3 ULB ଏହି ଚିରକାଳୀନ କାନ୍ଥଡ଼ା ଆଡ଼େ ଆପଣା ଚରଣ ପକାଅ, ଶତ୍ରୁ ଧର୍ମଧାମରେ ସବୁ ନାଶ କରିଅଛି। BSB BSB: Turn Your steps to the everlasting ruins, to everything in the sanctuary the enemy has destroyed.
4 ULB ତୁମ୍ଭର ବିପକ୍ଷଗଣ ତୁମ୍ଭ ସମାଗମ-ସ୍ଥାନ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଗର୍ଜ୍ଜନ କରିଅଛନ୍ତି; ସେମାନେ ଚିହ୍ନ ନିମନ୍ତେ ଆପଣାମାନଙ୍କ ଧ୍ୱଜା ସ୍ଥାପନ କରିଅଛନ୍ତି। BSB BSB: Your foes have roared within Your meeting place; they have unfurled their banners as signs,
5 ULB ନିବିଡ଼ ଅରଣ୍ୟରେ କୁହ୍ରାଡ଼ି ଉଠାଇବା ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କ ପରି ସେମାନେ ଦେଖା ଗଲେ। BSB BSB: like men wielding axes in a thicket of trees
6 ULB ପୁଣି, ଏବେ ସେମାନେ ଟାଙ୍ଗିଆ ଓ ହାତୁଡ଼ି ଦ୍ୱାରା ଏକାବେଳେ ତହିଁର ଖୋଦିତ କର୍ମସବୁ ଭାଙ୍ଗି ପକାନ୍ତି। BSB BSB: and smashing all the carvings with hatchets and picks.
7 ULB ସେମାନେ ତୁମ୍ଭ ଧର୍ମଧାମରେ ଅଗ୍ନି ଲଗାଇ ଅଛନ୍ତି; ସେମାନେ ତୁମ୍ଭ ନାମର ବାସସ୍ଥାନକୁ ଅଶୁଚି କରି ଭୂମିସାତ୍ କରିଅଛନ୍ତି। BSB BSB: They have burned Your sanctuary to the ground; they have defiled the dwelling place of Your Name.
8 ULB ସେମାନେ ମନେ ମନେ କହିଲେ, ଆମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଏକାବେଳେ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଉଚ୍ଛିନ୍ନ କରୁ; ସେମାନେ ଦେଶ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କର ସକଳ ସମାଗମ-ସ୍ଥାନ ଦଗ୍ଧ କରିଅଛନ୍ତି। BSB BSB: They said in their hearts, “We will crush them completely.” They burned down every place where God met us in the land.
9 ULB ଆମ୍ଭେମାନେ ନିଜ ଚିହ୍ନସବୁ ଦେଖୁ ନାହୁଁ; କୌଣସି ଭବିଷ୍ୟଦ୍ବକ୍ତା ଆଉ ନାହିଁ; କିଅବା ଏପରି କେତେ କାଳ ହେବ, ଏହା ଜାଣିବା ଲୋକ ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ କେହି ନାହିଁ। BSB BSB: There are no signs for us to see. There is no longer any prophet. And none of us knows how long this will last.
10 ULB ହେ ପରମେଶ୍ୱର, ବିପକ୍ଷ କେତେ କାଳ ନିନ୍ଦା କରିବ? ଶତ୍ରୁ କି ସଦାକାଳ ତୁମ୍ଭ ନାମ ନିନ୍ଦା କରିବ? BSB BSB: How long, O God, will the enemy taunt You? Will the foe revile Your name forever?
11 ULB ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଆପଣା ହସ୍ତ, ଆପଣା ଦକ୍ଷିଣ ହସ୍ତ କାହିଁକି ସଂକୋଚି ରଖୁଅଛ? ଆପଣା ବକ୍ଷଃସ୍ଥଳରୁ ତାହା ବାହାର କରି ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ସଂହାର କର। BSB BSB: Why do You withdraw Your strong right hand? Stretch it out to destroy them!
12 ULB ତଥାପି ପୃଥିବୀ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ପରିତ୍ରାଣ ସାଧନକାରୀ ପରମେଶ୍ୱର ପୂର୍ବରୁ ଆମ୍ଭର ରାଜା ଅଟନ୍ତି। BSB BSB: Yet God is my King from ancient times, working salvation on the earth.
