3 ULB ସେମାନେ ତୁମ୍ଭ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କ ବିରୁଦ୍ଧରେ କୁଟିଳ ମନ୍ତ୍ରଣା କରନ୍ତି ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭର ଗୁପ୍ତ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତିକୂଳରେ ପରସ୍ପର ପରାମର୍ଶ କରନ୍ତି। BSB BSB: With cunning they scheme against Your people and conspire against those You cherish,
4 ULB ସେମାନେ କହିଅଛନ୍ତି, “ଇସ୍ରାଏଲର ନାମ ଯେପରି ଆଉ ସ୍ମରଣରେ ନ ରହିବ, ଏଥିପାଇଁ ଆସ, ଆମ୍ଭେମାନେ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଉଚ୍ଛିନ୍ନ କରି ଆଉ ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀ ହୋଇ ଥିବାକୁ ନ ଦେଉ।” BSB BSB: saying, “Come, let us erase them as a nation; may the name of Israel be remembered no more.”

6 ULB ଇଦୋମର ତମ୍ବୁ-ନିବାସୀମାନେ, ଇଶ୍ମାୟେଲୀୟମାନେ, ମୋୟାବ, ହାଗରୀୟମାନେ, BSB BSB: the tents of Edom and the Ishmaelites, of Moab and the Hagrites,
7 ULB ଗବାଲ, ଅମ୍ମୋନ, ଅମାଲେକ୍ ଓ ସୋରନି ବାସୀମାନଙ୍କ ସହିତ ପଲେଷ୍ଟୀୟା, ସମସ୍ତେ ତୁମ୍ଭ ବିରୁଦ୍ଧରେ ନିୟମ ସ୍ଥାପନ କରିଅଛନ୍ତି। BSB BSB: of Gebal, Ammon, and Amalek, of Philistia with the people of Tyre.

11 ULB ତୁମ୍ଭେ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ପ୍ରଧାନବର୍ଗକୁ ଓରେବ୍ ଓ ସେବ୍ର ସମାନ, ସେମାନଙ୍କ ଅଧିପତି ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କୁ ହିଁ ସେବହ ଓ ସଲମୁନ୍ନର ସମାନ କର; BSB BSB: Make their nobles like Oreb and Zeeb, and all their princes like Zebah and Zalmunna,
12 ULB ସେମାନେ କହିଲେ, “ଆସ, ଆମ୍ଭେମାନେ ପରମେଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ନିବାସ-ସ୍ଥାନସବୁ ଆପଣା ଆପଣା ଅଧିକାରରେ ନେଉ।” BSB BSB: who said, “Let us possess for ourselves the pastures of God.”
13 ULB ହେ ମୋହର ପରମେଶ୍ୱର, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଘୂର୍ଣ୍ଣାୟମାନ ଧୂଳି ପରି, ବାୟୁ ସମ୍ମୁଖରେ କୁଟା ପରି କର। BSB BSB: Make them like tumbleweed, O my God, like chaff before the wind.
14 ULB ଯେଉଁ ଅଗ୍ନି ବନକୁ ଦଗ୍ଧ କରେ ଓ ଯେଉଁ ଅଗ୍ନିଶିଖା ପର୍ବତଗଣକୁ ପ୍ରଜ୍ୱଳିତ କରେ; BSB BSB: As fire consumes a forest, as a flame sets the mountains ablaze,
15 ULB ତାହା ପରି ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଆପଣା ଝଡ଼ ଦ୍ୱାରା ସେମାନଙ୍କ ପଛେ ପଛେ ଗୋଡ଼ାଅ ଓ ଆପଣା ପ୍ରଚଣ୍ଡ ବତାସ ଦ୍ୱାରା ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଭୟଗ୍ରସ୍ତ କର। BSB BSB: so pursue them with Your tempest, and terrify them with Your storm.
16 ULB ହେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ, ସେମାନେ ଯେପରି ତୁମ୍ଭ ନାମ ଅନ୍ୱେଷଣ କରିବେ, ଏଥିପାଇଁ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ମୁଖକୁ ଲଜ୍ଜାରେ ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ କର; BSB BSB: Cover their faces with shame, that they may seek Your name, O LORD.
17 ULB ସେମାନେ ସଦାକାଳ ଲଜ୍ଜିତ ଓ ବିହ୍ୱଳ ହେଉନ୍ତୁ; ସେମାନେ ହତାଶ ଓ ବିନଷ୍ଟ ହେଉନ୍ତୁ; BSB BSB: May they be ever ashamed and terrified; may they perish in disgrace.
18 ULB ତହିଁରେ ସଦାପ୍ରଭୁ ନାମରେ ଖ୍ୟାତ ଯେ ତୁମ୍ଭେ, କେବଳ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଯେ ସମୁଦାୟ ଭୂମଣ୍ଡଳରେ ସର୍ବୋପରିସ୍ଥ ଅଟ, ଏହା ସେମାନେ ଜାଣି ପାରିବେ। BSB BSB: May they know that You alone, whose name is the LORD, are Most High over all the earth.
