14 ULB ਖ਼ੂਨੀ ਸਵੇਰੇ ਹੀ ਉੱਠਦਾ ਹੈ, ਉਹ ਮਸਕੀਨ ਤੇ ਕੰਗਾਲ ਨੂੰ ਵੱਢ ਸੁੱਟਦਾ ਹੈ, ਅਤੇ ਰਾਤ ਨੂੰ ਉਹ ਚੋਰ ਬਣ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। BSB BSB: When daylight is gone, the murderer rises to kill the poor and needy; in the night he is like a thief.

21 ULB ਉਹ ਬਾਂਝ ਨੂੰ ਜਿਹੜੀ ਜਣਦੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਲੁੱਟ ਲੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਅਤੇ ਵਿਧਵਾ ਨਾਲ ਨੇਕੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਦਾ। BSB BSB: They prey on the barren and childless, and show no kindness to the widow.
22 ULB ਪਰ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਆਪਣੀ ਸ਼ਕਤੀ ਨਾਲ ਤਕੜਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਖਿੱਚ ਲੈਂਦਾ ਹੈ, ਭਾਵੇਂ ਉਹ ਸਥਿਰ ਹੋ ਜਾਵੇ ਤਾਂ ਵੀ ਉਸ ਨੂੰ ਜੀਵਨ ਦੀ ਆਸ ਨਹੀਂ ਰਹਿੰਦੀ। BSB BSB: Yet by His power, God drags away the mighty; though rising up, they have no assurance of life.
23 ULB ਉਹ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੁੱਖ ਨਾਲ ਰਹਿਣ ਦਿੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਸਾਂਭੇ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ, ਪਰ ਉਸ ਦੀਆਂ ਅੱਖਾਂ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਰਾਹਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਹਨ। BSB BSB: He gives them a sense of security, but His eyes are on their ways.
24 ULB ਉਹ ਥੋੜ੍ਹੇ ਚਿਰ ਲਈ ਉੱਚੇ ਕੀਤੇ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ, ਫੇਰ ਉਹ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਹੀ ਨਹੀਂ, ਉਹ ਨਿਵਾਏ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ, ਉਹ ਦੂਜਿਆਂ ਵਾਂਗੂੰ ਸਮੇਟੇ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ, ਅਤੇ ਅੰਨ ਦੇ ਸਿੱਟਿਆਂ ਵਾਂਗੂੰ ਵੱਢੇ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ! BSB BSB: They are exalted for a moment, then they are gone; they are brought low and gathered up like all others; they are cut off like heads of grain.
25 ULB ਜੇ ਇਹ ਇਸੇ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਤਾਂ ਕੌਣ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਝੂਠਾ ਸਾਬਿਤ ਕਰੇਗਾ ਅਤੇ ਮੇਰੀਆਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅਕਾਰਥ ਠਹਿਰਾਵੇਗਾ?" BSB BSB: If this is not so, then who can prove me a liar and reduce my words to nothing?”
