2 ULB ମୁଁ ଗଭୀର ପଙ୍କରେ ବୁଡ଼ି ଯାଉଅଛି, ମୋହର ଛିଡ଼ା ହେବାର ସ୍ଥାନ ନାହିଁ; ମୁଁ ଗଭୀର ଜଳରାଶିରେ ଉପସ୍ଥିତ ହୋଇଅଛି, ପ୍ଲାବନ ମୋ’ ଉପର ଦେଇ ଯାଉଅଛି। BSB BSB: I have sunk into the miry depths, where there is no footing; I have drifted into deep waters, where the flood engulfs me.
3 ULB ମୁଁ ଡାକୁ ଡାକୁ କ୍ଳାନ୍ତ ହୁଏ; ମୋହର କଣ୍ଠ ଶୁଷ୍କ ହୋଇଅଛି; ମୁଁ ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କର ଅପେକ୍ଷା କରୁ କରୁ ମୋହର ଚକ୍ଷୁ ନିସ୍ତେଜ ହୁଏ। BSB BSB: I am weary from my crying; my throat is parched. My eyes fail, looking for my God.
4 ULB ଅକାରଣରେ ମୋତେ ଘୃଣା କରିବା ଲୋକେ ମୋ’ ମସ୍ତକର କେଶଠାରୁ ଅନେକ; ଯେଉଁମାନେ ଅନ୍ୟାୟରେ ମୋହର ଶତ୍ରୁ ହୋଇ ମୋତେ ଉଚ୍ଛିନ୍ନ କରିବାକୁ ଇଚ୍ଛା କରନ୍ତି, ସେମାନେ ବଳବାନ; ତେଣୁ ମୁଁ ଯାହା ଅପହରଣ କଲି ନାହିଁ, ତାହା ଫେରାଇ ଦେଲି। BSB BSB: Those who hate me without cause outnumber the hairs of my head; many are those who would destroy me—my enemies for no reason. Though I did not steal, I must repay.
5 ULB ହେ ପରମେଶ୍ୱର, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ମୋହର ମୂଢ଼ତା ଜାଣୁଅଛ; ଆଉ, ମୋହର ପାପସବୁ ତୁମ୍ଭଠାରୁ ଗୁପ୍ତ ନୁହେଁ। BSB BSB: You know my folly, O God, and my guilt is not hidden from You.
6 ULB ହେ ପ୍ରଭୁ, ସୈନ୍ୟାଧିପତି ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ, ତୁମ୍ଭର ଅନୁସରଣକାରୀମାନେ ମୋ’ ଦେଇ ଲଜ୍ଜିତ ନ ହେଉନ୍ତୁ; ହେ ଇସ୍ରାଏଲର ପରମେଶ୍ୱର, ତୁମ୍ଭର ଅନ୍ୱେଷଣକାରୀମାନେ ମୋ’ ଦେଇ ଅପମାନିତ ନ ହେଉନ୍ତୁ। BSB BSB: May those who hope in You not be ashamed through me, O Lord GOD of Hosts; may those who seek You not be dishonored through me, O God of Israel.
7 ULB କାରଣ ତୁମ୍ଭ ସକାଶୁ ମୁଁ ନିନ୍ଦା ସହ୍ୟ କରିଅଛି। ଲଜ୍ଜା ମୋ’ ମୁଖ ଆଚ୍ଛାଦନ କରିଅଛି। BSB BSB: For I have endured scorn for Your sake, and shame has covered my face.
8 ULB ମୁଁ ଆପଣା ଭ୍ରାତୃଗଣ ପ୍ରତି ଅଜଣା ଓ ମାତୃସନ୍ତାନଗଣ ପ୍ରତି ବିଦେଶୀ ହୋଇଅଛି। BSB BSB: I have become a stranger to my brothers and a foreigner to my mother’s sons,
9 ULB କାରଣ ତୁମ୍ଭ ଗୃହବିଷୟକ ଉଦ୍ଯୋଗ ମୋତେ ଗ୍ରାସ କରିଅଛି। ପୁଣି, ତୁମ୍ଭଙ୍କୁ ନିନ୍ଦା କରିବା ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କ ନିନ୍ଦା ମୋ’ ଉପରେ ପଡ଼ିଅଛି। BSB BSB: because zeal for Your house has consumed me, and the insults of those who insult You have fallen on me.
