1 ULB ଯେଉଁମାନେ ଆପଣା ଆପଣା ଶଯ୍ୟାରେ ଅଧର୍ମ କଳ୍ପନା କରନ୍ତି ଓ କୁକର୍ମ ସ୍ଥିର କରନ୍ତି, ସେମାନେ ସନ୍ତାପର ପାତ୍ର! ପ୍ରଭାତ ହେବାମାତ୍ର ସେମାନେ ତାହା ସାଧନ କରନ୍ତି, କାରଣ ତାହା ସେମାନଙ୍କ ହସ୍ତର କ୍ଷମତାଧୀନ। BSB BSB: Woe to those who devise iniquity and plot evil on their beds! At morning’s light they accomplish it because the power is in their hands.
2 ULB ଆଉ, ସେମାନେ କ୍ଷେତ୍ରକୁ ଲୋଭ କରନ୍ତି ଓ ବଳରେ ତାହା ଛଡ଼ାଇ ନିଅନ୍ତି ଓ ଗୃହକୁ ଲୋଭ କରି ତାହା ହରଣ କରି ନିଅନ୍ତି; ଆଉ, ସେମାନେ ପୁରୁଷ ଓ ତାହାର ଗୃହ ପ୍ରତି, ଏବଂ, ମନୁଷ୍ୟ ଓ ତାହାର ପୈତୃକ ଅଧିକାର ପ୍ରତି ଦୌରାତ୍ମ୍ୟ କରନ୍ତି। BSB BSB: They covet fields and seize them; they take away houses. They deprive a man of his home, a fellow man of his inheritance.
3 ULB ଏହେତୁ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଏହି କଥା କହନ୍ତି; ଦେଖ, ଆମ୍ଭେ ଏହି ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀ ବିରୁଦ୍ଧରେ ଅମଙ୍ଗଳ କଳ୍ପନା କରୁଅଛୁ, ତହିଁରୁ ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଆପଣା ଆପଣା ବେକ କାଢ଼ି ନେବାକୁ କିଅବା ଗର୍ବ କରି ଚାଲି ପାରିବ ନାହିଁ; କାରଣ ତାହା ଦୁଃସମୟ ଅଟେ। BSB BSB: Therefore this is what the LORD says: “I am planning against this nation a disaster from which you cannot free your necks. Then you will not walk so proudly, for it will be a time of calamity.
4 ULB ସେହି ଦିନ ଲୋକମାନେ ତୁମ୍ଭ ବିରୁଦ୍ଧରେ ଗୋଟିଏ ପ୍ରବାଦ ଧରି ଅତିଶୟ ବିଳାପ କରିବେ, ଆଉ କହିବେ, ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ସର୍ବନାଶ ହେଲା; ସେ ଆମ୍ଭ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କର ଅଧିକାର ହସ୍ତାନ୍ତର କରିଅଛନ୍ତି; ସେ କିପରି ଆମ୍ଭଠାରୁ ତାହା ଦୂର କରିଅଛନ୍ତି। ସେ ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର କ୍ଷେତ୍ର ବିଭାଗ କରି ବିଦ୍ରୋହୀମାନଙ୍କୁ ଦେଇଅଛନ୍ତି। BSB BSB: In that day they will take up a proverb against you and taunt you with this bitter lamentation: ‘We are utterly ruined! He has changed the portion of my people. How He has removed it from me! He has allotted our fields to traitors.’”
5 ULB ଏଥିପାଇଁ ଗୁଲିବାଣ୍ଟ ଦ୍ୱାରା ପରିମାପକ ରଜ୍ଜୁ ପକାଇବା ପାଇଁ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ସମାଜରେ ତୁମ୍ଭର କେହି ନ ଥିବେ। BSB BSB: Therefore, you will have no one in the assembly of the LORD to divide the land by lot.
6 ULB ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ବାକ୍ୟ ପ୍ରଚାର ନ କର, ସେମାନେ ଏପରି ପ୍ରଚାର କରନ୍ତି। ଯଦି ଏମାନଙ୍କ ନିକଟରେ ସେମାନେ ଭବିଷ୍ୟଦ୍ବାକ୍ୟ ପ୍ରଚାର କରିବେ ନାହିଁ ତେବେ ଅପମାନ ଘୁଞ୍ଚିବ ନାହିଁ। BSB BSB: “Do not preach,” they preach. “Do not preach these things; disgrace will not overtake us.”
7 ULB ହେ ଯାକୁବର ବଂଶ, ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କର ଆତ୍ମା କି ସଙ୍କୁଚିତ ହୋଇଅଛି? ଏହିସବୁ କି ତାହାଙ୍କର କର୍ମ? ଏହା କୁହାଯିବ? ଯେଉଁ ଜନ ସରଳ ଆଚରଣ କରେ, ଆମ୍ଭର ବାକ୍ୟସକଳ କି ତାହାର ମଙ୍ଗଳ ନ କରେ? BSB BSB: Should it be said, O house of Jacob, “Is the Spirit of the LORD impatient? Are these the things He does?” Do not My words bring good to him who walks uprightly?