13 ULB ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଆପଣା ପରାକ୍ରମରେ ସମୁଦ୍ରକୁ ଦୁଇ ଭାଗ କଲ; ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଜଳରେ ନାଗଗଣର ମସ୍ତକ ଭାଙ୍ଗି ପକାଇଲ; BSB BSB: You divided the sea by Your strength; You smashed the heads of the dragons of the sea;
14 ULB ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଲିବିୟାଥନର ମସ୍ତକ ଖଣ୍ଡ ଖଣ୍ଡ କରି ଭାଙ୍ଗି ପକାଇଲ, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ମରୁଭୂମିର ପଶୁମାନଙ୍କ ଖାଦ୍ୟ ନିମନ୍ତେ ତାହାକୁ ଦେଲ। BSB BSB: You crushed the heads of Leviathan; You fed him to the creatures of the desert.
15 ULB ତୁମ୍ଭେ ନିର୍ଝର ଓ ପ୍ଲାବନକୁ ବିଭକ୍ତ କଲ; ତୁମ୍ଭେ ମହାନଦୀସବୁ ଶୁଷ୍କ କଲ। BSB BSB: You broke open the fountain and the flood; You dried up the ever-flowing rivers.
16 ULB ଦିବସ ତୁମ୍ଭର, ରାତ୍ରି ହିଁ ତୁମ୍ଭର; ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଦୀପ୍ତି ଓ ସୂର୍ଯ୍ୟ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ କରିଅଛ। BSB BSB: The day is Yours, and also the night; You established the moon and the sun.
17 ULB ତୁମ୍ଭେ ପୃଥିବୀର ସମସ୍ତ ସୀମା ସ୍ଥାପନ କରିଅଛ; ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଗ୍ରୀଷ୍ମକାଳ ଓ ଶୀତକାଳ ସୃଷ୍ଟି କରିଅଛ। BSB BSB: You set all the boundaries of the earth; You made the summer and winter.
18 ULB ହେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ, ଶତ୍ରୁ ଧିକ୍କାର କରିଅଛି ଓ ମୂଢ଼ ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀୟମାନେ ତୁମ୍ଭ ନାମର ନିନ୍ଦା କରିଅଛନ୍ତି, ଏହା ସ୍ମରଣ କର। BSB BSB: Remember how the enemy has mocked You, O LORD, how a foolish people has spurned Your name.
19 ULB ତୁମ୍ଭ ଘୁଘୁର ପ୍ରାଣ ବନ୍ୟ ପଶୁକୁ ସମର୍ପଣ କର ନାହିଁ, ଆପଣା ଦୁଃଖୀ ଲୋକର ପ୍ରାଣ ଚିରକାଳ ବିସ୍ମୃତ ହୁଅ ନାହିଁ। BSB BSB: Do not deliver the soul of Your dove to beasts; do not forget the lives of Your afflicted forever.
20 ULB ନିୟମ ପ୍ରତି ଦୃଷ୍ଟି ରଖ; କାରଣ ପୃଥିବୀର ଅନ୍ଧକାର ସ୍ଥାନସବୁ ଦୌରାତ୍ମ୍ୟର ବସତିରେ ପରିପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ। BSB BSB: Consider Your covenant, for haunts of violence fill the dark places of the land.
21 ULB ଉପଦ୍ରବଗ୍ରସ୍ତ ଲୋକ ଲଜ୍ଜିତ ହୋଇ ଫେରି ନ ଯାଉ! ଦରିଦ୍ର ଓ ଦୀନହୀନ ତୁମ୍ଭ ନାମର ପ୍ରଶଂସା କରନ୍ତୁ। BSB BSB: Do not let the oppressed retreat in shame; may the poor and needy praise Your name.
22 ULB ହେ ପରମେଶ୍ୱର, ଉଠ, ଆପଣାର ବିବାଦ ନିଷ୍ପନ୍ନ କର; ମୂଢ଼ ଲୋକ କିପରି ସାରାଦିନ ତୁମ୍ଭଙ୍କୁ ଧିକ୍କାର କରୁଅଛି, ସ୍ମରଣ କର। BSB BSB: Rise up, O God; defend Your cause! Remember how the fool mocks You all day long.
23 ULB ତୁମ୍ଭ ବିପକ୍ଷଗଣର ରବ ବିସ୍ମୃତ ହୁଅ ନାହିଁ; ତୁମ୍ଭ ବିରୁଦ୍ଧରେ ଉତ୍ଥିତ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କର କଳହ ନିରନ୍ତର ଉଠୁଅଛି। BSB BSB: Do not disregard the clamor of Your adversaries, the uproar of Your enemies that ascends continually.
