4 ULB କାରଣ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ବାକ୍ୟ ଯଥାର୍ଥ; ଆଉ ତାହାଙ୍କର ସମସ୍ତ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ବିଶ୍ୱସ୍ତତାରେ ସାଧିତ। BSB BSB: For the word of the LORD is upright, and all His work is trustworthy.
5 ULB ସେ ଧାର୍ମିକତା ଓ ନ୍ୟାୟବିଚାର ଭଲ ପାଆନ୍ତି; ପୃଥିବୀ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ସ୍ନେହପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ କରୁଣାରେ ପରିପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ; BSB BSB: The LORD loves righteousness and justice; the earth is full of His loving devotion.
6 ULB ଗଗନମଣ୍ଡଳ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ବାକ୍ୟରେ, ଆଉ ତହିଁର ସମସ୍ତ ବାହିନୀ ତାହାଙ୍କ ମୁଖର ନିଶ୍ୱାସରେ ନିର୍ମିତ। BSB BSB: By the word of the LORD the heavens were made, and all the stars by the breath of His mouth.
7 ULB ସେ ସମୁଦ୍ରର ଜଳସମୂହକୁ ରାଶି ତୁଲ୍ୟ ଏକତ୍ର କରନ୍ତି; ସେ ବାରିଧିସମୂହକୁ ଭଣ୍ଡାରରେ ସଞ୍ଚୟ କରନ୍ତି। BSB BSB: He piles up the waters of the sea; He puts the depths into storehouses.
8 ULB ସମୁଦାୟ ପୃଥିବୀ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କୁ ଭୟ କରୁ; ଜଗନ୍ନିବାସୀ ସମସ୍ତେ ତାହାଙ୍କ ବିଷୟରେ ଭୀତ ହେଉନ୍ତୁ। BSB BSB: Let all the earth fear the LORD; let all the people of the world revere Him.
9 ULB ସେ କହିବା ମାତ୍ରେ ସୃଷ୍ଟି ହେଲା, ସେ ଆଜ୍ଞା କରିବାମାତ୍ରେ ସ୍ଥିତି ହେଲା। BSB BSB: For He spoke, and it came to be; He commanded, and it stood firm.
10 ULB ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀୟମାନଙ୍କର ମନ୍ତ୍ରଣା ବ୍ୟର୍ଥ କରନ୍ତି; ସେ ଜନବୃନ୍ଦର ସଂକଳ୍ପସବୁ ବିଫଳ କରନ୍ତି। BSB BSB: The LORD frustrates the plans of the nations; He thwarts the devices of the peoples.
11 ULB ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ମନ୍ତ୍ରଣା ଅନନ୍ତକାଳସ୍ଥାୟୀ; ତାହାଙ୍କ ଚିତ୍ତର ସଂକଳ୍ପସବୁ ପୁରୁଷାନୁକ୍ରମେ ଥାଏ। BSB BSB: The counsel of the LORD stands forever, the purposes of His heart to all generations.
12 ULB ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଯେଉଁ ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀର ପରମେଶ୍ୱର, ସେ ଧନ୍ୟ; ସେ ଯେଉଁ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ଆପଣା ଅଧିକାରାର୍ଥେ ମନୋନୀତ କରିଅଛନ୍ତି, ସେମାନେ ଧନ୍ୟ। BSB BSB: Blessed is the nation whose God is the LORD, the people He has chosen as His inheritance!
13 ULB ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ସ୍ୱର୍ଗରୁ ଦୃଷ୍ଟିପାତ କରନ୍ତି; ସେ ସମସ୍ତ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କୁ ନିରୀକ୍ଷଣ କରନ୍ତି; BSB BSB: The LORD looks down from heaven; He sees all the sons of men.
14 ULB ସେ ଆପଣା ନିବାସ-ସ୍ଥାନରୁ ପୃଥିବୀ-ନିବାସୀ ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କ ଉପରେ ଦୃଷ୍ଟିପାତ କରନ୍ତି; BSB BSB: From His dwelling place He gazes on all who inhabit the earth.
15 ULB ସେ ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କର ହୃଦୟ ଗଢ଼ନ୍ତି, ସେ ସେମାନଙ୍କର କର୍ମସବୁ ନିରୀକ୍ଷଣ କରନ୍ତି। BSB BSB: He shapes the hearts of each; He considers all their works.
16 ULB କୌଣସି ରାଜା ଅପାର ସୈନ୍ୟ ଦ୍ୱାରା ଉଦ୍ଧାର ପାଏ ନାହିଁ; କୌଣସି ବୀର ମହାଶକ୍ତି ଦ୍ୱାରା ଉଦ୍ଧାର ପାଏ ନାହିଁ। BSB BSB: No king is saved by his vast army; no warrior is delivered by his great strength.
17 ULB ରକ୍ଷାର୍ଥେ ଅଶ୍ୱ ମିଥ୍ୟା; କିଅବା ସେ ଆପଣା ମହାବଳ ଦ୍ୱାରା କାହାକୁ ରକ୍ଷା କରି ପାରିବ ନାହିଁ। BSB BSB: A horse is a vain hope for salvation; even its great strength cannot save.
18 ULB ଦେଖ, ଯେଉଁମାନେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କୁ ଭୟ କରନ୍ତି, ତାହାଙ୍କ ଦୟାରେ ଭରସା ରଖନ୍ତି, BSB BSB: Surely the eyes of the LORD are on those who fear Him, on those whose hope is in His loving devotion
19 ULB ସେମାନଙ୍କ ପ୍ରାଣ ମୃତ୍ୟୁୁରୁ ରକ୍ଷା କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଓ ଦୁର୍ଭିକ୍ଷ ସମୟରେ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ବଞ୍ଚାଇବା ପାଇଁ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ଉପରେ ତାହାଙ୍କର ଦୃଷ୍ଟି ଥାଏ। BSB BSB: to deliver them from death and keep them alive in famine.
20 ULB ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ପ୍ରାଣ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ଅପେକ୍ଷାରେ ରହିଅଛି; ସେ ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ସହାୟ ଓ ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ଢାଲ। BSB BSB: Our soul waits for the LORD; He is our help and our shield.
21 ULB ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ଅନ୍ତଃକରଣ ତାହାଙ୍କଠାରେ ଆନନ୍ଦ କରିବ, କାରଣ ଆମ୍ଭେମାନେ ତାହାଙ୍କ ପବିତ୍ର ନାମରେ ବିଶ୍ୱାସ କରିଅଛୁ। BSB BSB: For our hearts rejoice in Him, since we trust in His holy name.
22 ULB ହେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ, ତୁମ୍ଭଠାରେ ଆମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଭରସା କରିଥିବା ପ୍ରମାଣେ ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତି ତୁମ୍ଭର ଦୟା ବର୍ତ୍ତୁ। BSB BSB: May Your loving devotion rest on us, O LORD, as we put our hope in You.
