8 ULB ଯେପରିକି ସେ ନ୍ୟାୟର ପଥ ରକ୍ଷା କରି ପାରିବେ ଓ ଆପଣା ସାଧୁମାନଙ୍କ ଗତି ସମ୍ଭାଳିବେ। BSB BSB: to guard the paths of justice and protect the way of His saints.
9 ULB ତହୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଧାର୍ମିକତା, ସୁବିଚାର, ନ୍ୟାୟ ଓ ମଙ୍ଗଳର ସମସ୍ତ ପଥ ଜାଣିବ। BSB BSB: Then you will discern righteousness and justice and equity—every good path.
10 ULB କାରଣ ଜ୍ଞାନ ତୁମ୍ଭ ହୃଦୟରେ ପ୍ରବେଶ କରିବ, ପୁଣି, ବିଦ୍ୟା ତୁମ୍ଭ ପ୍ରାଣର ତୁଷ୍ଟିକର ହେବ; BSB BSB: For wisdom will enter your heart, and knowledge will delight your soul.
11 ULB ପରିଣାମଦର୍ଶିତା ତୁମ୍ଭ ଉପରେ ପ୍ରହରୀ ହେବ, ବୁଦ୍ଧି ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ରକ୍ଷା କରିବ। BSB BSB: Discretion will watch over you, and understanding will guard you,
12 ULB ତହିଁରେ ଯେଉଁମାନେ ଅବାଧ୍ୟ କଥା କହନ୍ତି, BSB BSB: to deliver you from the way of evil, from the man who speaks perversity,
13 ULB ଯେଉଁମାନେ ଅନ୍ଧକାରମୟ ପଥରେ ଗତାୟାତ କରିବା ନିମନ୍ତେ ସରଳ ମାର୍ଗ ପରିତ୍ୟାଗ କରନ୍ତି; BSB BSB: from those who leave the straight paths to walk in the ways of darkness,
14 ULB ଯେଉଁମାନେ କୁକ୍ରିୟା କରିବାକୁ ହୃଷ୍ଟ ଓ ଦୁଷ୍ଟମାନଙ୍କ ଅବାଧ୍ୟତାରେ ଅନୁରକ୍ତ; BSB BSB: from those who enjoy doing evil and rejoice in the twistedness of evil,
15 ULB ଯେଉଁମାନେ ଆପଣା ଆପଣା ମାର୍ଗରେ କୁଟିଳ ଓ ଆପଣା ଆପଣା ପଥରେ ବକ୍ରଗାମୀ, ଏପରି କୁକର୍ମକାରୀମାନଙ୍କ ପଥରୁ ତୁମ୍ଭର ଉଦ୍ଧାର ହେବ। BSB BSB: whose paths are crooked and whose ways are devious.
16 ULB ଆଉ, ଯେଉଁ ପରସ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଚାଟୁବାଦିନୀ, ଯେ ଆପଣା ଯୌବନକାଳର ମିତ୍ରକୁ ତ୍ୟାଗ କରି ଆପଣା ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ନିୟମ ପାସୋରେ BSB BSB: It will rescue you from the forbidden woman, from the stranger with seductive words

20 ULB ଏନିମନ୍ତେ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ସତ୍ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କ ମାର୍ଗରେ ଗମନ କର ଓ ଧାର୍ମିକମାନଙ୍କ ପଥ ଅବଲମ୍ବନ କର, BSB BSB: So you will follow in the ways of the good, and keep to the paths of the righteous.
21 ULB ଯେହେତୁ ସରଳ ଲୋକମାନେ ଦେଶରେ ବାସ କରିବେ, ପୁଣି, ସିଦ୍ଧ ଲୋକମାନେ ତହିଁରେ ସୁସ୍ଥିର ରହିବେ। BSB BSB: For the upright will inhabit the land, and the blameless will remain in it;
22 ULB ମାତ୍ର ଦୁଷ୍ଟଗଣ ଦେଶରୁ ଉଚ୍ଛିନ୍ନ ହେବେ ଓ ବିଶ୍ୱାସଘାତକମାନେ ତହିଁରୁ ଉତ୍ପାଟିତ ହେବେ। BSB BSB: but the wicked will be cut off from the land, and the unfaithful will be uprooted.
