1 ULB ପରମେଶ୍ୱର, ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ପରମେଶ୍ୱର କଥା କହିଅଛନ୍ତି ଓ ସୂର୍ଯ୍ୟର ଉଦୟ-ସ୍ଥାନଠାରୁ ତହିଁର ଅସ୍ତ-ସ୍ଥାନ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ସେ ପୃଥିବୀକୁ ଆହ୍ୱାନ କରିଅଛନ୍ତି। BSB BSB: A Psalm of Asaph. The Mighty One, God the LORD, speaks and summons the earth from where the sun rises to where it sets.
2 ULB ସୌନ୍ଦର୍ଯ୍ୟର ସିଦ୍ଧି ସ୍ୱରୂପ ସିୟୋନଠାରୁ ପରମେଶ୍ୱର ପ୍ରକାଶିତ ହୋଇଅଛନ୍ତି। BSB BSB: From Zion, perfect in beauty, God shines forth.
3 ULB ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ପରମେଶ୍ୱର ଆସିବେ ଓ ନୀରବ ରହିବେ ନାହିଁ; ତାହାଙ୍କ ସମ୍ମୁଖରେ ଅଗ୍ନି ଗ୍ରାସ କରିବ ଓ ତାହାଙ୍କ ଚତୁର୍ଦ୍ଦିଗ ଅତ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଝଡ଼ମୟ ହେବ। BSB BSB: Our God approaches and will not be silent! Consuming fire precedes Him, and a tempest rages around Him.
4 ULB ସେ ଆପଣା ଲୋକଙ୍କୁ ବିଚାର କରିବା ନିମନ୍ତେ ଉପରିସ୍ଥ ସ୍ୱର୍ଗକୁ ଓ ପୃଥିବୀକୁ ଡାକିବେ; BSB BSB: He summons the heavens above, and the earth, that He may judge His people:
5 ULB “ଯେଉଁମାନେ ବଳିଦାନ ଦ୍ୱାରା ଆମ୍ଭ ସଙ୍ଗେ ନିୟମ କରିଅଛନ୍ତି, ଆମର ସେହି ସଦ୍ଭକ୍ତଗଣଙ୍କୁ ଆମ୍ଭ ନିକଟରେ ଏକତ୍ର କର।” BSB BSB: “Gather to Me My saints, who made a covenant with Me by sacrifice.”
6 ULB ପୁଣି, ସ୍ୱର୍ଗ ତାହାଙ୍କର ଧର୍ମ ପ୍ରକାଶ କରିବ; କାରଣ ପରମେଶ୍ୱର ସ୍ୱୟଂ ବିଚାରକର୍ତ୍ତା। ସେଲା BSB BSB: And the heavens proclaim His righteousness, for God Himself is Judge. Selah
7 ULB “ହେ ଆମ୍ଭର ଲୋକମାନେ, ଶୁଣ, ଆମ୍ଭେ କଥା କହିବା; ହେ ଇସ୍ରାଏଲ ଶୁଣ, ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭ ବିଷୟରେ ସାକ୍ଷ୍ୟ ଦେବା; ଆମ୍ଭେ ହିଁ ପରମେଶ୍ୱର, ତୁମ୍ଭର ପରମେଶ୍ୱର, BSB BSB: “Hear, O My people, and I will speak, O Israel, and I will testify against you: I am God, your God.
8 ULB ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭର ସବୁ ହୋମବଳି ସକାଶୁ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ଭର୍ତ୍ସନା କରିବା ନାହିଁ; ଆଉ, ତୁମ୍ଭର ହୋମବଳିସବୁ ନିତ୍ୟ ଆମ୍ଭ ସମ୍ମୁଖରେ ଅଛି। BSB BSB: I do not rebuke you for your sacrifices, and your burnt offerings are ever before Me.
9 ULB ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭ ଗୃହରୁ କୌଣସି ବୃଷ କିମ୍ଵା ତୁମ୍ଭ ଖୁଆଡ଼ରୁ ଛାଗର ବଳିଦାନ ନେବା ନାହିଁ। BSB BSB: I have no need for a bull from your stall or goats from your pens,
10 ULB କାରଣ ବନସ୍ଥ ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକ ଜନ୍ତୁ ଓ ସହସ୍ର ସହସ୍ର ପର୍ବତସ୍ଥ ପଶୁ ଆମ୍ଭର। BSB BSB: for every beast of the forest is Mine—the cattle on a thousand hills.
11 ULB ଆମ୍ଭେ ପର୍ବତମାନର ସମସ୍ତ ପକ୍ଷୀକୁ ଜାଣୁ ଓ ବିଲର ପଶୁସବୁ ଆମ୍ଭର। BSB BSB: I know every bird in the mountains, and the creatures of the field are Mine.
12 ULB ଆମ୍ଭେ କ୍ଷୁଧିତ ହେଲେ, ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ଜଣାଇବା ନାହିଁ; କାରଣ ଜଗତ ଓ ତହିଁର ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣତା ଆମ୍ଭର। BSB BSB: If I were hungry, I would not tell you, for the world is Mine, and the fullness thereof.
