1 ULB ସେ ଆପଣା ଶିଷ୍ୟମାନଙ୍କୁ କହିଲେ, ବିଘ୍ନ ଯେ ନ ଘଟିବ, ଏହା ଅସମ୍ଭବ, କିନ୍ତୁ ଯାହା ଦ୍ୱାରା ତାହା ଘଟିବ, ହାୟ, ସେ ଦଣ୍ଡର ପାତ୍ର; BSB BSB: Jesus said to His disciples, “It is inevitable that stumbling blocks will come, but woe to the one through whom they come!
2 ULB ଏହି ସାନ ପିଲାମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରୁ ଜଣକର ବାଧାର କାରଣ ହେବା ଅପେକ୍ଷା ବରଂ ତାହା ବେକରେ ଗୋଟିଏ ଚକିପଥର ଟଙ୍ଗାଯାଇ ତାହାକୁ ସମୁଦ୍ରରେ ପକାଇ ଦିଆଯାଇଥିଲେ ତାହା ପାଇଁ ଭଲ ହୋଇଥାନ୍ତା। BSB BSB: It would be better for him to have a millstone hung around his neck and to be thrown into the sea than to cause one of these little ones to stumble.
3 ULB ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ନିଜ ନିଜ ବିଷୟରେ ସାବଧାନ ହୋଇଥାଅ। ଯଦି ତୁମ୍ଭ ଭାଇ ପାପ କରେ, ତେବେ ତାହାକୁ ଅନୁଯୋଗ କର; ଆଉ ସେ ଯଦି ମନ ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ କରେ, ତେବେ ତାହାକୁ କ୍ଷମା ଦିଅ। BSB BSB: Watch yourselves. If your brother sins, rebuke him; and if he repents, forgive him.
4 ULB ପୁଣି, ଯଦି ସେ ଦିନ ଭିତରେ ସାତ ଥର ତୁମ୍ଭ ବିରୁଦ୍ଧରେ ପାପ କରେ ଓ ସାତ ଥର ତୁମ୍ଭ ନିକଟକୁ ଫେରିଆସି ମୁଁ ମନ ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ କରୁଅଛି ବୋଲି କହେ, ତେବେ ତାହାକୁ କ୍ଷମା କର। BSB BSB: Even if he sins against you seven times in a day, and seven times returns to say, ‘I repent,’ you must forgive him.”
5 ULB ସେଥିରେ ପ୍ରେରିତମାନେ ପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କୁ କହିଲେ, ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ବିଶ୍ୱାସ ବଢ଼ାଇ ଦିଅନ୍ତୁ। BSB BSB: The apostles said to the Lord, “Increase our faith!”
6 ULB ପ୍ରଭୁ କହିଲେ, ଯଦି ଗୋଟିଏ ସୋରିଷ ଦାନା ପରି ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ବିଶ୍ୱାସ ଥାଏ, ତାହାହେଲେ ଏହି ତୁତକୋଳିଗଛକୁ ତୁ ସମୂଳେ ଉପୁଡ଼ାଯାଇ ସମୁଦ୍ରରେ ରୋପିତ ହୁଅ ବୋଲି କହିଲେ, ତାହା ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ଆଜ୍ଞା ମାନିବ। BSB BSB: And the Lord answered, “If you have faith the size of a mustard seed, you can say to this mulberry tree, ‘Be uprooted and planted in the sea,’ and it will obey you.
7 ULB କିନ୍ତୁ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଏପରିଲୋକ କିଏ ଅଛି, ଯାହାର ଦାସ ହଳ ବୁଲାଇ କିମ୍ବା ପଶୁ ଚରାଇ କ୍ଷେତରୁ ଆସିଲେ ସେ ତାହାକୁ କହିବ, ଏହିକ୍ଷଣି ଆସି ଖାଇ ବସ? BSB BSB: Which of you whose servant comes in from plowing or shepherding in the field will say to him, ‘Come at once and sit down to eat’?
8 ULB ସେ କ'ଣ ବରଂ ତାହାକୁ କହିବ ନାହିଁ, ମୋର ଖାଇବାର ଠିକ୍ କର, ପୁଣି, ମୁଁ ଖିଆପିଆ ଶେଷ ନ କରିବା ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଅଣ୍ଟା ବାନ୍ଧି ମୋର ସେବା କର, ତାହା ପରେ ତୁ ଖିଆପିଆ କରିବୁ? BSB BSB: Instead, won’t he tell him, ‘Prepare my meal and dress yourself to serve me while I eat and drink, and afterward you may eat and drink’?
