2 ULB ਧੰਨ ਓਹ ਹਨ ਜਿਹੜੇ ਇਹ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਾਖੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਮੰਨਦੇ, ਅਤੇ ਤਨੋ ਮਨੋ ਉਹ ਨੂੰ ਭਾਲਦੇ ਹਨ! BSB BSB: Blessed are those who keep His testimonies and seek Him with all their heart.
3 ULB ਓਹ ਤਾਂ ਬਦੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰਦੇ, ਓਹ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਰਾਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਚੱਲਦੇ ਹਨ। BSB BSB: They do no iniquity; they walk in His ways.
4 ULB ਤੂੰ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਫਰਮਾਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਹੁਕਮ ਦਿੱਤਾ, ਕਿ ਅਸੀਂ ਮਨ ਲਾ ਕੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਪਾਲਣਾ ਕਰੀਏ। BSB BSB: You have ordained Your precepts, that we should keep them diligently.
5 ULB ਕਾਸ਼ ਕਿ ਮੇਰੀ ਚਾਲ ਤੇਰੀਆਂ ਬਿਧੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਪਾਲਣਾ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਪੱਕੀ ਹੋਵੇ! BSB BSB: Oh, that my ways were committed to keeping Your statutes!
6 ULB ਜਦ ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੇ ਹੁਕਮਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਗੌਹ ਕਰਾਂਗਾ, ਤਦ ਮੈਂ ਲੱਜਿਆਵਾਨ ਨਾ ਹੋਵਾਂਗਾ। BSB BSB: Then I would not be ashamed when I consider all Your commandments.
7 ULB ਜਦ ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰਿਆਂ ਸੱਚਿਆਂ ਨਿਆਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਿੱਖ ਲਵਾਂਗਾ, ਮੈਂ ਸਿੱਧੇ ਮਨ ਨਾਲ ਤੇਰਾ ਧੰਨਵਾਦ ਕਰਾਂਗਾ। BSB BSB: I will praise You with an upright heart when I learn Your righteous judgments.
8 ULB ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੀਆਂ ਬਿਧੀਆਂ ਦੀ ਪਾਲਣਾ ਕਰਾਂਗਾ, ਤੂੰ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਮੂਲੋਂ ਹੀ ਤਿਆਗ ਨਾ ਦੇ! ਬੇਥ BSB BSB: I will keep Your statutes; do not utterly forsake me.
9 ULB ਜੁਆਨ ਕਿੱਦਾਂ ਆਪਣੀ ਚਾਲ ਨੂੰ ਸੁੱਧ ਰੱਖੇ? ਉਹ ਤੇਰੇ ਬਚਨ ਦੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਉਹ ਦੀ ਚੌਕਸੀ ਕਰੇ। BSB BSB: How can a young man keep his way pure? By guarding it according to Your word.
10 ULB ਮੈਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਮਨ ਨਾਲ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਭਾਲਿਆ ਹੈ, ਆਪਣੇ ਹੁਕਮਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਭਟਕਣ ਨਾ ਦੇ! BSB BSB: With all my heart I have sought You; do not let me stray from Your commandments.
11 ULB ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੇ ਬਚਨ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਮਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਮਾਂ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ, ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਤੇਰਾ ਪਾਪ ਨਾ ਕਰਾਂ। BSB BSB: I have hidden Your word in my heart that I might not sin against You.
12 ULB ਹੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ, ਤੂੰ ਮੁਬਾਰਕ ਹੈਂ, ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਬਿਧੀਆਂ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਸਿਖਲਾ! BSB BSB: Blessed are You, O LORD; teach me Your statutes.
13 ULB ਮੈਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਬੁੱਲ੍ਹਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਤੇਰੇ ਮੂੰਹ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਨਿਆਵਾਂ ਦਾ ਨਿਰਨਾ ਕੀਤਾ। BSB BSB: With my lips I proclaim all the judgments of Your mouth.
14 ULB ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੀਆਂ ਸਾਖੀਆਂ ਦੇ ਰਾਹ ਵਿੱਚ ਖੁਸ਼ ਰਿਹਾ, ਜਿਵੇਂ ਸਾਰੀ ਦੌਲਤ ਉੱਤੇ। BSB BSB: I rejoice in the way of Your testimonies as much as in all riches.
