4 ULB ਇਸ ਲਈ ਮੈਂ ਆਖਿਆ, ਮੇਰੀ ਵੱਲ ਨਾ ਵੇਖੋ, ਮੈਂ ਫੁੱਟ-ਫੁੱਟ ਕੇ ਰੋਵਾਂਗਾ। ਮੇਰੀ ਪਰਜਾ ਦੀ ਧੀ ਦੀ ਬਰਬਾਦੀ ਉੱਤੇ, ਮੈਨੂੰ ਤਸੱਲੀ ਦੇਣ ਦਾ ਯਤਨ ਨਾ ਕਰੋ। BSB BSB: Therefore I said, “Turn away from me, let me weep bitterly! Do not try to console me over the destruction of the daughter of my people.”

BSB BSB: What are you doing here, and who authorized you to carve out a tomb for yourself here—to chisel your tomb in the height and cut your resting place in the rock?
17 ULB ਵੇਖ, ਹੇ ਸੂਰਮੇ, ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਘੁੱਟ ਕੇ ਫੜ੍ਹੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਵਗਾਹ ਕੇ ਸੁੱਟ ਦੇਵੇਗਾ! BSB BSB: Look, O mighty man! The LORD is about to shake you violently. He will take hold of you,
18 ULB ਉਹ ਜ਼ੋਰ ਨਾਲ ਘੁਮਾ-ਘੁਮਾ ਕੇ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਖਿੱਦੋ ਵਾਂਗੂੰ ਖੁੱਲ੍ਹੇ ਦੇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੁੱਟੇਗਾ, ਉੱਥੇ ਤੂੰ ਮਰੇਂਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਉੱਥੇ ਹੀ ਤੇਰੇ ਸ਼ਾਨਦਾਰ ਰਥ ਪਏ ਰਹਿਣਗੇ, ਹੇ ਤੂੰ ਜੋ ਆਪਣੇ ਮਾਲਕ ਦੇ ਘਰ ਦੀ ਸ਼ਰਮਿੰਦਗੀ ਦਾ ਕਾਰਨ ਹੈਂ! BSB BSB: roll you into a ball, and sling you into a wide land. There you will die, and there your glorious chariots will remain—a disgrace to the house of your master.
19 ULB ਮੈਂ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਤੇਰੇ ਅਹੁਦੇ ਤੋਂ ਹਟਾ ਦਿਆਂਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਤੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਥਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਲਾਹ ਸੁੱਟਿਆ ਜਾਵੇਂਗਾ। BSB BSB: I will remove you from office, and you will be ousted from your position.
20 ULB ਉਸ ਦਿਨ ਅਜਿਹਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ ਕਿ ਮੈਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਦਾਸ ਹਿਲਕੀਯਾਹ ਦੇ ਪੁੱਤਰ ਅਲਯਾਕੀਮ ਨੂੰ ਬੁਲਾਵਾਂਗਾ BSB BSB: On that day I will summon My servant, Eliakim son of Hilkiah.
21 ULB ਅਤੇ ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰਾ ਚੋਗਾ ਉਸ ਤੇ ਪਾਵਾਂਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਤੇਰੀ ਪੇਟੀ ਨਾਲ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਕਮਰ ਕੱਸਾਂਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਤੇਰੀ ਹਕੂਮਤ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਹੱਥ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਿਆਂਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਯਰੂਸ਼ਲਮ ਦੇ ਵਾਸੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਅਤੇ ਯਹੂਦਾਹ ਦੇ ਘਰਾਣੇ ਦਾ ਪਿਤਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ। BSB BSB: I will clothe him with your robe and tie your sash around him. I will put your authority in his hand, and he will be a father to the dwellers of Jerusalem and to the house of Judah.
22 ULB ਮੈਂ ਉਹ ਦੇ ਮੋਢੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਦਾਊਦ ਦੇ ਘਰ ਦੀ ਕੁੰਜੀ ਰੱਖਾਂਗਾ, ਜੋ ਉਹ ਖੋਲ੍ਹੇਗਾ, ਕੋਈ ਬੰਦ ਨਾ ਕਰ ਸਕੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਜੋ ਉਹ ਬੰਦ ਕਰੇਗਾ, ਕੋਈ ਖੋਲ੍ਹ ਨਾ ਸਕੇਗਾ। BSB BSB: I will place on his shoulder the key to the house of David. What he opens no one can shut, and what he shuts no one can open.
23 ULB ਮੈਂ ਉਹ ਨੂੰ ਕੀਲੇ ਵਾਂਗੂੰ ਪੱਕੇ ਥਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਠੋਕਾਂਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਪਿਤਾ ਦੇ ਘਰਾਣੇ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਤੇਜਵਾਨ ਸਿੰਘਾਸਣ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ। BSB BSB: I will drive him like a peg into a firm place, and he will be a throne of glory for the house of his father.
24 ULB ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਪਿਤਾ ਦੇ ਘਰਾਣੇ ਦਾ ਸਾਰਾ ਭਾਰ ਪਾ ਦੇਣਗੇ ਅਰਥਾਤ ਬਾਲ ਬੱਚੇ, ਸਾਰੇ ਛੋਟੇ ਭਾਂਡੇ ਕਟੋਰਿਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਗਾਗਰਾਂ ਤੱਕ। BSB BSB: So they will hang on him all the glory of his father’s house: the descendants and the offshoots—all the lesser vessels, from bowls to every kind of jar.
25 ULB ਉਸ ਦਿਨ, ਸੈਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦਾ ਵਾਕ ਹੈ, ਉਹ ਕੀਲਾ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਪੱਕੇ ਥਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਠੋਕਿਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਸੀ, ਉਖੜ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਵੱਢਿਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਡਿੱਗੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਬੋਝ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਉਸ ਉੱਤੇ ਹੈ, ਡਿੱਗ ਪਵੇਗਾ ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਫ਼ਰਮਾਇਆ ਹੈ। BSB BSB: In that day, declares the LORD of Hosts, the peg driven into a firm place will give way; it will be sheared off and fall, and the load upon it will be cut down.” Indeed, the LORD has spoken.