9 ULB ଦାସ ଆଦେଶ ଅନୁସାରେ କାମ କରିବାରୁ ସେ କ'ଣ ତାହାକୁ ଧନ୍ୟବାଦ ଦିଏ? BSB BSB: Does he thank the servant because he did what he was told?
10 ULB ସେହି ପ୍ରକାରେ ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ମଧ୍ୟ ଆଦେଶ ଅନୁସାରେ ସବୁ କାମ କଲା ପରେ କୁହ, ଆମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଅକର୍ମଣ୍ୟ ଦାସ, ଯାହା କର୍ତ୍ତବ୍ୟ, କେବଳ ତାହା କରିଅଛୁ। BSB BSB: So you also, when you have done everything commanded of you, should say, ‘We are unworthy servants; we have only done our duty.’”
11 ULB ସେ ଯିରୂଶାଲକୁ ଯାତ୍ରା କରିବା ସମୟରେ ଶମିରୋଣ ଓ ଗାଲିଲୀ ମଧ୍ୟ ଦେଇ ଯାଉଥିଲେ। BSB BSB: While Jesus was on His way to Jerusalem, He was passing between Samaria and Galilee.
12 ULB ଆଉ ଯୀଶୁ କୌଣସି ଗୋଟିଏ ଗ୍ରାମରେ ପ୍ରବେଶ କରନ୍ତେ ଦଶ ଜଣ କୁଷ୍ଠୀ ତାହାଙ୍କ ସହିତ ସାକ୍ଷାତ୍ କଲେ; BSB BSB: As He entered one of the villages, He was met by ten lepers. They stood at a distance
13 ULB ସେମାନେ ଦୂରରେ ଠିଆ ହୋଇ ଉଚ୍ଚସ୍ୱରରେ କହିଲେ, ହେ ଯୀଶୁ, ହେ ଗୁରୁ, ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ଦୟା କରନ୍ତୁ। BSB BSB: and raised their voices, shouting, “Jesus, Master, have mercy on us!”
14 ULB ପୁଣି, ସେ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଦେଖି କହିଲେ, ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଯାଇ ନିଜ ନିଜକୁ ଯାଜକମାନଙ୍କୁ ଦେଖାଅ। ଆଉ ସେମାନେ ଯାଉ ଯାଉ ଶୁଚି ହେଲେ। BSB BSB: When Jesus saw them, He said, “Go, show yourselves to the priests.” And as they were on their way, they were cleansed.
15 ULB କିନ୍ତୁ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରୁ ଜଣେ ନିଜକୁ ସୁସ୍ଥ ହୋଇଥିବା ଦେଖି ଉଚ୍ଚସ୍ୱରରେ ଈଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ମହିମା କୀର୍ତ୍ତନ କରୁ କରୁ ଫେରିଆସି, BSB BSB: When one of them saw that he was healed, he came back, praising God in a loud voice.
16 ULB ଯୀଶୁଙ୍କ ଚରଣ ତଳେ ଉବୁଡ଼ ହୋଇ ତାହାଙ୍କର ଧନ୍ୟବାଦ କରିବାକୁ ଲାଗିଲା; ସେ ଜଣେ ଶମିରୋଣୀୟ ଲୋକ। BSB BSB: He fell facedown at Jesus’ feet in thanksgiving to Him—and he was a Samaritan.
17 ULB ସେଥିରେ ଯୀଶୁ ଉତ୍ତର ଦେଲେ, ଦଶ ଜଣ କ'ଣ ଶୁଚି ହେଲେ ନାହିଁ? BSB BSB: “Were not all ten cleansed?” Jesus asked. “Where then are the other nine?
18 ULB ତେବେ ଆଉ ନଅ ଜଣ କାହାନ୍ତି? ଈଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କୁ ଗୌରବ ଦେବା ନିମନ୍ତେ ଏହି ଅଣଯିହୂଦୀ ଲୋକଟି ଛଡ଼ା କ'ଣ ଆଉ କେହି ଫେରିଆସି ନାହିଁ? BSB BSB: Was no one found except this foreigner to return and give glory to God?”
