1 ULB ହେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ, ମୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭଠାରେ ଶରଣ ନେଇଅଛି; ମୋତେ କେବେ ଲଜ୍ଜିତ ହେବାକୁ ଦିଅ ନାହିଁ; ତୁମ୍ଭ ଧର୍ମଗୁଣରେ ମୋତେ ଉଦ୍ଧାର କର। BSB BSB: For the choirmaster. A Psalm of David. In You, O LORD, I have taken refuge; let me never be put to shame; save me by Your righteousness.
2 ULB ମୋ’ ପ୍ରତି ଆପଣା କର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଡେର; ଶୀଘ୍ର ମୋତେ ଉଦ୍ଧାର କର; ତୁମ୍ଭେ ମୋ’ ପ୍ରତି ଦୃଢ଼ ଶୈଳ, ମୋହର ପରିତ୍ରାଣାର୍ଥକ ଦୁର୍ଗରୂପ ଗୃହ ହୁଅ। BSB BSB: Incline Your ear to me; come quickly to my rescue. Be my rock of refuge, the stronghold of my deliverance.
3 ULB କାରଣ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ମୋହର ଶୈଳ ଓ ମୋହର ଦୁର୍ଗ ଅଟ; ଏଥିପାଇଁ ନିଜ ନାମ ସକାଶୁ ମୋତେ ପଥ ଦେଖାଇ କଢ଼ାଇ ନିଅ। BSB BSB: For You are my rock and my fortress; lead me and guide me for the sake of Your name.
4 ULB ସେମାନେ ଗୋପନରେ ମୋ’ ପାଇଁ ଯେଉଁ ଜାଲ ପାତିଅଛନ୍ତି, ତହିଁରୁ ମୋତେ ଉଦ୍ଧାର କର; କାରଣ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ମୋହର ଦୃଢ଼ ଦୁର୍ଗ। BSB BSB: You free me from the net laid out for me, for You are my refuge.
5 ULB ମୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭ ହସ୍ତରେ ଆପଣା ଆତ୍ମା ସମର୍ପଣ କରେ; ହେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ, ସତ୍ୟମୟ ପରମେଶ୍ୱର, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ମୋତେ ମୁକ୍ତ କରିଅଛ। BSB BSB: Into Your hands I commit my spirit; You have redeemed me, O LORD, God of truth.
6 ULB ଯେଉଁମାନେ ଅସାର ପ୍ରତିମାଗଣକୁ ମାନନ୍ତି, ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ମୁଁ ଘୃଣା କରେ; ମାତ୍ର ମୁଁ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କଠାରେ ନିର୍ଭର ରଖେ। BSB BSB: I hate those who cling to worthless idols, but in the LORD I trust.
7 ULB ମୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭ ଦୟାରେ ଆନନ୍ଦ ଓ ଉଲ୍ଲାସ କରିବି; କାରଣ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ମୋହର କ୍ଳେଶ ଦେଖିଅଛ; ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଦୁର୍ଦ୍ଦଶା ସମୟରେ ମୋ’ ପ୍ରାଣର ତତ୍ତ୍ୱ ନେଇଅଛ। BSB BSB: I will be glad and rejoice in Your loving devotion, for You have seen my affliction; You have known the anguish of my soul.
8 ULB ପୁଣି, ଶତ୍ରୁ ହସ୍ତରେ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ମୋତେ ବନ୍ଦ କରି ନାହଁ; ତୁମ୍ଭେ ପ୍ରଶସ୍ତ ସ୍ଥାନରେ ମୋର ଚରଣ ସ୍ଥାପନ କରିଅଛ। BSB BSB: You have not delivered me to the enemy; You have set my feet in the open.
9 ULB ହେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ, ମୋ’ ପ୍ରତି ଦୟା କର, କାରଣ ମୁଁ ବିପଦଗ୍ରସ୍ତ; ଦୁଃଖରେ ମୋହର ଚକ୍ଷୁ, ମୋହର ପ୍ରାଣ ଓ ମୋହର ଶରୀର କ୍ଷୀଣ ହେଉଅଛି। BSB BSB: Be merciful to me, O LORD, for I am in distress; my eyes fail from sorrow, my soul and body as well.
