenant with Jacob and My covenant with Isaac and My covenant with Abraham, and I will remember the land.
43 ULB ଦେଶ ମଧ୍ୟ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ଦ୍ୱାରା ତ୍ୟକ୍ତ ହୋଇ ରହିବ ଓ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ଅନୁପସ୍ଥିତିରେ ଶୂନ୍ୟସ୍ଥାନ ହୋଇ ପଡ଼ିଥିବା ସମୟରେ ଆପଣା ବିଶ୍ରାମ ଗ୍ରହଣ କରିବ; ପୁଣି ସେମାନେ ଆପଣା ଆପଣା ଅପରାଧର ଦଣ୍ଡ ଗ୍ରହଣ କରିବେ; ଏଥିର କାରଣ ଏହି ଯେ, ସେମାନେ ଆମ୍ଭର ଆଜ୍ଞା ଅଗ୍ରାହ୍ୟ କଲେ ଓ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ପ୍ରାଣ ଆମ୍ଭ ବିଧି ଘୃଣା କଲା। BSB BSB: For the land will be abandoned by them, and it will enjoy its Sabbaths by lying desolate without them. And they will pay the penalty for their iniquity, because they rejected My ordinances and abhorred My statutes.
44 ULB ତଥାପି ଏହିସବୁ କାରଣରୁ, ସେମାନେ ଆପଣାମାନଙ୍କ ଶତ୍ରୁଗଣର ଦେଶରେ ଥିବା ସମୟରେ ଆମ୍ଭେ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ସମ୍ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ରୂପେ ବିନାଶ କରିବା ନିମନ୍ତେ ଓ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ସହିତ ଆପଣା ନିୟମ ଭାଙ୍ଗିବା ନିମନ୍ତେ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଅଗ୍ରାହ୍ୟ କରିବା ନାହିଁ, କିଅବା ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଘୃଣା କରିବା ନାହିଁ; କାରଣ ଆମ୍ଭେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ସେମାନଙ୍କର ପରମେଶ୍ୱର ଅଟୁ। BSB BSB: Yet in spite of this, when they are in the land of their enemies, I will not reject or despise them so as to destroy them and break My covenant with them; for I am the LORD their God.
45 ULB ମାତ୍ର ଆମ୍ଭେ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ଲାଗି ସେମାନଙ୍କ ପୂର୍ବପୁରୁଷମାନଙ୍କ ସହିତ କରିଥିବା ଆପଣା ନିୟମ ସ୍ମରଣ କରିବା, ଆମ୍ଭେ ସେମାନଙ୍କର ପରମେଶ୍ୱର ହେବା ନିମନ୍ତେ ଅନ୍ୟ ଦେଶୀୟ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କ ସାକ୍ଷାତରେ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ମିସର ଦେଶରୁ ବାହାର କରି ଆଣିଅଛୁ; ଆମ୍ଭେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଅଟୁ।” BSB BSB: But for their sake I will remember the covenant with their fathers, whom I brought out of the land of Egypt in the sight of the nations, that I might be their God. I am the LORD.”
46 ULB ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ସୀନୟ ପର୍ବତରେ ମୋଶାଙ୍କ ଦ୍ୱାରା ଆପଣାର ଓ ଇସ୍ରାଏଲ ସନ୍ତାନଗଣର ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଏହି ସକଳ ବିଧି, ଶାସନ ଓ ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା ସ୍ଥାପନ କଲେ। BSB BSB: These are the statutes, ordinances, and laws that the LORD established between Himself and the Israelites through Moses on Mount Sinai.
