5 ULB ଦେଖ, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ମୋହର ଦିନ କେତେକ ମୁଷ୍ଟି ପରିମିତ କରିଅଛ; ମୋହର ଆୟୁ ତୁମ୍ଭ ଦୃଷ୍ଟିରେ ଅବସ୍ତୁ ତୁଲ୍ୟ; ନିଶ୍ଚୟ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକ ମନୁଷ୍ୟ ଆପଣା ସର୍ବୋତ୍ତମ ଅବସ୍ଥାରେ ହିଁ ନିତାନ୍ତ ଅସାର। ସେଲା BSB BSB: You, indeed, have made my days as handbreadths, and my lifetime as nothing before You. 6 ULB ନିଶ୍ଚୟ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକ ମନୁଷ୍ୟ ଛାୟା ତୁଲ୍ୟ ଗମନାଗମନ କରେ; ନିଶ୍ଚୟ ସେମାନେ ଅସାରରେ ବ୍ୟସ୍ତ; ସେ ଧନ ଗଦା କରେ, ଆଉ କିଏ ତାହା ସଂଗ୍ରହ କରିବ, ଜାଣେ ନାହିଁ। BSB BSB: Surely every man goes about like a phantom; surely he bustles in vain; he heaps up riches not knowing who will haul them away.
7 ULB ହେ ପ୍ରଭୁ, ଏବେ ମୁଁ କାହିଁର ଅପେକ୍ଷା କରିବି? ମୋହର ପ୍ରତ୍ୟାଶା ତୁମ୍ଭଠାରେ ଅଛି। BSB BSB: And now, O Lord, for what do I wait? My hope is in You.
8 ULB ମୋହର ସକଳ ଅଧର୍ମରୁ ମୋତେ ଉଦ୍ଧାର କର; ମୋତେ ମୂର୍ଖ ଲୋକର ନିନ୍ଦାପାତ୍ର କର ନାହିଁ। BSB BSB: Deliver me from all my transgressions; do not make me the reproach of fools.
9 ULB ମୁଁ ଘୁଙ୍ଗା ହୋଇଥିଲି, ମୁଁ ଆପଣା ମୁଖ ଫିଟାଇଲି ନାହିଁ; କାରଣ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ତାହା କଲ। BSB BSB: I have become mute; I do not open my mouth because of what You have done.
10 ULB ମୋ’ଠାରୁ ତୁମ୍ଭ ଆଘାତ ଦୂର କର; ତୁମ୍ଭ କରାଘାତରେ ମୁଁ କ୍ଷୀଣ ହେଲି। BSB BSB: Remove Your scourge from me; I am perishing by the force of Your hand.
11 ULB ତୁମ୍ଭେ ମନୁଷ୍ୟକୁ ଅପରାଧ ସକାଶୁ ଅନୁଯୋଗ ଦ୍ୱାରା ଶାସ୍ତି ଦେଲା ବେଳେ କୀଟ ପରି ତାହାର ସୌନ୍ଦର୍ଯ୍ୟ ବିନାଶ କରିଥାଅ; ନିଶ୍ଚୟ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକ ମନୁଷ୍ୟ ଅସାର। ସେଲା BSB BSB: You discipline and correct a man for his iniquity, consuming like a moth what he holds dear; surely each man is but a vapor. Selah
12 ULB ହେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ, ମୋହର ପ୍ରାର୍ଥନା ଶୁଣ ଓ ମୋ’ ଆର୍ତ୍ତସ୍ୱରରେ କର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଦିଅ; ମୋ’ ଅଶ୍ରୁପାତରେ ନୀରବ ହୁଅ ନାହିଁ; କାରଣ ମୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭ ନିକଟରେ ବିଦେଶୀ, ମୋହର ସମସ୍ତ ପୂର୍ବପୁରୁଷଗଣଙ୍କ ତୁଲ୍ୟ ପ୍ରବାସୀ। BSB BSB: Hear my prayer, O LORD, and give ear to my cry for help; do not be deaf to my weeping. For I am a foreigner dwelling with You, a stranger like all my fathers.
13 ULB ମୁଁ ଏଠାରୁ ପ୍ରସ୍ଥାନ କରିବାର ଓ ଆଉ ନ ଥିବାର ପୂର୍ବେ ଯେପରି ପ୍ରଫୁଲ୍ଲ ହେବି, ଏଥିପାଇଁ ମୋ’ଠାରୁ ଦୃଷ୍ଟି ଫେରାଅ।” BSB BSB: Turn Your gaze away from me, that I may again be cheered before I depart and am no more.”
