1. 1ULBਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦਾ ਬਚਨ ਮੇਰੇ ਕੋਲ ਆਇਆ ਕਿBSBBSB: Then the word of the LORD came to me, saying,
2. 2ULBਹੇ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ, ਕੀ ਅੰਗੂਰ ਦੀ ਲੱਕੜੀ ਹੋਰਨਾਂ ਰੁੱਖਾਂ ਦੀ ਲੱਕੜੀ ਨਾਲੋਂ ਅਰਥਾਤ ਅੰਗੂਰ ਦੀ ਟਹਿਣੀ ਜਿਹੜੀ ਜੰਗਲ ਦੇ ਰੁੱਖਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੈ, ਕੁੱਝ ਚੰਗੀ ਹੈ?BSBBSB: “Son of man, how does the wood of the vine surpass any other branch among the trees in the forest?
3. 3ULBਕੀ ਉਹ ਦੀ ਲੱਕੜੀ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਕੋਈ ਲੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਸ ਤੋਂ ਕੁੱਝ ਬਣਾਵੇ? ਜਾਂ ਕੀ ਲੋਕ ਬਰਤਨ ਲਟਕਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਉਹ ਦੀਆਂ ਕਿੱਲੀਆਂ ਬਣਾਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ?BSBBSB: Can wood be taken from it to make something useful? Or can one make from it a peg on which to hang utensils?
4. 4ULBਵੇਖ, ਉਹ ਅੱਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਾਲਣ ਲਈ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਜਦੋਂ ਅੱਗ ਨੇ ਉਹ ਦੇ ਦੋਵਾਂ ਸਿਰਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਖਾ ਲਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਚਕਾਰਲੇ ਹਿੱਸੇ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਸੁਆਹ ਬਣਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ, ਤਾਂ ਕੀ ਉਹ ਕਿਸੇ ਕੰਮ ਦਾ ਹੈ?BSBBSB: No, it is cast into the fire for fuel. The fire devours both ends, and the middle is charred. Can it be useful for anything?
5. 5ULBਵੇਖ, ਜਦੋਂ ਉਹ ਸਾਬਤ ਸੀ, ਤਾਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਕੰਮ ਦੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਜਦੋਂ ਉਹ ਅੱਗ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੜ ਕੇ ਸੁਆਹ ਬਣ ਗਈ, ਤਾਂ ਕਿਸ ਕੰਮ ਦੀ ਹੈ?BSBBSB: Even when it was whole, it could not be made useful. How much less can it ever be useful when the fire has consumed it and charred it!
6. 6ULBਇਸ ਲਈ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਇਹ ਆਖਦਾ ਹੈ, ਜਿਵੇਂ ਮੈਂ ਜੰਗਲ ਦੇ ਰੁੱਖਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਅੰਗੂਰ ਦੇ ਰੁੱਖ ਨੂੰ ਬਾਲਣ ਲਈ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਹੈ, ਉਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਹੀ ਯਰੂਸ਼ਲਮ ਦੇ ਵਾਸੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਦਿਆਂਗਾ।BSBBSB: Therefore this is what the Lord GOD says: ‘Like the wood of the vine among the trees of the forest, which I have given to the fire for fuel, so I will give up the people of Jerusalem.
7. 7ULBਮੇਰਾ ਚਿਹਰਾ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ। ਉਹ ਅੱਗ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਭੱਜ ਨਿੱਕਲਣਗੇ ਪਰ ਅੱਗ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਭਸਮ ਕਰੇਗੀ, ਤਾਂ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਜਾਣੋਗੇ ਕਿ ਮੈਂ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਹਾਂ, ਜਦੋਂ ਮੈਂ ਆਪਣਾ ਚਿਹਰਾ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਕਰਾਂਗਾ।BSBBSB: And I will set My face against them. Though they may have escaped the fire, yet another fire will consume them. And when I set My face against them, you will know that I am the LORD.
8. 8ULBਮੈਂ ਦੇਸ ਨੂੰ ਉਜਾੜ ਸੁੱਟਾਂਗਾ, ਇਸ ਲਈ ਕਿ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਵੱਡੀ ਭਾਰੀ ਬੇਈਮਾਨੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ, ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦਾ ਵਾਕ ਹੈ।BSBBSB: Thus I will make the land desolate, because they have acted unfaithfully,’ declares the Lord GOD.”
