2 ULB ମୋ’ ପ୍ରତି ମନୋଯୋଗ କରି ମୋତେ ଉତ୍ତର ଦିଅ; ଶତ୍ରୁମାନଙ୍କ ରବ ସକାଶୁ, ଦୁଷ୍ଟମାନଙ୍କ ଦୌରାତ୍ମ୍ୟ ସକାଶୁ ମୁଁ ଭାବନାରେ ଅସ୍ଥିର ହୋଇ ରୋଦନ କରୁଥାଏ; BSB BSB: Attend to me and answer me. I am restless in my complaint, and distraught
3 ULB କାରଣ ସେମାନେ ମୋ’ ଉପରେ ଅଧର୍ମ ଆରୋପ କରନ୍ତି ଓ କ୍ରୋଧରେ ମୋତେ ଘୃଣା କରନ୍ତି। BSB BSB: at the voice of the enemy, at the pressure of the wicked. For they bring down disaster upon me and resent me in their anger.
4 ULB ମୋ’ ଅନ୍ତରରେ ମୋ’ ହୃଦୟ ଅତ୍ୟନ୍ତ ବ୍ୟଥିତ ହେଉଅଛି ଓ ମୋ’ ଉପରେ ମୃତ୍ୟୁୁର ତ୍ରାସ ପଡ଼ିଅଛି। BSB BSB: My heart pounds within me, and the terrors of death assail me.
5 ULB ମୋତେ ଭୟ ଓ କମ୍ପ ଆକ୍ରମଣ କରିଅଛି, ପୁଣି, ମହାତ୍ରାସ ମୋତେ ଆଚ୍ଛନ୍ନ କରିଅଛି। BSB BSB: Fear and trembling grip me, and horror has overwhelmed me.
6 ULB ଯଦି କପୋତ ପରି ମୋହର ପକ୍ଷ ଥା’ନ୍ତା! ଏଣୁ ମୁଁ କହିଲି, ଆଃ, ତେବେ ମୁଁ ଉଡ଼ିଯାଇ ବିଶ୍ରାମ ପାଆନ୍ତି। BSB BSB: I said, “Oh, that I had wings like a dove! I would fly away and find rest.
7 ULB ଦେଖ, ତେବେ ମୁଁ ଦୂରରେ ଭ୍ରମଣ କରନ୍ତି, ମୁଁ ପ୍ରାନ୍ତରରେ ବାସ କରନ୍ତି। ସେଲା BSB BSB: How far away I would flee! In the wilderness I would remain. Selah
8 ULB ମୁଁ ପ୍ରବଳ ବାୟୁ ଓ ତୋଫାନରୁ ଆଶ୍ରୟ ନେବା ପାଇଁ ପଳାୟନ କରନ୍ତି। BSB BSB: I would hurry to my shelter, far from this raging tempest.”
9 ULB ହେ ପ୍ରଭୁ, ବିନାଶ କର ଓ ସେମାନଙ୍କର ଅନେକ ଜିହ୍ୱା ଜନ୍ମାଅ; କାରଣ ମୁଁ ନଗର ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଦୌରାତ୍ମ୍ୟ ଓ କଳହ ଦେଖିଅଛି। BSB BSB: O Lord, confuse and confound their speech, for I see violence and strife in the city.
10 ULB ଶତ୍ରୁମାନେ ଦିବାରାତ୍ର ତହିଁର ପ୍ରାଚୀର ଦେଇ ଭ୍ରମଣ କରନ୍ତି; ମଧ୍ୟ ଅଧର୍ମ ଓ ଉତ୍ପାତ ତହିଁ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଅଛି। BSB BSB: Day and night they encircle the walls, while malice and trouble lie within.
11 ULB ଦୁଷ୍ଟତା ତହିଁର ମଧ୍ୟବର୍ତ୍ତୀ, ଦୌରାତ୍ମ୍ୟ ଓ ଛଳନା ତହିଁର ଛକସ୍ଥାନସବୁ ଛାଡ଼େ ନାହିଁ। BSB BSB: Destruction is within; oppression and deceit never leave the streets.
12 ULB କାରଣ କୌଣସି ଶତ୍ରୁ ମୋତେ ତିରସ୍କାର କଲା ନାହିଁ; କଲେ ତାହା ମୁଁ ସହ୍ୟ କରି ପାରନ୍ତି; କିଅବା ମୋହର ଘୃଣାକାରୀ ମୋ’ ବିରୁଦ୍ଧରେ ଦର୍ପ କଲା ନାହିଁ, କଲେ ତାହାଠାରୁ ମୁଁ ଆପଣାକୁ ଲୁଚାନ୍ତି; BSB BSB: For it is not an enemy who insults me; that I could endure. It is not a foe who rises against me; from him I could hide.
