4 ULB ਤਾਂ ਮੈਂ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਨੂੰ ਪੁਕਾਰਿਆ,— ਹੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ, ਕਿਰਪਾ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਮੇਰੀ ਜਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਛੁਡਾ ਲਈ! BSB BSB: Then I called on the name of the LORD: “O LORD, deliver my soul!”
5 ULB ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦਯਾਵਾਨ ਤੇ ਧਰਮੀ ਹੈ, ਸਾਡਾ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਰਹੀਮ ਹੈ। BSB BSB: The LORD is gracious and righteous; our God is full of compassion.
6 ULB ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਭੋਲੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਕਰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਮੈਂ ਹੀਣਾ ਪੈ ਗਿਆ ਪਰ ਉਹ ਨੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਬਚਾਇਆ। BSB BSB: The LORD preserves the simplehearted; I was helpless, and He saved me.

8 ULB ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਤੂੰ ਮੇਰੀ ਜਾਨ ਨੂੰ ਮੌਤ ਤੋਂ, ਮੇਰੀਆਂ ਅੱਖਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਅੰਝੂਆਂ ਤੋਂ, ਮੇਰੇ ਪੈਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਤਿਲਕਣ ਤੋਂ ਛੁਡਾਇਆ ਹੈ। BSB BSB: For You have delivered my soul from death, my eyes from tears, my feet from stumbling.
9 ULB ਮੈਂ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੇ ਅੱਗੇ-ਅੱਗੇ ਜਿਉਂਦਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਦੇਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਤੁਰਾਂਗਾ। BSB BSB: I will walk before the LORD in the land of the living.
10 ULB ਮੈਂ ਨਿਹਚਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਤਾਂ ਮੈਂ ਬੋਲਾਂਗਾ, ਮੈਂ ਬਹੁਤ ਅਧੀਨ ਹੋਇਆ, BSB BSB: I believed, therefore I said, “I am greatly afflicted.”
11 ULB ਮੈਂ ਆਪਣੀ ਘਬਰਾਹਟ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਖ ਬੈਠਾ, ਕਿ ਹਰੇਕ ਆਦਮੀ ਝੂਠਾ ਹੈ। BSB BSB: In my alarm I said, “All men are liars!”
12 ULB ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਉਪਕਾਰਾਂ ਲਈ, ਮੈਂ ਉਹ ਨੂੰ ਕੀ ਮੋੜ ਕੇ ਦਿਆਂ? BSB BSB: How can I repay the LORD for all His goodness to me?
13 ULB ਮੈਂ ਮੁਕਤੀ ਦਾ ਪਿਆਲਾ ਚੁੱਕਾਂਗਾ, ਅਤੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਉੱਤੇ ਪੁਕਾਰਾਂਗਾ। BSB BSB: I will lift the cup of salvation and call on the name of the LORD.
14 ULB ਮੈਂ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਲਈ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਸੁੱਖਣਾਂ ਲਾਹਵਾਂਗਾ, ਹਾਂ, ਉਹ ਦੀ ਸਾਰੀ ਪਰਜਾ ਦੇ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ। BSB BSB: I will fulfill my vows to the LORD in the presence of all His people.
15 ULB ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੀ ਨਿਗਾਹ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਹ ਦੇ ਸੰਤਾਂ ਦੀ ਮੌਤ ਬਹੁਮੁੱਲੀ ਹੈ! BSB BSB: Precious in the sight of the LORD is the death of His saints.
16 ULB ਹੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ, ਮੈਂ ਸੱਚ-ਮੁੱਚ ਤੇਰਾ ਦਾਸ ਹਾਂ, ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰਾ ਹੀ ਦਾਸ ਹਾਂ, ਤੇਰੀ ਗੋੱਲੀ ਦਾ ਪੁੱਤਰ, ਤੂੰ ਤਾਂ ਮੇਰੇ ਬੰਧਨ ਖੋਲ੍ਹੇ ਹਨ। BSB BSB: Truly, O LORD, I am Your servant; I am Your servant, the son of Your maidservant; You have broken my bonds.
17 ULB ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੇ ਲਈ ਧੰਨਵਾਦ ਦਾ ਬਲੀਦਾਨ ਚੜ੍ਹਾਵਾਂਗਾ, ਮੈਂ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੇ ਨਾਮ ਨੂੰ ਪੁਕਾਰਾਂਗਾ। BSB BSB: I will offer to You a sacrifice of thanksgiving and call on the name of the LORD.
18 ULB ਮੈਂ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਲਈ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਸੁੱਖਣਾਂ ਲਾਹਵਾਂਗਾ, ਹਾਂ, ਇਹ ਦੀ ਸਾਰੀ ਪਰਜਾ ਦੇ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ, BSB BSB: I will fulfill my vows to the LORD in the presence of all His people,
19 ULB ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੇ ਭਵਨ ਦੀਆਂ ਦਰਗਾਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ, ਹੇ ਯਰੂਸ਼ਲਮ, ਤੇਰੇ ਐਨ ਵਿਚਕਾਰ। ਹਲਲੂਯਾਹ!। BSB BSB: in the courts of the LORD’s house, in your midst, O Jerusalem. Hallelujah!