10 ULB କାରଣ ଦୁଃଖରେ ମୋହର ଜୀବନ ଓ ହାହାକାରରେ ମୋହର ବର୍ଷ ବହି ଯାଉଅଛି; ମୋ’ ଅପରାଧ ସକାଶୁ ମୋର ବଳ କ୍ଷୀଣ ହେଉଅଛି ଓ ମୋର ଅସ୍ଥିସବୁ କ୍ଷୟ ପାଉଅଛି। BSB BSB: For my life is consumed with grief and my years with groaning; my iniquity has drained my strength, and my bones are wasting away.
11 ULB ମୁଁ ଆପଣା ସମସ୍ତ ବିପକ୍ଷଙ୍କ ସକାଶୁ ଆପଣା ପ୍ରତିବାସୀମାନଙ୍କର ଅତ୍ୟନ୍ତ ନିନ୍ଦାସ୍ପଦ ଓ ଆପଣା ପରିଚିତମାନଙ୍କର ଭୟସ୍ଥଳ ହୋଇଅଛି, ମୋତେ ବାହାରେ ଦେଖିଲା ଲୋକମାନେ ମୋ’ ନିକଟରୁ ପଳାଇଲେ। BSB BSB: Among all my enemies I am a disgrace, and among my neighbors even more. I am dreaded by my friends—they flee when they see me on the street.
12 ULB ମୁଁ ମୃତ ଲୋକ ତୁଲ୍ୟ ମନରୁ ବିସ୍ମୃତ ହୋଇଅଛି; ମୁଁ ଭଗ୍ନ ପାତ୍ର ସଦୃଶ। BSB BSB: I am forgotten like a dead man, out of mind. I am like a broken vessel.
13 ULB କାରଣ ମୁଁ ଅନେକଙ୍କଠାରୁ ନିନ୍ଦାବାଦ ଶୁଣିଅଛି, ଚତୁର୍ଦ୍ଦିଗରେ ଆଶଙ୍କା; ସେମାନେ ମୋ’ ବିରୁଦ୍ଧରେ ଏକତ୍ର ମନ୍ତ୍ରଣା କଲା ବେଳେ ମୋ’ ପ୍ରାଣ ନେବା ପାଇଁ ସଂକଳ୍ପ କଲେ। BSB BSB: For I hear the slander of many; there is terror on every side. They conspire against me and plot to take my life.
14 ULB ମାତ୍ର ହେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ, ମୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭଠାରେ ଶରଣ ନିଏ; ମୁଁ କହେ, “ତୁମ୍ଭେ ମୋହର ପରମେଶ୍ୱର।” BSB BSB: But I trust in You, O LORD; I say, “You are my God.”
15 ULB ମୋହର ସମୟ ସବୁ ତୁମ୍ଭର ହସ୍ତଗତ; ମୋ’ ଶତ୍ରୁଗଣ ହସ୍ତରୁ ଓ ମୋ’ ତାଡ଼ନାକାରୀମାନଙ୍କଠାରୁ ମୋତେ ଉଦ୍ଧାର କର। BSB BSB: My times are in Your hands; deliver me from my enemies and from those who pursue me.
16 ULB ଆପଣା ଦାସ ପ୍ରତି ଆପଣା ମୁଖ ପ୍ରସନ୍ନ କର; ଆପଣା ସ୍ନେହପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ କରୁଣାରେ ମୋତେ ପରିତ୍ରାଣ କର। BSB BSB: Make Your face shine on Your servant; save me by Your loving devotion.