10 ULB ମୁଁ ରୋଦନ କଲେ ଓ ଉପବାସ ଦ୍ୱାରା ଆପଣା ପ୍ରାଣକୁ କ୍ଳେଶ ଦେଲେ, ତାହା ମୋ’ ନିନ୍ଦାର ବିଷୟ ହେଲା। BSB BSB: I wept and fasted, but it brought me reproach.
11 ULB ମୁଁ ଚଟବସ୍ତ୍ରକୁ ଆପଣାର ପରିଧେୟ କଲେ, ସେମାନଙ୍କ ନିକଟରେ ପ୍ରବାଦ ସ୍ୱରୂପ ହେଲି। BSB BSB: I made sackcloth my clothing, and I was sport to them.
12 ULB ନଗର-ଦ୍ୱାରରେ ବସିବା ଲୋକମାନେ ମୋ’ ବିଷୟରେ ଗଳ୍ପ କରନ୍ତି ଓ ମୁଁ ମତ୍ତ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କର ଗୀତ ସ୍ୱରୂପ ହୋଇଅଛି। BSB BSB: Those who sit at the gate mock me, and I am the song of drunkards.
13 ULB ମାତ୍ର ହେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ, ଗ୍ରାହ୍ୟ ସମୟରେ ମୋହର ପ୍ରାର୍ଥନା ତୁମ୍ଭଠାରେ ଅଛି; ହେ ପରମେଶ୍ୱର, ତୁମ୍ଭ ଦୟାର ବାହୁଲ୍ୟରେ, ତୁମ୍ଭ ପରିତ୍ରାଣର ସତ୍ୟତାନୁସାରେ ମୋତେ ଉତ୍ତର ଦିଅ। BSB BSB: But my prayer to You, O LORD, is for a time of favor. In Your abundant loving devotion, O God, answer me with Your sure salvation.
14 ULB ପଙ୍କରୁ ମୋତେ ଉଦ୍ଧାର କର ଓ ମୋତେ ମଗ୍ନ ହେବାକୁ ଦିଅ ନାହିଁ; ମୁଁ ଆପଣା ଘୃଣାକାରୀମାନଙ୍କଠାରୁ ଓ ଗଭୀର ଜଳରାଶିରୁ ଉଦ୍ଧାର ପ୍ରାପ୍ତ ହୁଏ। BSB BSB: Rescue me from the mire and do not let me sink; deliver me from my foes and out of the deep waters.
15 ULB ଜଳପ୍ଲାବନ ମୋତେ ମଗ୍ନ ନ କରୁ, କିଅବା ଗଭୀର ଜଳ ମୋତେ ଗ୍ରାସ ନ କରୁ; ପୁଣି, ଗର୍ତ୍ତ ମୋ’ ଉପରେ ଆପଣା ମୁଖ ବନ୍ଦ ନ କରୁ। BSB BSB: Do not let the floods engulf me or the depths swallow me up; let not the Pit close its mouth over me.
16 ULB ହେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ, ମୋତେ ଉତ୍ତର ଦିଅ; କାରଣ ତୁମ୍ଭର ସ୍ନେହପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ କରୁଣା ଉତ୍ତମ; ତୁମ୍ଭ କୃପାର ବାହୁଲ୍ୟାନୁସାରେ ମୋ’ ପ୍ରତି ଫେର। BSB BSB: Answer me, O LORD, for Your loving devotion is good; turn to me in keeping with Your great compassion.
17 ULB ଆଉ, ତୁମ୍ଭ ଦାସଠାରୁ ଆପଣା ମୁଖ ଲୁଚାଅ ନାହିଁ; କାରଣ ମୁଁ ସଙ୍କଟରେ ଅଛି; ଶୀଘ୍ର ମୋତେ ଉତ୍ତର ଦିଅ। BSB BSB: Hide not Your face from Your servant, for I am in distress. Answer me quickly!