19 ULB ପୁଣି, ସେ ତାହାକୁ କହିଲେ, ଉଠି ଯାଅ, ତୁମ୍ଭର ବିଶ୍ୱାସ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ସୁସ୍ଥ କରିଅଛି। BSB BSB: Then Jesus said to him, “Rise and go; your faith has made you well!”
20 ULB ଈଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ରାଜ୍ୟ କେବେ ଆସୁଅଛି, ଏ ବିଷୟରେ ଫାରୂଶୀମାନେ ତାହାଙ୍କୁ ପଚାରିବାରୁ ସେ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଉତ୍ତର ଦେଲେ, ଈଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ରାଜ୍ୟ ଦୃଶ୍ୟଭାବରେ ଆସେ ନାହିଁ; BSB BSB: When asked by the Pharisees when the kingdom of God would come, Jesus replied, “The kingdom of God will not come with observable signs.
21 ULB କିମ୍ବା ଦେଖ, ଏଠାରେ ବା ସେଠାରେ ବୋଲି ଲୋକ କହିବେ ନାହିଁ; କାରଣ ଦେଖ, ଈଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ରାଜ୍ୟ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଅଛି। BSB BSB: Nor will people say, ‘Look, here it is,’ or ‘There it is.’ For you see, the kingdom of God is in your midst.”
22 ULB କିନ୍ତୁ ସେ ଶିଷ୍ୟମାନଙ୍କୁ କହିଲେ, ଏପରି ସମୟ ଆସିବ, ଯେତେବେଳେ ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ମନୁଷ୍ୟପୁତ୍ରଙ୍କର ଦିନଗୁଡ଼ିକ ମଧ୍ୟରୁ ଗୋଟିଏ ଦିନ ଦେଖିବାକୁ ଇଚ୍ଛା କରିବ, କିନ୍ତୁ ଦେଖିବ ନାହିଁ। BSB BSB: Then He said to the disciples, “The time is coming when you will long to see one of the days of the Son of Man, but you will not see it.
23 ULB ଦେଖ, ଏଠାରେ ବା ସେଠାରେ ଲୋକେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ କହିବେ; କିନ୍ତୁ ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଯାଅ ନାହିଁ କିମ୍ବା ସେମାନଙ୍କର ଅନୁସରଣ କର ନାହିଁ। BSB BSB: People will tell you, ‘Look, there He is!’ or ‘Look, here He is!’ Do not go out or chase after them.
24 ULB କାରଣ ବିଜୁଳି ମାରି ଯେପରି ଆକାଶରୁ ଗୋଟିଏ ପାଖରୁ ଆରପାଖ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଆଲୁଅ ଦିଏ, ମନୁଷ୍ୟପୁତ୍ର (ଯୀଶୁ) ଆପଣା ଦିନରେ ସେହିପରି ହେବେ। BSB BSB: For just as the lightning flashes and lights up the sky from one end to the other, so will be the Son of Man in His day.
25 ULB ଅବଶ୍ୟ ଅନେକ ଦୁଃଖଭୋଗ କରିବାକୁ ହେବ ଓ ଏହି ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ପୁରୁଷ ଦ୍ୱାରା ଅଗ୍ରାହ୍ୟ ହେବାକୁ ହେବ। BSB BSB: But first He must suffer many things and be rejected by this generation.
26 ULB ଆଉ ନୋହଙ୍କ ସମୟରେ ଯେପ୍ରକାର ଘଟିଥିଲା, ମନୁଷ୍ୟପୁତ୍ରଙ୍କ ସମୟରେ ମଧ୍ୟ ସେହି ପ୍ରକାର ଘଟିବ; BSB BSB: Just as it was in the days of Noah, so also will it be in the days of the Son of Man:
27 ULB ଜାହାଜରେ ନୋହଙ୍କ ପ୍ରବେଶ କରିବା ଦିନ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଲୋକେମାନେ ଭୋଜନପାନ ଓ ବିବାହ କରିବା ଓ ବିବାହ ହେବାରେ ବ୍ୟସ୍ତ ଥିଲେ, ପୁଣି, ଜଳ ପ୍ଲାବନ ଆସି ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କୁ ବିନାଶ କଲା। BSB BSB: People were eating and drinking, marrying and being given in marriage, up to the day Noah entered the ark. Then the flood came and destroyed them all.