17 ULB ହେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ, ମୋତେ ଲଜ୍ଜିତ ହେବାକୁ ଦିଅ ନାହିଁ; କାରଣ ମୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭ ନିକଟରେ ଡାକ ପକାଇଅଛି; ଦୁଷ୍ଟମାନେ ଲଜ୍ଜିତ ହେଉନ୍ତୁ, ସେମାନେ ପାତାଳରେ ନୀରବ ହେଉନ୍ତୁ। BSB BSB: O LORD, let me not be ashamed, for I have called on You. Let the wicked be put to shame; let them lie silent in Sheol.
18 ULB ମିଥ୍ୟାବାଦୀ ଓଷ୍ଠାଧରସବୁ ମୂକ ହେଉ, ସେମାନେ ଅହଙ୍କାର ଓ ତୁଚ୍ଛ ଭାବରେ ଧାର୍ମିକମାନଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତିକୂଳରେ ଦର୍ପ କଥା କହନ୍ତି। BSB BSB: May lying lips be silenced—lips that speak with arrogance against the righteous, full of pride and contempt.
19 ULB ଆଃ, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଆପଣା ଭୟକାରୀମାନଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ଯେଉଁ ମଙ୍ଗଳ ସଞ୍ଚୟ କରିଅଛ, ମନୁଷ୍ୟ-ସନ୍ତାନଗଣ ସାକ୍ଷାତରେ ଆପଣା ଶରଣାଗତ ଲୋକଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ଯେଉଁ ମଙ୍ଗଳ ସାଧନ କରିଅଛ, ତାହା କିପରି ମହତ୍! BSB BSB: How great is Your goodness which You have laid up for those who fear You, which You have bestowed before the sons of men on those who take refuge in You!
20 ULB ତୁମ୍ଭେ ମନୁଷ୍ୟର ସବୁ କୁମନ୍ତ୍ରଣାରୁ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଆପଣା ଶ୍ରୀଛାମୁର ଅନ୍ତରାଳରେ ଲୁଚାଇବ; ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଜିହ୍ୱାସମୂହର ବିରୋଧରୁ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଆପଣା ଆବାସରେ ଗୋପନ କରି ରଖିବ। BSB BSB: You hide them in the secret place of Your presence from the schemes of men. You conceal them in Your shelter from accusing tongues.
21 ULB ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଧନ୍ୟ ହେଉନ୍ତୁ; କାରଣ ସେ ଦୃଢ଼ ନଗରରେ ମୋ’ ପ୍ରତି ଆପଣାର ଆଶ୍ଚର୍ଯ୍ୟ ସ୍ନେହପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ କରୁଣା ପ୍ରକାଶ କରିଅଛନ୍ତି। BSB BSB: Blessed be the LORD, for He has shown me His loving devotion in a city under siege.
22 ULB ମାତ୍ର ମୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭ ଦୃଷ୍ଟିରୁ ଉଚ୍ଛିନ୍ନ ବୋଲି ଆପଣା ଅଧୈର୍ଯ୍ୟରେ କହିଥିଲି; ତଥାପି ମୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭ ନିକଟରେ ଆର୍ତ୍ତନାଦ କଲା ବେଳେ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ମୋ’ ନିବେଦନର ରବ ଶୁଣିଲ। BSB BSB: In my alarm I said, “I am cut off from Your sight!” But You heard my plea for mercy when I called to You for help.
23 ULB ହେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ସଦ୍ଭକ୍ତ ସମସ୍ତେ, ତାହାଙ୍କୁ ପ୍ରେମ କର; ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ବିଶ୍ୱସ୍ତ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ରକ୍ଷା କରନ୍ତି ଓ ଗର୍ବାଚାରୀମାନଙ୍କୁ ବହୁଳ ରୂପେ ପ୍ରତିଫଳ ଦିଅନ୍ତି। BSB BSB: Love the LORD, all His saints. The LORD preserves the faithful, but fully repays the arrogant.
24 ULB ହେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କଠାରେ ଭରସାକାରୀ ସମସ୍ତେ, ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ବଳବାନ ହୁଅ ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ଅନ୍ତଃକରଣ ସାହସିକ ହେଉ। BSB BSB: Be strong and courageous, all you who hope in the LORD.