18 ULB ମୋ’ ପ୍ରାଣର ନିକଟବର୍ତ୍ତୀ ହୋଇ ତାହାକୁ ମୁକ୍ତ କର; ମୋ’ ଶତ୍ରୁଗଣ ସକାଶୁ ମୋତେ ମୂଲ୍ୟରେ ମୁକ୍ତ କର। BSB BSB: Draw near to my soul and redeem me; ransom me because of my foes.
19 ULB ତୁମ୍ଭେ ମୋହର ନିନ୍ଦା ଓ ମୋହର ଲଜ୍ଜା ଓ ମୋହର ଅପମାନ ଜାଣୁଅଛ; ମୋହର ବିପକ୍ଷ ସମସ୍ତେ ତୁମ୍ଭ ସମ୍ମୁଖରେ ଅଛନ୍ତି। BSB BSB: You know my reproach, my shame and disgrace. All my adversaries are before You.
20 ULB ନିନ୍ଦା ମୋହର ହୃଦୟ ଭଗ୍ନ କରିଅଛି ଓ ମୁଁ ସମ୍ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଭାରାକ୍ରାନ୍ତ ହୋଇଅଛି; ପୁଣି, କେହି ଦୟା କରିବ ବୋଲି ମୁଁ ଅପେକ୍ଷା କଲି, ମାତ୍ର କେହି ନ ଥିଲା ଓ ସାନ୍ତ୍ୱନାକାରୀମାନଙ୍କର ଅପେକ୍ଷା କଲି, ମାତ୍ର କାହାକୁ ପାଇଲି ନାହିଁ। BSB BSB: Insults have broken my heart, and I am in despair. I looked for sympathy, but there was none, for comforters, but I found no one.
21 ULB ଆହୁରି, ସେମାନେ ଖାଦ୍ୟ ନିମନ୍ତେ ମୋତେ ବିଷମୟ ଦ୍ରବ୍ୟ ଦେଲେ ଓ ମୋହର ତୃଷା ସମୟରେ ପାନ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ମୋତେ ଅମ୍ଳରସ ଦେଲେ। BSB BSB: They poisoned my food with gall and gave me vinegar to quench my thirst.
22 ULB ସେମାନଙ୍କ ମେଜ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ସମ୍ମୁଖରେ ଫାନ୍ଦ ସ୍ୱରୂପ ଓ ସେମାନେ ଶାନ୍ତିରେ ଥିବା ବେଳେ ତାହା ସେମାନଙ୍କର ଫାଶ ସ୍ୱରୂପ ହେଉ। BSB BSB: May their table become a snare; may it be a retribution and a trap.
23 ULB ସେମାନେ ଯେପରି ଦେଖି ନ ପାରିବେ, ଏଥିପାଇଁ ସେମାନଙ୍କର ଚକ୍ଷୁ ଅନ୍ଧାରଗ୍ରସ୍ତ ହେଉ ଓ ସେମାନଙ୍କ କଟିଦେଶକୁ ନିତ୍ୟ କମ୍ପଯୁକ୍ତ କର। BSB BSB: May their eyes be darkened so they cannot see, and their backs be bent forever.
24 ULB ତୁମ୍ଭେ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ଉପରେ ଆପଣା କ୍ରୋଧ ଢାଳି ଦିଅ ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭ କ୍ରୋଧର ପ୍ରଚଣ୍ଡତା ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଧରୁ। BSB BSB: Pour out Your wrath upon them, and let Your burning anger overtake them.
25 ULB ସେମାନଙ୍କର ବସତି-ସ୍ଥାନ ଶୂନ୍ୟ ହେଉ; ସେମାନଙ୍କ ତମ୍ବୁରେ କେହି ବାସ ନ କରୁ। BSB BSB: May their place be deserted; let there be no one to dwell in their tents.
26 ULB କାରଣ ସେମାନେ ତୁମ୍ଭର ପ୍ରହାରିତ ବ୍ୟକ୍ତିଙ୍କୁ ତାଡ଼ନା କରନ୍ତି ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭ ଆହତ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କ ଦୁଃଖ ବର୍ଣ୍ଣନା କରନ୍ତି। BSB BSB: For they persecute the one You struck and recount the pain of those You wounded.