8 ULB ମାତ୍ର ଅଳ୍ପ କାଳ ହେଲା, ଆମ୍ଭର ଲୋକମାନେ ଶତ୍ରୁ ତୁଲ୍ୟ ହୋଇ ଉଠିଅଛନ୍ତି; ଯୁଦ୍ଧରୁ ବିମୁଖ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କ ତୁଲ୍ୟ ନିଶ୍ଚିନ୍ତ ପଥିକମାନଙ୍କ ଗାତ୍ରୀୟ ବସ୍ତ୍ରରୁ ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଉତ୍ତରୀୟ ବସ୍ତ୍ର ଛଡ଼ାଇ ନେଉଅଛ। BSB BSB: But of late My people have risen up like an enemy: You strip off the splendid robe from unsuspecting passersby like men returning from battle.
9 ULB ଆମ୍ଭ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କର ନାରୀଗଣକୁ ସେମାନଙ୍କର ସୁଖଜନକ ଗୃହରୁ ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଦୂର କରି ଦେଉଅଛ; ସେମାନଙ୍କର ସନ୍ତାନଗଣଠାରୁ ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଆମ୍ଭର (ଦତ୍ତ) ଗୌରବ ଚିରକାଳର ନିମନ୍ତେ ହରଣ କରି ନେଉଅଛ। BSB BSB: You drive the women of My people from their pleasant homes. You take away My blessing from their children forever.
10 ULB ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଉଠ ଓ ପ୍ରସ୍ଥାନ କର; କାରଣ ଏ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ବିଶ୍ରାମ ସ୍ଥାନ ନୁହେଁ; ଯେହେତୁ ଅଶୁଚିତା ବିନାଶ, ଅର୍ଥାତ୍, ଭୟାନକ ବିନାଶ କରୁଅଛି। BSB BSB: Arise and depart, for this is not your place of rest, because its defilement brings destruction—a grievous destruction!
11 ULB ଯଦି କୌଣସି ଲୋକ ବାୟୁ ଓ ମିଥ୍ୟା କଥାର ଅନୁଗାମୀ ହୋଇ ମିଥ୍ୟାରେ କହେ, ଆମ୍ଭେ ଦ୍ରାକ୍ଷାରସ ଓ ସୁରା ବିଷୟକ ଭବିଷ୍ୟଦ୍ବାକ୍ୟ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ନିକଟରେ ପ୍ରଚାର କରିବା, ତେବେ ସେ ତ ଏହି ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କର ଭବିଷ୍ୟଦ୍ବକ୍ତା ହେବ। BSB BSB: If a man of wind were to come and say falsely, “I will preach to you of wine and strong drink,” he would be just the preacher for this people!
12 ULB ହେ ଯାକୁବ, ଆମ୍ଭେ ଅବଶ୍ୟ ତୁମ୍ଭର ଯାବତୀୟ ଲୋକଙ୍କୁ ଏକତ୍ର କରିବା; ଆମ୍ଭେ ଅବଶ୍ୟ ଇସ୍ରାଏଲର ଅବଶିଷ୍ଟାଂଶକୁ ସଂଗ୍ରହ କରିବା; ଆମ୍ଭେ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ବସ୍ରାର ମେଷଗଣ ତୁଲ୍ୟ ଏକତ୍ର ରଖିବା; ନିଜ ଚରାଣି-ସ୍ଥାନ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଯେପରି ମେଷପଲ, ସେହିପରି ମନୁଷ୍ୟର ବାହୁଲ୍ୟ ସକାଶୁ ସେମାନେ ମହାଶବ୍ଦ କରିବେ। BSB BSB: I will surely gather all of you, O Jacob; I will collect the remnant of Israel. I will bring them together like sheep in a pen, like a flock in the midst of its pasture—a noisy throng.
13 ULB ଭଗ୍ନକାରୀ ସେମାନଙ୍କର ଅଗ୍ରଗାମୀ ହୋଇଅଛନ୍ତି; ସେମାନେ ବେଢ଼ା ଭାଙ୍ଗି ଦ୍ୱାର ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଯାଇଅଛନ୍ତି ଓ ସେହି ଦ୍ୱାର ଦେଇ ବାହାରି ଯାଇଅଛନ୍ତି; ପୁଣି, ସେମାନଙ୍କର ରାଜା ସେମାନଙ୍କର ଆଗେ ଆଗେ ଯାଇଅଛନ୍ତି ଓ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ସେମାନଙ୍କର ଅଗ୍ରଗାମୀ ଅଛନ୍ତି। BSB BSB: One who breaks open the way will go up before them; they will break through the gate, and go out by it. Their King will pass through before them, the LORD as their leader.
