3 ULB ਅਤੇ ਸੀਯੋਨ ਦੇ ਸੋਗੀਆਂ ਲਈ ਇਹ ਕਰਾਂ,- ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਿਰ ਤੋਂ ਸੁਆਹ ਦੂਰ ਕਰਕੇ ਸੋਹਣਾ ਤਾਜ ਰੱਖਣ, ਸੋਗ ਦੇ ਥਾਂ ਖੁਸ਼ੀ ਦਾ ਤੇਲ ਲਾਵਾਂ, ਨਿਰਾਸ਼ ਆਤਮਾ ਦੇ ਥਾਂ ਉਸਤਤ ਦਾ ਸਰੋਪਾ ਬਖ਼ਸ਼ਾਂ, ਤਦ ਉਹ ਧਰਮ ਦੇ ਬਲੂਤ, ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੇ ਲਾਏ ਹੋਏ ਸਦਾਉਣਗੇ, ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਮਹਿਮਾ ਪਰਗਟ ਹੋਵੇ। BSB BSB: to console the mourners in Zion—to give them a crown of beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, and a garment of praise for a spirit of despair. So they will be called oaks of righteousness, the planting of the LORD, that He may be glorified.
4 ULB ਉਹ ਪ੍ਰਾਚੀਨ ਬਰਬਾਦੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਣਾਉਣਗੇ, ਉਹ ਪਹਿਲੇ ਵਿਰਾਨਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਸਾਰਨਗੇ, ਉਹ ਬਰਬਾਦ ਸ਼ਹਿਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ, ਜਿਹੜੇ ਬਹੁਤ ਪੀੜ੍ਹੀਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਵਿਰਾਨ ਪਏ ਸਨ, ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਵੇਂ ਸਿਰਿਓਂ ਉਸਾਰਨਗੇ। BSB BSB: They will rebuild the ancient ruins; they will restore the places long devastated; they will renew the ruined cities, the desolations of many generations.
5 ULB ਪਰਦੇਸੀ ਆ ਖੜ੍ਹੇ ਹੋਣਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਇੱਜੜਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਚਾਰਨਗੇ, ਓਪਰੇ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਹਾਲ੍ਹੀ ਤੇ ਮਾਲੀ ਹੋਣਗੇ, BSB BSB: Strangers will stand and feed your flocks, and foreigners will be your plowmen and vinedressers.
6 ULB ਪਰ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੇ ਜਾਜਕ ਕਹਾਓਗੇ, ਲੋਕ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਸਾਡੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਦੇ ਸੇਵਕ ਆਖਣਗੇ, ਤੁਸੀਂ ਕੌਮਾਂ ਦਾ ਧਨ ਖਾਓਗੇ, ਅਤੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਮਾਲ-ਧਨ ਉੱਤੇ ਮਾਣ ਕਰੋਗੇ। BSB BSB: But you will be called the priests of the LORD; they will speak of you as ministers of our God; you will feed on the wealth of nations, and you will boast in their riches.
7 ULB ਤੁਹਾਡੀ ਲਾਜ ਦੇ ਬਦਲੇ ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਦੁਗਣਾ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਮਿਲੇਗਾ, ਬੇਪਤੀ ਦੇ ਬਦਲੇ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਹਿੱਸੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੌਜ ਮਾਣੋਗੇ, ਇਸ ਲਈ ਤੁਸੀਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਦੇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੁਗਣੇ ਹਿੱਸੇ ਦੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਹੋਵੋਗੇ, ਸਦੀਪਕ ਅਨੰਦ ਤੁਹਾਡਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ। BSB BSB: Instead of shame, My people will have a double portion, and instead of humiliation, they will rejoice in their share; and so they will inherit a double portion in their land, and everlasting joy will be theirs.
8 ULB ਕਿਉਂਕਿ, ਮੈਂ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ, ਇਨਸਾਫ਼ ਨੂੰ ਤਾਂ ਪਿਆਰ ਕਰਦਾ ਹਾਂ, ਲੁੱਟ ਅਤੇ ਬੁਰਿਆਈ ਤੋਂ ਘਿਣ ਕਰਦਾ ਹਾਂ, ਇਸ ਲਈ ਮੈਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਚਿਆਈ ਨਾਲ ਬਦਲਾ ਦਿਆਂਗਾ, ਮੈਂ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਇੱਕ ਸਦੀਪਕ ਨੇਮ ਬੰਨ੍ਹਾਂਗਾ। BSB BSB: For I, the LORD, love justice; I hate robbery and iniquity; in My faithfulness I will give them their recompense and make an everlasting covenant with them.
9 ULB ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਵੰਸ਼ ਕੌਮਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ, ਅਤੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਸੰਤਾਨ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਾਣੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ, ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਵੇਖਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਜਾਣ ਲੈਣਗੇ ਕਿ ਇਹ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦਾ ਮੁਬਾਰਕ ਵੰਸ਼ ਹੈ। BSB BSB: Their descendants will be known among the nations, and their offspring among the peoples. All who see them will acknowledge that they are a people the LORD has blessed.
10 ULB ਮੈਂ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਹੁਤ ਖੁਸ਼ ਹੋਵਾਂਗਾ, ਮੇਰਾ ਪ੍ਰਾਣ ਮੇਰੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਗਨ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ, ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਮੁਕਤੀ ਦੇ ਬਸਤਰ ਪਵਾਏ ਹਨ, ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਧਰਮ ਦੇ ਚੋਗੇ ਨਾਲ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਢੱਕਿਆ ਹੈ, ਜਿਵੇਂ ਲਾੜਾ ਸਿਹਰੇ ਨਾਲ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਆਰਦਾ, ਅਤੇ ਲਾੜੀ ਆਪਣਿਆਂ ਗਹਿਣਿਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਿੰਗਾਰਦੀ ਹੈ। BSB BSB: I will rejoice greatly in the LORD, my soul will exult in my God; for He has clothed me with garments of salvation and wrapped me in a robe of righteousness, as a bridegroom wears a priestly headdress, as a bride adorns herself with her jewels.
11 ULB ਜਿਵੇਂ ਧਰਤੀ ਤਾਂ ਆਪਣਾ ਪੁੰਗਰ ਕੱਢਦੀ ਹੈ, ਅਤੇ ਬਾਗ ਬੀਜਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਉਪਜਾਉਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਉਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਹੀ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਧਰਮ ਅਤੇ ਉਸਤਤ ਨੂੰ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਕੌਮਾਂ ਦੇ ਅੱਗੇ ਪੁੰਗਰਾਵੇਗਾ। BSB BSB: For as the earth brings forth its growth, and as a garden enables seed to spring up, so the Lord GOD will cause righteousness and praise to spring up before all the nations.