15 ULB ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੇ ਫਰਮਾਨਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੀਨ ਹੋਵਾਂਗਾ, ਅਤੇ ਤੇਰੇ ਮਾਰਗਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਗੌਹ ਕਰਾਂਗਾ। BSB BSB: I will meditate on Your precepts and regard Your ways.
16 ULB ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੀਆਂ ਬਿਧੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਗਨ ਰਹਾਂਗਾ, ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੇ ਬਚਨ ਨੂੰ ਨਹੀਂ ਵਿਸਰਾਂਗਾ। ਗਿਮੇਲ BSB BSB: I will delight in Your statutes; I will not forget Your word.
17 ULB ਆਪਣੇ ਸੇਵਕ ਉੱਤੇ ਉਪਕਾਰ ਕਰ ਕਿ ਮੈਂ ਜਿਉਂਦਾ ਰਹਾਂ, ਤੇ ਤੇਰੇ ਬਚਨ ਦੀ ਪਾਲਣਾ ਕਰਾਂ। BSB BSB: Deal bountifully with Your servant, that I may live and keep Your word.
18 ULB ਮੇਰੀਆਂ ਅੱਖਾਂ ਖੋਲ੍ਹ, ਕਿ ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੀ ਬਿਵਸਥਾ ਦੀਆਂ ਅਚਰਜ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੇਖਾਂ! BSB BSB: Open my eyes that I may see wondrous things from Your law.
19 ULB ਮੈਂ ਧਰਤੀ ਉੱਤੇ ਪਰਦੇਸੀ ਹਾਂ, ਆਪਣੇ ਹੁਕਮ ਮੈਥੋਂ ਗੁਪਤ ਨਾ ਰੱਖ। BSB BSB: I am a stranger on the earth; do not hide Your commandments from me.
20 ULB ਮੇਰੀ ਜਾਨ ਹਰ ਵੇਲੇ ਤੇਰਿਆਂ ਨਿਆਵਾਂ ਦੀ ਤਾਂਘ ਵਿੱਚ ਟੁੱਟਦੀ ਹੈ। BSB BSB: My soul is consumed with longing for Your judgments at all times.
21 ULB ਮੈਂ ਸਰਾਪੀ ਹੰਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਵਰਜਿਆ ਹੈ, ਜਿਹੜੇ ਤੇਰੇ ਹੁਕਮਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਭੁੱਲੇ ਫਿਰਦੇ ਹਨ। BSB BSB: You rebuke the arrogant—the cursed who stray from Your commandments.
22 ULB ਮੇਰੇ ਉੱਤੋਂ ਨਿੰਦਿਆ ਤੇ ਨਫ਼ਰਤ ਦੁਰ ਕਰ, ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੀਆਂ ਸਾਖੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਭਾਲਿਆ ਹੈ! BSB BSB: Remove my scorn and contempt, for I have kept Your testimonies.
23 ULB ਸਰਦਾਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਵੀ ਬਹਿ ਕੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਵਿਰੁੱਧ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਹਨ, ਪਰ ਤੇਰਾ ਸੇਵਕ ਤੇਰੀਆਂ ਬਿਧੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੀਨ ਰਹੇਗਾ। BSB BSB: Though rulers sit and slander me, Your servant meditates on Your statutes.
24 ULB ਤੇਰੀਆਂ ਸਾਖੀਆਂ ਵੀ ਮੇਰੀ ਖੁਸ਼ੀ, ਅਤੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਲਈ ਸਲਾਹਕਾਰ ਹਨ। ਦਾਲਥ BSB BSB: Your testimonies are indeed my delight; they are my counselors.

26 ULB ਮੈਂ ਆਪਣੀ ਚਾਲ ਨੂੰ ਪਰਗਟ ਕੀਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਤੂੰ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਉੱਤਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ, ਆਪਣੀਆ ਬਿਧੀਆਂ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਸਿਖਲਾ! BSB BSB: I recounted my ways, and You answered me; teach me Your statutes.