28 ULB ଲୋଟଙ୍କ ସମୟରେ ମଧ୍ୟ ସେହି ପ୍ରକାର ଘଟିଥିଲା, ଲୋକମାନେ ଖିଆପିଆ, କିଣାବିକା, ଗଛ ଲଗେଇବା ଓ ଘର ତିଆରି କରିବାରେ ବ୍ୟସ୍ତ ଥିଲେ, BSB BSB: It was the same in the days of Lot: People were eating and drinking, buying and selling, planting and building.
29 ULB କିନ୍ତୁ ଲୋଟ ସଦୋମରୁ ବାହାରିଯିବା ଦିନ ଆକାଶରୁ ଅଗ୍ନି ଓ ଗନ୍ଧକ ଆସି ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କୁ ବିନାଶ କଲା। BSB BSB: But on the day Lot left Sodom, fire and sulfur rained down from heaven and destroyed them all.
30 ULB ମନୁଷ୍ୟପୁତ୍ର ପ୍ରକାଶିତ ହେବା ଦିନ ସେହି ପ୍ରକାର ଘଟିବ। BSB BSB: It will be just like that on the day the Son of Man is revealed.
31 ULB ସେହିଦିନ ଯେ ଛାତ ଉପରେ ଥିବ, ସେ ଘର ଭିତରେ ଥିବା ଆପଣା ଜିନିଷପତ୍ର ନେଇଯିବା ପାଇଁ ଓହ୍ଲାଇ ନ ଆସୁ; ସେହିପରି ଯେ କ୍ଷେତରେ ଥିବ, ସେ ଫେରି ନ ଯାଉ। BSB BSB: On that day, let no one on the housetop come down to retrieve his possessions. Likewise, let no one in the field return for anything he has left behind.
32 ULB ଲୋଟଙ୍କ ସ୍ତ୍ରୀଙ୍କର କଥା ମନେ ପକାଅ। BSB BSB: Remember Lot’s wife!
33 ULB ଯେ କେହି ଆପଣା ଜୀବନ ଲାଭ କରିବାକୁ ଚେଷ୍ଟା କରେ, ସେ ତାହା ହରାଇବ, ଆଉ ଯେ କେହି ଆପଣା ଜୀବନ ହରାଇବ, ସେ ତାହା ବଞ୍ଚାଇବ। BSB BSB: Whoever tries to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life will preserve it.
34 ULB ମୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ କହୁଅଛି, ସେହି ରାତିରେ ଦୁଇ ଜଣ ଗୋଟିଏ ଖଟରେ ଶୋଇଥିବେ, ଜଣକୁ ନିଆଯିବ ଓ ଅନ୍ୟ ଜଣକୁ ଛଡ଼ାଯିବ। BSB BSB: I tell you, on that night two people will be in one bed: one will be taken and the other left.
35 ULB ଦୁଇ ଜଣ ସ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଏକାଠି ଚକି ପେଷୁଥିବେ, ଜଣକୁ ନିଆଯିବ ଓ ଅନ୍ୟ ଜଣକୁ ଛଡ଼ାଯିବ। BSB BSB: Two women will be grinding grain together: one will be taken and the other left.”
36 ULB ଦୁଇ ଜଣ କ୍ଷେତରେ ଥିବେ, ଜଣକୁ ନିଆଯିବ ଓ ଅନ୍ୟ ଜଣକୁ ଛଡ଼ାଯିବ। BSB BSB: Not in the BSB
37 ULB ସେଥିରେ ଶିଷ୍ୟମାନେ ତାହାଙ୍କୁ ଉତ୍ତର ଦେଲେ, ହେ ପ୍ରଭୁ, କେଉଁଠାରେ? ସେ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ କହିଲେ, ଯେଉଁଠାରେ ଶବ, ସେହିଠାରେ ଶାଗୁଣାଗୁଡ଼ାକ ମଧ୍ୟ ଏକାଠି ହେବେ। BSB BSB: “Where, Lord?” they asked. Jesus answered, “Wherever there is a carcass, there the vultures will gather.”