13 ULB ଆମ୍ଭେ କ’ଣ ବୃଷମାଂସ ଭୋଜନ କରିବା, ଅବା ଛାଗରକ୍ତ ପାନ କରିବା? BSB BSB: Do I eat the flesh of bulls, or drink the blood of goats?
14 ULB ତୁମ୍ଭେ ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ୟରେ ଧନ୍ୟବାଦରୂପ ବଳି ଉତ୍ସର୍ଗ କର ଓ ସର୍ବୋପରିସ୍ଥଙ୍କ ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ୟରେ ଆପଣା ମାନତ ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ କର; BSB BSB: Sacrifice a thank offering to God, and fulfill your vows to the Most High.
15 ULB ପୁଣି, ସଙ୍କଟ ଦିନରେ ଆମ୍ଭକୁ ଡାକ; ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ଉଦ୍ଧାର କରିବା, ଆଉ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଆମ୍ଭର ମହିମା ପ୍ରକାଶ କରିବ।” BSB BSB: Call upon Me in the day of trouble; I will deliver you, and you will honor Me.”
16 ULB ମାତ୍ର ଦୁଷ୍ଟକୁ ପରମେଶ୍ୱର କହନ୍ତି, “ଆମ୍ଭର ବିଧି ପ୍ରଚାର କରିବାକୁ ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଯେ ଆମ୍ଭର ନିୟମ ଆପଣା ମୁଖରେ ନେଇଅଛ, ତୁମ୍ଭର କି ଅଧିକାର? BSB BSB: To the wicked, however, God says, “What right have you to recite My statutes and to bear My covenant on your lips?
17 ULB କାରଣ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଶିକ୍ଷା ଘୃଣା କରୁଅଛ ଓ ଆମ୍ଭ ବାକ୍ୟ ଆପଣା ପଛେ ପକାଇ ଦେଉଅଛ। BSB BSB: For you hate My instruction and cast My words behind you.
18 ULB ଚୋରକୁ ଦେଖିଲେ, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ତାହା ସଙ୍ଗେ ସମ୍ମତ ହୋଇଅଛ ଓ ବ୍ୟଭିଚାରୀମାନଙ୍କର ସହଭାଗୀ ହୋଇଅଛ। BSB BSB: When you see a thief, you befriend him, and throw in your lot with adulterers.
19 ULB ତୁମ୍ଭେ ମନ୍ଦ ବିଷୟରେ ଆପଣା ମୁଖ ବଢ଼ାଉଅଛ ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭର ଜିହ୍ୱା ପ୍ରବଞ୍ଚନା କଳ୍ପନା କରେ। BSB BSB: You unleash your mouth for evil and harness your tongue to deceit.
20 ULB ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଆପଣା ଭାଇ ବିରୁଦ୍ଧରେ ବସି କଥା କହୁଅଛ; ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଆପଣା ମାତୃପୁତ୍ରର ନିନ୍ଦା କରୁଅଛ। BSB BSB: You sit and malign your brother; you slander your own mother’s son.
21 ULB ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଏହିସବୁ କରି ଆସିଅଛ ଓ ଆମ୍ଭେ ନୀରବ ହୋଇ ରହିଅଛୁ; ତହିଁରେ ଆମ୍ଭେ ସର୍ବତୋଭାବେ ତୁମ୍ଭ ପରି ବୋଲି ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଅନୁମାନ କରିଅଛ; ମାତ୍ର ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ଅନୁଯୋଗ କରିବା ଓ ତାହାସବୁ ତୁମ୍ଭ ସାକ୍ଷାତରେ ସଜାଇ ରଖିବା। BSB BSB: You have done these things, and I kept silent; you thought I was just like you. But now I rebuke you and accuse you to your face.
22 ULB ହେ ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କୁ ପାସୋରିବା ଲୋକମାନେ, ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଏହା ବିବେଚନା କର, ନୋହିଲେ ଆମ୍ଭେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ବିଦୀର୍ଣ୍ଣ କରିବା, ପୁଣି, ଉଦ୍ଧାର କରିବାକୁ କେହି ନ ଥିବ। BSB BSB: Now consider this, you who forget God, lest I tear you to pieces, with no one to rescue you:
23 ULB ଯେଉଁ ଜନ ଧନ୍ୟବାଦରୂପ ବଳି ଉତ୍ସର୍ଗ କରେ, ସେ ଆମ୍ଭକୁ ଗୌରବ ଦିଏ; ଯେଉଁ ଜନ ଆପଣା ଗତି ସରଳ କରେ, ତାହାକୁ ଆମ୍ଭେ ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ପରିତ୍ରାଣ ଦେଖାଇବା।” BSB BSB: He who sacrifices a thank offering honors Me, and to him who rightly orders his way, I will show the salvation of God.”