27 ULB ସେମାନଙ୍କ ଅପରାଧରେ ଅପରାଧ ଯୋଗ କର ଓ ସେମାନେ ତୁମ୍ଭ ଧାର୍ମିକତାର ଅଂଶୀ ନ ହେଉନ୍ତୁ। BSB BSB: Add iniquity to their iniquity; let them not share in Your righteousness.
28 ULB ଜୀବନ-ପୁସ୍ତକରୁ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ନାମ ଲୁପ୍ତ ହେଉ ଓ ଧାର୍ମିକମାନଙ୍କ ସହିତ ଲେଖା ନ ଯାଉ। BSB BSB: May they be blotted out of the Book of Life and not listed with the righteous.
29 ULB ମାତ୍ର ମୁଁ ଦୁଃଖୀ ଓ ଶୋକାକୁଳ ଅଟେ; ହେ ପରମେଶ୍ୱର, ତୁମ୍ଭର ପରିତ୍ରାଣ ମୋତେ ଉଚ୍ଚରେ ସ୍ଥାପନ କରୁ। BSB BSB: But I am in pain and distress; let Your salvation protect me, O God.
30 ULB ମୁଁ ଗୀତରେ ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ନାମର ପ୍ରଶଂସା କରିବି ଓ ଧନ୍ୟବାଦ ଦେଇ ତାହାଙ୍କର ଗୌରବ କରିବି। BSB BSB: I will praise God’s name in song and exalt Him with thanksgiving.
31 ULB ପୁଣି, ତାହା ଗୋରୁ ଅବା ଶୃଙ୍ଗ ଓ ଖୁରାଯୁକ୍ତ ବୃଷ ଅପେକ୍ଷା ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁଙ୍କର ତୁଷ୍ଟିକର ହେବ। BSB BSB: And this will please the LORD more than an ox, more than a bull with horns and hooves.
32 ULB ନମ୍ର ଲୋକମାନେ ତାହା ଦେଖି ଆନନ୍ଦିତ ଅଛନ୍ତି; ହେ ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ଅନ୍ୱେଷଣକାରୀଗଣ, ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ଅନ୍ତଃକରଣ ସଜୀବ ହେଉ। BSB BSB: The humble will see and rejoice. You who seek God, let your hearts be revived!
33 ULB କାରଣ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ଦୀନହୀନମାନଙ୍କ କଥା ଶୁଣନ୍ତି ଓ ଆପଣା ବନ୍ଦୀମାନଙ୍କୁ ତୁଚ୍ଛ କରନ୍ତି ନାହିଁ। BSB BSB: For the LORD listens to the needy and does not despise His captive people.
34 ULB ଆକାଶ ଓ ପୃଥିବୀ, ସମୁଦ୍ର ଓ ତନ୍ମଧ୍ୟସ୍ଥ ସକଳ ଜଙ୍ଗମ ତାହାଙ୍କର ପ୍ରଶଂସା କରନ୍ତୁ। BSB BSB: Let heaven and earth praise Him, the seas and everything that moves in them.
35 ULB କାରଣ ପରମେଶ୍ୱର ସିୟୋନକୁ ପରିତ୍ରାଣ କରିବେ ଓ ଯିହୁଦାର ନଗରସବୁ ନିର୍ମାଣ କରିବେ; ପୁଣି, ଲୋକମାନେ ସେଠାରେ ବାସ କରି ତାହା ଅଧିକାର କରିବେ। BSB BSB: For God will save Zion and rebuild the cities of Judah, that they may dwell there and possess it.
36 ULB ଆହୁରି, ତାହାଙ୍କ ଦାସମାନଙ୍କ ବଂଶ ତାହା ଭୋଗ କରିବେ; ଆଉ, ତାହାଙ୍କ ନାମର ସ୍ନେହକାରୀଗଣ ତହିଁ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ବାସ କରିବେ। BSB BSB: The descendants of His servants will inherit it, and those who love His name will settle in it.
