1 ULB ਧਰਮੀ ਨਾਸ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਪਰ ਕੋਈ ਇਹ ਗੱਲ ਦਿਲ ਤੇ ਨਹੀਂ ਲਾਉਂਦਾ, ਭਗਤ ਲੋਕ ਲੈ ਲਏ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ ਪਰ ਕੋਈ ਸੋਚਦਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਿ ਧਰਮੀ ਇਸ ਲਈ ਲੈ ਲਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਬਿਪਤਾ ਤੋਂ ਬਚ ਸਕੇ। BSB BSB: The righteous perish, and no one takes it to heart; devout men are taken away, while no one considers that the righteous are taken away from the presence of evil.

4 ULB ਤੁਸੀਂ ਕਿਸ ਦੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਮਖੌਲ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋ? ਕਿਸ ਦੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਮੂੰਹ ਅੱਡਦੇ ਅਤੇ ਜੀਭ ਕੱਢਦੇ ਹੋ? ਕੀ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਅਪਰਾਧ ਦੇ ਬੱਚੇ, ਅਤੇ ਧੋਖੇਬਾਜ਼ਾਂ ਦੀ ਵੰਸ ਨਹੀਂ? BSB BSB: Whom are you mocking? At whom do you sneer and stick out your tongue? Are you not children of transgression, offspring of deceit,

6 ULB ਘਾਟੀ ਦੇ ਪੱਧਰੇ ਪੱਥਰ ਤੇਰੇ ਹਿੱਸੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਉਣਗੇ, ਇਹੋ ਤੇਰਾ ਭਾਗ ਹੈ! ਇਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਲਈ ਹੀ ਤੂੰ ਪੀਣ ਦੀ ਭੇਟ ਡੋਲ੍ਹੀ ਅਤੇ ਮੈਦੇ ਦੀ ਭੇਟ ਚੜ੍ਹਾਈ, ਕੀ ਇਹ ਸਭ ਵੇਖਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਵੀ ਮੈਂ ਸ਼ਾਂਤ ਰਹਾਂ? BSB BSB: Your portion is among the smooth stones of the valley; indeed, they are your lot. Even to them you have poured out a drink offering and offered a grain offering. Should I relent because of these?
7 ULB ਇੱਕ ਉੱਚੇ ਤੇ ਬੁਲੰਦ ਪਹਾੜ ਉੱਤੇ ਤੂੰ ਆਪਣਾ ਬਿਸਤਰ ਵਿਛਾਇਆ, ਉੱਥੇ ਤੂੰ ਬਲੀਆਂ ਚੜ੍ਹਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਚੜ੍ਹ ਵੀ ਗਈ। BSB BSB: On a high and lofty hill you have made your bed, and there you went up to offer sacrifices.
8 ULB ਬੂਹਿਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਚੁਗਾਠਾਂ ਦੇ ਪਿੱਛੇ ਤੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਬੁੱਤਾਂ ਦੀ ਯਾਦਗਾਰੀ ਕਾਇਮ ਕੀਤੀ, ਤੂੰ ਤਾਂ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਛੱਡ ਕੇ ਨੰਗੀ ਹੋਈ, ਅਤੇ ਉਤਾਹਾਂ ਜਾ ਕੇ ਆਪਣਾ ਬਿਸਤਰਾ ਚੌੜਾ ਕੀਤਾ, ਤੂੰ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਆਪਣਾ ਨੇਮ ਬੰਨ੍ਹਿਆ, ਵੇਖਦਿਆਂ ਸਾਰ ਤੂੰ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਬਿਸਤਰੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਲੱਟੂ ਹੋ ਗਈ! BSB BSB: Behind the door and doorpost you have set up your memorial. Forsaking Me, you uncovered your bed; you climbed up and opened it wide. And you have made a pact with those whose bed you have loved; you have gazed upon their nakedness.
9 ULB ਤੂੰ ਤੇਲ ਲਾ ਕੇ ਮਲਕ ਦੇਵਤੇ ਕੋਲ ਗਈ, ਤੂੰ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਸੁਗੰਧਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵਧਾਇਆ, ਤੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਵਿਚੋਲੇ ਦੂਰ-ਦੂਰ ਘੱਲੇ, ਤੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਨੂੰ ਪਤਾਲ ਤੱਕ ਨੀਵਾਂ ਕੀਤਾ! BSB BSB: You went to Molech with oil and multiplied your perfumes. You have sent your envoys a great distance; you have descended even to Sheol itself.
10 ULB ਤੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਸਫ਼ਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਲੰਬਾਈ ਨਾਲ ਥੱਕ ਗਈ, ਪਰ ਤੂੰ ਨਾ ਆਖਿਆ, ਇਹ ਵਿਅਰਥ ਹੈ, ਤੇਰੀ ਜਾਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਾਨ ਆਈ, ਇਸ ਲਈ ਤੂੰ ਨਾ ਥੱਕੀ। BSB BSB: You are wearied by your many journeys, but you did not say, “There is no hope!” You found renewal of your strength; therefore you did not grow weak.
11 ULB ਤੂੰ ਕਿਸ ਤੋਂ ਐਨਾ ਸਹਿਮੀ ਅਤੇ ਡਰੀ ਕਿ ਤੂੰ ਝੂਠ ਬੋਲੀ ਅਤੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਯਾਦ ਨਾ ਕੀਤਾ, ਨਾ ਹੀ ਮੇਰੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਧਿਆਨ ਦਿੱਤਾ? ਕੀ ਮੈਂ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਮੇਂ ਤੱਕ ਚੁੱਪ ਨਾ ਰਿਹਾ? ਪਰ ਤੂੰ ਮੇਰੇ ਤੋਂ ਨਾ ਡਰੀ। BSB BSB: Whom have you dreaded and feared, so that you lied and failed to remember Me or take this to heart? Is it not because I have long been silent that you do not fear Me?
12 ULB ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੇ ਧਰਮ ਨੂੰ ਅਤੇ ਤੇਰੇ ਕੰਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਦੱਸਾਂਗਾ, ਪਰ ਉਹ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਕੁਝ ਲਾਭ ਨਾ ਪੁਚਾਉਣਗੇ। BSB BSB: I will expose your righteousness and your works, and they will not profit you.
13 ULB ਜਦ ਤੂੰ ਚਿੱਲਾਏਂ, ਤਾਂ ਤੇਰੇ ਬੁੱਤਾਂ ਦਾ ਟੋਲਾ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਛੁਡਾਵੇ। ਪਰ ਹਵਾ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਸਾਰਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਚੁੱਕ ਕੇ ਲੈ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ, ਅਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਫੂਕ ਨਾਲ ਉਹ ਉੱਡ ਜਾਣਗੇ, ਪਰ ਜੋ ਮੇਰੀ ਸ਼ਰਨ ਆਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਉਹ ਧਰਤੀ ਉੱਤੇ ਕਬਜ਼ਾ ਕਰੇਗਾ, ਅਤੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਪਵਿੱਤਰ ਪਹਾੜ ਦਾ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ। BSB BSB: When you cry out, let your companies of idols deliver you! 14 ULB ਤਦ ਆਖਿਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ, ਭਰਤੀ ਪਾਓ, ਭਰਤੀ! ਰਾਹ ਤਿਆਰ ਕਰੋ, ਮੇਰੀ ਪਰਜਾ ਦੇ ਰਾਹ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਹਰੇਕ ਰੁਕਾਵਟ ਚੁੱਕ ਸੁੱਟੋ! BSB BSB: And it will be said, “Build it up, build it up, prepare the way, take every obstacle out of the way of My people.”

