2 ULB ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਭੈੜਾ ਮੂੰਹ ਅਤੇ ਛਲ ਵਾਲਾ ਮੂੰਹ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਖੋਲਿਆ ਹੈ, ਓਹ ਝੂਠੀ ਜੀਭ ਨਾਲ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਬੋਲੇ। BSB BSB: For wicked and deceitful mouths open against me; they speak against me with lying tongues.
3 ULB ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਵੈਰ ਦੀਆਂ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਘੇਰ ਲਿਆ, ਅਤੇ ਧਗਾਣੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਨਾਲ ਝਗੜੇ। BSB BSB: They surround me with hateful words and attack me without cause.

5 ULB ਭਲਿਆਈ ਦੇ ਬਦਲੇ ਬੁਰਿਆਈ ਅਤੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਪ੍ਰੇਮ ਦੇ ਬਦਲੇ ਵੈਰ ਓਹ ਮੇਰੇ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਰੱਖਦੇ ਹਨ। BSB BSB: They repay me evil for good, and hatred for my love.
6 ULB ਦੁਸ਼ਟ ਉਹ ਦੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਲਾ, ਅਤੇ ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਉਹ ਦੇ ਸੱਜੇ ਹੱਥ ਖੜ੍ਹਾ ਰਹੇ! BSB BSB: Set over him a wicked man; let an accuser stand at his right hand.

11 ULB ਉਹ ਦਾ ਸ਼ਾਹ ਉਹ ਦਾ ਸਭ ਕੁੱਝ ਫਾਹ ਲਵੇ, ਅਤੇ ਓਪਰੇ ਉਹ ਦੀ ਕਮਾਈ ਨੂੰ ਠੱਗ ਲੈਣ! BSB BSB: May the creditor seize all he owns, and strangers plunder the fruits of his labor.
12 ULB ਕੋਈ ਨਾ ਹੋਵੇ ਜਿਹੜਾ ਉਹ ਦੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਦਯਾ ਕਰਦਾ ਰਹੇ, ਨਾ ਕੋਈ ਉਹ ਦੇ ਯਤੀਮਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਤਰਸ ਕਰੇ! BSB BSB: May there be no one to extend kindness to him, and no one to favor his fatherless children.
13 ULB ਉਹ ਦੀ ਅੰਸ ਮੁਕਾਈ ਜਾਵੇ, ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਪੀੜ੍ਹੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਓਹਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਨਾਉਂ ਮਿਟਾਇਆ ਜਾਵੇ! BSB BSB: May his descendants be cut off; may their name be blotted out from the next generation.
14 ULB ਉਹ ਦੇ ਪਿਉ-ਦਾਦਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਬਦੀ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਨੂੰ ਚੇਤੇ ਰਹੇ, ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਦੀ ਮਾਂ ਦਾ ਪਾਪ ਨਾ ਮਿਟਾਇਆ ਜਾਵੇ! BSB BSB: May the iniquity of his fathers be remembered before the LORD, and the sin of his mother never be blotted out.
15 ULB ਓਹ ਸਦਾ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੇ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਪਏ ਰਹਿਣ, ਕਿ ਉਹ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਯਾਦ ਧਰਤੀਓਂ ਮੁਕਾ ਦੇਵੇ, BSB BSB: May their sins always remain before the LORD, that He may cut off their memory from the earth.
16 ULB ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਉਹ ਨੇ ਦਯਾ ਕਰਨੀ ਚੇਤੇ ਨਾ ਰੱਖੀ, ਪਰ ਉਹ ਮਸਕੀਨ, ਕੰਗਾਲ ਤੇ ਟੁੱਟੇ ਦਿਲ ਵਾਲੇ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਰ ਸੁੱਟਣ ਲਈ ਪਿੱਛੇ ਪਿਆ, BSB BSB: For he never thought to show kindness, but pursued the poor and needy and brokenhearted, even to their death.
17 ULB ਹਾਂ, ਉਹ ਨੇ ਫਿਟਕਾਰ ਨਾਲ ਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਰੱਖੀ, ਸੋ ਉਹ ਉਸ ਤੇ ਆ ਪਈ, ਅਤੇ ਬਰਕਤ ਤੋਂ ਉਹ ਖੁਸ਼ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੀ, ਸੋ ਉਹ ਉਸ ਤੋਂ ਦੂਰ ਰਹੀ, BSB BSB: The cursing that he loved, may it fall on him; the blessing in which he refused to delight, may it be far from him.

