15 ULB ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਤੀਹ ਸਰਦਾਰਾਂ ਵਿਚੋਂ ਇਹ ਤਿੰਨ ਨਿੱਕਲ ਕੇ ਪਰਬਤ ਤੇ ਦਾਊਦ ਕੋਲ ਅਦੁੱਲਾਮ ਦੀ ਗੁਫ਼ਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੜੇ ਅਤੇ ਫ਼ਲਿਸਤੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਸੈਨਾ ਨੇ ਰਫਾਈਮ ਦੀ ਘਾਟੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਛਾਉਣੀ ਪਾਈ BSB BSB: Three of the thirty chief men went down to David, to the rock at the cave of Adullam, while a company of Philistines was encamped in the Valley of Rephaim.
16 ULB ਦਾਊਦ ਉਸ ਵੇਲੇ ਗੜ੍ਹ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਫ਼ਲਿਸਤੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਪਹਿਰਾ ਉਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਬੈਤਲਹਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੀ BSB BSB: At that time David was in the stronghold, and the garrison of the Philistines was at Bethlehem.

18 ULB ਤਾਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਤਿੰਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਫ਼ਲਿਸਤੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਡੇਰੇ ਦੇ ਵਿਚੋਂ ਦੀ ਲੰਘ ਕੇ ਬੈਤਲਹਮ ਦੇ ਫਾਟਕ ਦੇ ਖੂਹ ਵਿਚੋਂ ਪਾਣੀ ਭਰਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਦਾਊਦ ਨੂੰ ਲਿਆ ਦਿੱਤਾ, ਪਰ ਦਾਊਦ ਨੇ ਨਾ ਪੀਤਾ ਸਗੋਂ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੇ ਅੱਗੇ ਡੋਹਲ ਦਿੱਤਾ BSB BSB: So the Three broke through the Philistine camp, drew water from the well at the gate of Bethlehem, and brought it back to David. But he refused to drink it; instead, he poured it out to the LORD,