16 ULB ਮੈਂ ਸਦਾ ਤੱਕ ਨਾ ਝਗੜਾਂਗਾ, ਨਾ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਕ੍ਰੋਧਵਾਨ ਰਹਾਂਗਾ, ਨਹੀਂ ਤਾਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਆਤਮਾ ਮੇਰੇ ਕਾਰਨ ਨਢਾਲ ਹੋ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ, ਉਹ ਹੀ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੈਂ ਬਣਾਇਆ। BSB BSB: For I will not accuse you forever, nor will I always be angry; for then the spirit of man would grow weak before Me—the breath of life I have made.
17 ULB ਮੈਂ ਉਹ ਦੇ ਲੋਭ ਦੀ ਬੁਰਿਆਈ ਦੇ ਕਾਰਨ ਕ੍ਰੋਧਵਾਨ ਹੋਇਆ, ਮੈਂ ਉਹ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਰਿਆ, ਮੈਂ ਆਪਣਾ ਮੂੰਹ ਲੁਕਾਇਆ, ਮੈਂ ਕ੍ਰੋਧਵਾਨ ਹੋਇਆ, ਪਰ ਫੇਰ ਵੀ ਉਹ ਆਪਣੀ ਮਨ ਦੀ ਮਰਜ਼ੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਭਟਕਦੇ ਗਏ। BSB BSB: I was enraged by his sinful greed, so I struck him and hid My face in anger; yet he kept turning back to the desires of his heart.
18 ULB ਮੈਂ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਰਾਹ ਵੇਖੇ ਹਨ, ਪਰ ਮੈਂ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਚੰਗਾ ਕਰਾਂਗਾ, ਮੈਂ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਕਰਾਂਗਾ, ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਸੋਗ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਤਸੱਲੀਆਂ ਬਖ਼ਸ਼ਾਂਗਾ। BSB BSB: I have seen his ways, but I will heal him; I will guide him and restore comfort to him and his mourners,
19 ULB ਮੈਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਬੁੱਲ੍ਹਾਂ ਤੇ ਉਸਤਤ ਦਾ ਫਲ ਉਤਪੰਨ ਕਰਦਾ ਹਾਂ। ਦੂਰ ਵਾਲੇ ਲਈ ਅਤੇ ਨਜ਼ਦੀਕ ਵਾਲੇ ਲਈ ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ, ਸ਼ਾਂਤੀ! ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਆਖਦਾ ਹੈ, ਅਤੇ ਮੈਂ ਉਹ ਨੂੰ ਚੰਗਾ ਕਰਾਂਗਾ। BSB BSB: bringing praise to their lips. Peace, peace to those far and near,” says the LORD, “and I will heal them.”