20 ULB ਏਹੋ ਈ ਮੇਰੇ ਵਿਰੋਧੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਬਦਲਾ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਹੋਵੇ, ਅਤੇ ਮੇਰੀ ਜਾਨ ਦੇ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਬੁਰਾ ਬੋਲਣ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਵੀ! BSB BSB: May this be the LORD’s reward to my accusers, to those who speak evil against me.
21 ULB ਪਰ ਤੂੰ, ਹੇ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ, ਆਪਣੇ ਨਾਮ ਦੇ ਕਾਰਨ ਮੇਰੇ ਲਈ ਕੁੱਝ ਕਰ, ਤੇਰੀ ਦਯਾ ਤਾਂ ਭਲੀ ਹੈ, ਮੈਨੂੰ ਛੁਡਾ ਲੈ, BSB BSB: But You, O GOD, the Lord, deal kindly with me for the sake of Your name; deliver me by the goodness of Your loving devotion.
22 ULB ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਮੈਂ ਮਸਕੀਨ ਤੇ ਕੰਗਾਲ ਹਾਂ, ਅਤੇ ਮੇਰਾ ਦਿਲ ਮੇਰੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਫੱਟੜ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ। BSB BSB: For I am poor and needy; my heart is wounded within me.
23 ULB ਮੈਂ ਢਲਦੀ ਛਾਂ ਵਾਂਗੂੰ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਰਿਹਾ, ਮੈਂ ਸਲਾ ਵਾਂਗੂੰ ਝਾੜਿਆ ਜਾਂਦਾ, BSB BSB: I am fading away like a lengthening shadow; I am shaken off like a locust.
24 ULB ਵਰਤਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਮੇਰੇ ਗੋਡੇ ਭਿੜਦੇ ਹਨ, ਮੇਰਾ ਮਾਸ ਤੇਲ ਖੁਣੋਂ ਲਿੱਸਾ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। BSB BSB: My knees are weak from fasting, and my body grows lean and gaunt.
25 ULB ਮੈਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਲਈ ਤਾਨਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਥਾਂ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ, ਜਦ ਓਹ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਵੇਖਦੇ, ਓਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਸਿਰ ਹਿਲਾਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ। BSB BSB: I am an object of scorn to my accusers; when they see me, they shake their heads.
26 ULB ਹੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਮੇਰੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ, ਮੇਰੀ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਕਰ! ਆਪਣੀ ਦਯਾ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਬਚਾ, BSB BSB: Help me, O LORD my God; save me according to Your loving devotion.
27 ULB ਕਿ ਓਹ ਜਾਣਨ ਕਿ ਏਹ ਤੇਰਾ ਹੀ ਹੱਥ ਹੈ, ਅਤੇ ਤੂੰ, ਹੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ, ਏਹ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। BSB BSB: Let them know that this is Your hand, that You, O LORD, have done it.
28 ULB ਓਹ ਫਿਟਕਾਰਾਂ ਦੇਣ ਪਰ ਤੂੰ ਬਰਕਤ ਦੇ! ਜਦ ਓਹ ਉੱਠਣ ਤਾਂ ਓਹ ਸ਼ਰਮਿੰਦੇ ਹੋਣ, ਪਰ ਤੇਰਾ ਦਾਸ ਅਨੰਦ ਹੋਵੇ! BSB BSB: Though they curse, You will bless. When they rise up, they will be put to shame, but Your servant will rejoice.
29 ULB ਮੇਰੇ ਵਿਰੋਧੀ ਨਿਰਾਦਰੀ ਪਹਿਨਣ, ਓਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਨੂੰ ਲਾਜ ਨਾਲ ਚੱਦਰ ਵਾਂਗੂੰ ਕੱਜਣ! BSB BSB: May my accusers be clothed with disgrace; may they wear their shame like a robe.
30 ULB ਮੈਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਮੂੰਹ ਨਾਲ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦਾ ਬਹੁਤ ਧੰਨਵਾਦ ਕਰਾਂਗਾ, ਅਤੇ ਬਹੁਤਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਹ ਦੀ ਉਸਤਤ ਕਰਾਂਗਾ। BSB BSB: With my mouth I will thank the LORD profusely; I will praise Him in the presence of many.
31 ULB ਉਹ ਤਾਂ ਕੰਗਾਲ ਦੇ ਸੱਜੇ ਹੱਥ ਖੜ੍ਹਾ ਰਹੇਗਾ, ਕਿ ਉਹ ਦੀ ਜਾਨ ਦੇ ਨਿਆਂ ਕਾਰਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਬਚਾਵੇ। BSB BSB: For He stands at the right hand of the needy one, to save him from the condemners of his soul.