13 ULB ମାତ୍ର ମୋ’ ପରି ମନୁଷ୍ୟ, ମୋହର ସଙ୍ଗୀ ଓ ମୋହର ଆତ୍ମୀୟ ଯେ ତୁମ୍ଭେ, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ତାହା କଲ। BSB BSB: But it is you, a man like myself, my companion and close friend.
14 ULB ଆମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଏକତ୍ର ମଧୁର ମନ୍ତ୍ରଣା କଲୁ, ଜନତା ସଙ୍ଗେ ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ଗୃହରେ ଗମନାଗମନ କଲୁ। BSB BSB: We shared sweet fellowship together; we walked with the crowd into the house of God.
15 ULB ମୃତ୍ୟୁୁ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ହଠାତ୍ ଆକ୍ରମଣ କରୁ, ସେମାନେ ପାତାଳକୁ ଜୀଅନ୍ତା ଗମନ କରନ୍ତୁ, କାରଣ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ବାସସ୍ଥାନରେ, ସେମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଦୁଷ୍ଟତା ଅଛି। BSB BSB: Let death seize them by surprise; let them go down to Sheol alive, for evil is with them in their homes.
16 ULB ମାତ୍ର ମୁଁ ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କଠାରେ ପ୍ରାର୍ଥନା କରିବି; ପୁଣି, ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ମୋତେ ପରିତ୍ରାଣ କରିବେ। BSB BSB: But I call to God, and the LORD saves me.
17 ULB ସନ୍ଧ୍ୟା, ପ୍ରଭାତ ଓ ମଧ୍ୟାହ୍ନ କାଳରେ ମୁଁ ପ୍ରାର୍ଥନା କରି ରୋଦନ କରିବି; ଆଉ, ସେ ମୋ’ ରବ ଶୁଣିବେ। BSB BSB: Morning, noon, and night, I cry out in distress, and He hears my voice.
18 ULB ସେ ମୋ’ ପ୍ରତିକୂଳ ଯୁଦ୍ଧରୁ କୁଶଳରେ ମୋ’ ପ୍ରାଣ ମୁକ୍ତ କରିଅଛନ୍ତି; କାରଣ ମୋ’ ସଙ୍ଗେ ବିରୋଧକାରୀ ଅନେକ ଥିଲେ। BSB BSB: He redeems my soul in peace from the battle waged against me, even though many oppose me.
19 ULB ପରମେଶ୍ୱର ଶୁଣିବେ ଓ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଉତ୍ତର ଦେବେ, ସେ ଚିରକାଳ ବିଦ୍ୟମାନ, ସେଲା ସେହି ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କ କୌଣସି ପରିବର୍ତ୍ତନ ଘଟି ନାହିଁ, ପୁଣି, ସେମାନେ ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କୁ ଭୟ କରନ୍ତି ନାହିଁ। BSB BSB: God will hear and humiliate them—the One enthroned for the ages—Selah because they do not change and they have no fear of God.
20 ULB ସେ ଆପଣା ସଙ୍ଗେ ମିଳନରେ ଥିବା ଲୋକ ବିରୁଦ୍ଧରେ ହାତ ଉଠାଇଅଛି; ସେ ଆପଣା ନିୟମ ଲଙ୍ଘନ କରିଅଛି। BSB BSB: My companion attacks his friends; he violates his covenant.
21 ULB ତାହାର ମୁଖ ଲବଣୀ ତୁଲ୍ୟ ଚିକ୍କଣ, ମାତ୍ର ତାହାର ଅନ୍ତଃକରଣ ଯୁଦ୍ଧପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ; ତାହାର କଥାସବୁ ତୈଳଠାରୁ କୋମଳ, ତଥାପି ତାହାସବୁ ନିଷ୍କୋଷ ଖଡ୍ଗ ତୁଲ୍ୟ। BSB BSB: His speech is smooth as butter, but war is in his heart. His words are softer than oil, yet they are swords unsheathed.
22 ULB ତୁମ୍ଭେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କ ଉପରେ ଆପଣା ଭାର ପକାଅ, ତହିଁରେ ସେ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ସମ୍ଭାଳିବେ; ସେ ଧାର୍ମିକକୁ କଦାପି ବିଚଳିତ ହେବାକୁ ଦେବେ ନାହିଁ। BSB BSB: Cast your burden upon the LORD and He will sustain you; He will never let the righteous be shaken.
23 ULB ମାତ୍ର ହେ ପରମେଶ୍ୱର, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ସର୍ବନାଶର ଗର୍ତ୍ତକୁ ଆଣିବ; ରକ୍ତପିପାସୁ ଓ ପ୍ରବଞ୍ଚକ ଲୋକମାନେ ଆପଣା ଆପଣା ଆୟୁଷର ଅର୍ଦ୍ଧେକ ବଞ୍ଚିବେ ନାହିଁ; ମାତ୍ର ମୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭ ଉପରେ ନିର୍ଭର କରିବି। BSB BSB: But You, O God, will bring them down to the Pit of destruction; men of bloodshed and deceit will not live out half their days. But I will trust in You.
