4 ULB ସେ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରୁ ଦୁଃଖୀମାନଙ୍କର ବିଚାର କରିବେ, ସେ ଦୀନହୀନମାନଙ୍କର ସନ୍ତାନମାନଙ୍କୁ ଉଦ୍ଧାର କରିବେ ଓ ଉପଦ୍ରବକାରୀକୁ ଚୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ କରିବେ। BSB BSB: May he vindicate the afflicted among the people; may he save the children of the needy and crush the oppressor.
5 ULB ସୂର୍ଯ୍ୟ ଓ ଚନ୍ଦ୍ର ଥିବାଯାଏ ପୁରୁଷାନୁକ୍ରମେ ଲୋକମାନେ ତୁମ୍ଭଙ୍କୁ ଭୟ କରିବେ। BSB BSB: May they fear him as long as the sun shines, as long as the moon remains, through all generations.
6 ULB କଟାଘାସରେ ବୃଷ୍ଟି ତୁଲ୍ୟ ଓ ଭୂମି-ସେଚନକାରୀ ଜଳଧାରା ତୁଲ୍ୟ ସେ ଓହ୍ଲାଇ ଆସିବେ। BSB BSB: May he be like rain that falls on freshly cut grass, like spring showers that water the earth.
7 ULB ତାହାଙ୍କ ସମୟରେ ଧାର୍ମିକମାନେ ବର୍ଦ୍ଧିଷ୍ଣୁ ହେବେ; ପୁଣି, ଚନ୍ଦ୍ର ଲୁପ୍ତ ନୋହିବା ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ପ୍ରଚୁର ଶାନ୍ତି ହେବ। BSB BSB: May the righteous flourish in his days and prosperity abound until the moon is no more.
8 ULB ମଧ୍ୟ ସେ ଏକ ସମୁଦ୍ରଠାରୁ ଅନ୍ୟ ସମୁଦ୍ର ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଓ ନଦୀଠାରୁ ପୃଥିବୀର ପ୍ରାନ୍ତ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ କର୍ତ୍ତୃତ୍ୱ କରିବେ। BSB BSB: May he rule from sea to sea, and from the Euphrates to the ends of the earth.

11 ULB ହଁ, ସବୁ ରାଜାମାନେ ତାହାଙ୍କ ଛାମୁରେ ପ୍ରଣାମ କରିବେ; ସବୁ ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀମାନେ ତାହାଙ୍କର ସେବା କରିବେ। BSB BSB: May all kings bow down to him and all nations serve him.
12 ULB କାରଣ ସେ ଆର୍ତ୍ତନାଦକାରୀ ଦୀନହୀନକୁ ଓ ଅସହାୟ ଦରିଦ୍ରକୁ ଉଦ୍ଧାର କରିବେ। BSB BSB: For he will deliver the needy who cry out and the afflicted who have no helper.
13 ULB ସେ ଦରିଦ୍ର ଓ ଦୀନହୀନ ପ୍ରତି ଦୟା କରିବେ ଓ ସେ ଦୀନହୀନମାନଙ୍କର ପ୍ରାଣ ଉଦ୍ଧାର କରିବେ। BSB BSB: He will take pity on the poor and needy and save the lives of the oppressed.
14 ULB ସେ ଉପଦ୍ରବ ଓ ଦୌରାତ୍ମ୍ୟରୁ ସେମାନଙ୍କର ପ୍ରାଣ ମୁକ୍ତ କରିବେ; ପୁଣି, ତାହାଙ୍କ ଦୃଷ୍ଟିରେ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ଜୀବନ ବହୁମୂଲ୍ୟ ହେବ। BSB BSB: He will redeem them from oppression and violence, for their blood is precious in his sight.
15 ULB ଆଉ, ସେମାନେ ଜୀବିତ ରହିବେ ଓ ତାହାଙ୍କୁ ଶିବାର ସୁବର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଦତ୍ତ ହେବ; ଲୋକମାନେ ନିରନ୍ତର ତାହାଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ପ୍ରାର୍ଥନା କରିବେ। ସେମାନେ ସାରାଦିନ ତାହାଙ୍କର ଧନ୍ୟବାଦ କରିବେ। BSB BSB: Long may he live! May gold from Sheba be given him. May people ever pray for him; may they bless him all day long.
16 ULB ଦେଶ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ପର୍ବତଗଣର ଶିଖରରେ ପ୍ରଚୁର ଶସ୍ୟ ହେବ; ତହିଁର ଫଳ ଲିବାନୋନ ତୁଲ୍ୟ ହଲିବ; ପୁଣି, ନଗରବାସୀମାନେ ପୃଥିବୀର ତୃଣ ତୁଲ୍ୟ ବର୍ଦ୍ଧିଷ୍ଣୁ ହେବେ। BSB BSB: May there be an abundance of grain in the land; may it sway atop the hills. 17 ULB ତାହାଙ୍କ ନାମ ଅନନ୍ତକାଳ ରହିବ; ଯେପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ସୂର୍ଯ୍ୟ ଥାଏ, ସେପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ତାହାଙ୍କ ନାମ ସତେଜ ରହିବ; ଆଉ, ମନୁଷ୍ୟମାନେ ତାହାଙ୍କ ଦ୍ୱାରା ଆଶୀର୍ବାଦ ପ୍ରାପ୍ତ ହେବେ; ସବୁ ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀୟ ଲୋକେ ତାହାଙ୍କୁ ଧନ୍ୟ କହିବେ। BSB BSB: May his name endure forever; may his name continue as long as the sun shines. 18 ULB ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ପରମେଶ୍ୱର, ଇସ୍ରାଏଲର ପରମେଶ୍ୱର ଧନ୍ୟ ହେଉନ୍ତୁ, କେବଳ ସେ ଆଶ୍ଚର୍ଯ୍ୟ କର୍ମ କରନ୍ତି; BSB BSB: Blessed be the LORD God, the God of Israel, who alone does marvelous deeds.
