1 ULB ਉਸ ਨੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਆਖਿਆ, ਹੇ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ, ਤੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਪੈਰਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਖੜ੍ਹਾ ਹੋ ਅਤੇ ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੇ ਨਾਲ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਕਰਾਂਗਾ! BSB BSB: “Son of man,” He said to me, “stand up on your feet and I will speak to you.”
2 ULB ਜਦੋਂ ਉਹ ਨੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਆਖਿਆ, ਤਾਂ ਆਤਮਾ ਮੇਰੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਇਆ ਅਤੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਪੈਰਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਖੜ੍ਹਾ ਕੀਤਾ, ਤਦ ਮੈਂ ਉਹ ਦੀ ਸੁਣੀ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਮੇਰੇ ਨਾਲ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਕਰਦਾ ਸੀ। BSB BSB: And as He spoke to me, the Spirit entered me and set me on my feet, and I heard Him speaking to me.
3 ULB ਉਸ ਨੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਆਖਿਆ ਕਿ ਹੇ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ, ਮੈਂ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਇਸਰਾਏਲੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਕੋਲ ਅਥਵਾ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਵਿਦਰੋਹੀ ਕੌਮਾਂ ਦੇ ਕੋਲ ਜਿਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਵਿਦਰੋਹ ਕੀਤਾ, ਭੇਜਦਾ ਹਾਂ। ਉਹ ਅਤੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਪਿਉ-ਦਾਦੇ ਅੱਜ ਦੇ ਦਿਨ ਤੱਕ ਮੇਰੇ ਅਪਰਾਧੀ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਆਏ ਹਨ। BSB BSB: “Son of man,” He said to me, “I am sending you to the Israelites, to a rebellious nation that has rebelled against Me. To this very day they and their fathers have rebelled against Me.
4 ULB ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਬੱਚੇ ਢੀਠ ਅਤੇ ਪੱਥਰ ਦਿਲ ਹਨ। ਮੈਂ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਕੋਲ ਭੇਜ ਰਿਹਾ ਹਾਂ। ਤੂੰ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਖ, ਕਿ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਆਖਦਾ ਹੈ BSB BSB: They are obstinate and stubborn children. I am sending you to them, and you are to say to them, ‘This is what the Lord GOD says.’
5 ULB ਭਾਵੇਂ ਉਹ ਸੁਣਨ ਜਾਂ ਨਾ ਸੁਣਨ ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਉਹ ਤਾਂ ਇੱਕ ਵਿਦਰੋਹੀ ਘਰਾਣਾ ਹੈ, ਪਰ ਉਹ ਜਾਣ ਲੈਣਗੇ ਕਿ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਨਬੀ ਪਰਗਟ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ। BSB BSB: And whether they listen or refuse to listen—for they are a rebellious house—they will know that a prophet has been among them.
6 ULB ਹੇ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ, ਤੂੰ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਕੋਲੋਂ ਭੈ ਨਾ ਖਾਈਂ ਅਤੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਨਾ ਡਰ, ਭਾਵੇਂ ਤੇਰੇ ਨਾਲ ਝਾੜੀਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਕੰਡੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਤੂੰ ਬਿੱਛੂਆਂ ਦੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੱਸਦਾ ਹੈਂ ਪਰ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੀਆਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਨਾ ਡਰ ਅਤੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਚਿਹਰਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੇਖ ਕੇ ਨਾ ਘਾਬਰ, ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਉਹ ਇੱਕ ਵਿਦਰੋਹੀ ਘਰਾਣਾ ਹੈ। BSB BSB: But you, son of man, do not be afraid of them or their words. Do not be afraid, though briers and thorns surround you, and you dwell among scorpions. Do not be afraid of their words or dismayed by their presence, though they are a rebellious house.
7 ULB ਤੂੰ ਮੇਰੀਆਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਖ, ਭਾਵੇਂ ਉਹ ਸੁਣਨ ਜਾਂ ਨਾ ਸੁਣਨ, ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਉਹ ਵਿਦਰੋਹੀ ਹਨ। BSB BSB: But speak My words to them, whether they listen or refuse to listen, for they are rebellious.
8 ULB ਪਰ ਤੂੰ, ਹੇ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ, ਉਹ ਸੁਣ ਜੋ ਮੈਂ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਆਖਦਾ ਹਾਂ। ਤੂੰ ਉਸ ਵਿਦਰੋਹੀ ਘਰਾਣੇ ਵਾਂਗੂੰ ਵਿਦਰੋਹੀ ਨਾ ਹੋ! ਤੂੰ ਆਪਣਾ ਮੂੰਹ ਖੋਲ੍ਹ ਅਤੇ ਜੋ ਕੁੱਝ ਮੈਂ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹਾਂ ਖਾ ਲੈ! BSB BSB: And you, son of man, listen to what I tell you. Do not be rebellious like that rebellious house. Open your mouth and eat what I give you.”
9 ULB ਜਦ ਮੈਂ ਵੇਖਿਆ ਤਾਂ ਵੇਖੋ, ਇੱਕ ਹੱਥ ਮੇਰੇ ਵੱਲ ਵਧਾਇਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਵੇਖੋ, ਉਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਲਪੇਟਵੀਂ ਪੱਤ੍ਰੀ ਸੀ। BSB BSB: Then I looked and saw a hand reaching out to me, and in it was a scroll,
10 ULB ਉਹ ਨੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਮੇਰੇ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਖੋਲ੍ਹ ਦਿੱਤਾ, ਉਸ ਦੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਅੰਦਰ-ਬਾਹਰ ਲਿਖਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿਰਲਾਪ, ਸੋਗ ਅਤੇ ਸਿਆਪਾ ਲਿਖੇ ਹੋਏ ਸਨ। BSB BSB: which He unrolled before me. And written on the front and back of it were words of lamentation, mourning, and woe.