27 ULB ਆਪਣੇ ਫਰਮਾਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਰਾਹ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਸਮਝਾ, ਤਾਂ ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੇ ਅਚਰਜ ਕੰਮਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਧਿਆਨ ਲਾਵਾਂਗਾ। BSB BSB: Make clear to me the way of Your precepts; then I will meditate on Your wonders.
28 ULB ਮੇਰੀ ਜਾਨ ਉਦਾਸੀ ਦੇ ਕਾਰਨ ਢਲ ਗਈ ਹੈ, ਆਪਣੇ ਬਚਨ ਦੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਦ੍ਰਿੜ ਕਰ! BSB BSB: My soul melts with sorrow; strengthen me according to Your word.
29 ULB ਝੂਠ ਦਾ ਰਾਹ ਮੈਥੋਂ ਦੂਰ ਕਰ, ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਬਿਵਸਥਾ ਦਯਾ ਨਾਲ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਬਖਸ਼ ਦੇ! BSB BSB: Remove me from the path of deceit and graciously grant me Your law.
30 ULB ਮੈਂ ਵਫ਼ਾਦਾਰੀ ਦਾ ਰਾਹ ਚੁਣ ਲਿਆ ਹੈ, ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰਿਆਂ ਨਿਆਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਸਨਮੁੱਖ ਰੱਖਿਆ। BSB BSB: I have chosen the way of truth; I have set Your ordinances before me.
31 ULB ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੀਆਂ ਸਾਖੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਫੜ ਛੱਡਿਆ ਹੈ, ਹੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ, ਮੈਨੂੰ ਲੱਜਿਆਵਾਨ ਨਾ ਕਰ! BSB BSB: I cling to Your testimonies, O LORD; let me not be put to shame.
32 ULB ਜਦ ਤੂੰ ਮੇਰੇ ਮਨ ਨੂੰ ਵਧਾਵੇਂਗਾ, ਤਦ ਮੈ ਤੇਰੇ ਹੁਕਮਾਂ ਦੇ ਮਾਰਗ ਉੱਤੇ ਦੌੜਿਆ ਜਾਂਵਾਂਗਾ! ਹੇ BSB BSB: I run in the path of Your commandments, for You will enlarge my heart.
33 ULB ਹੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ,ਤੂੰ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਬਿਧੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਰਾਹ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਸਿਖਲਾ, ਤਾਂ ਮੈਂ ਅੰਤ ਤੱਕ ਉਹ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਭਾਲੀ ਰੱਖਾਂਗਾ। BSB BSB: Teach me, O LORD, the way of Your statutes, and I will keep them to the end.
34 ULB ਮੈਨੂੰ ਸਮਝ ਦੇ ਅਤੇ ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੀ ਬਿਵਸਥਾ ਨੂੰ ਸਾਭਾਂਗਾ, ਸਗੋਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਮਨ ਨਾਲ ਉਹ ਦੀ ਪਾਲਣਾ ਕਰਾਂਗਾ। BSB BSB: Give me understanding that I may obey Your law, and follow it with all my heart.
35 ULB ਮੈਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਹੁਕਮਾਂ ਦੇ ਮਾਰਗ ਦੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਕਰ, ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਉਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੈਂ ਮਗਨ ਹਾਂ! BSB BSB: Direct me in the path of Your commandments, for there I find delight.

37 ULB ਮੇਰੀਆਂ ਅੱਖਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵਿਅਰਥ ਵੇਖਣ ਤੋਂ ਮੋੜ ਦੇ, ਆਪਣੇ ਰਾਹਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਜਿਵਾਲ! BSB BSB: Turn my eyes away from worthless things; revive me with Your word.
38 ULB ਆਪਣੇ ਬਚਨ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਸੇਵਕ ਲਈ ਕਾਇਮ ਰੱਖ, ਜਿਹੜਾ ਤੇਰੇ ਭੈ ਮੰਨਣ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਦੇ ਲਈ ਹੈ। BSB BSB: Establish Your word to Your servant, to produce reverence for You.
39 ULB ਮੇਰੀ ਨਿੰਦਿਆ ਨੂੰ ਜਿਸ ਤੋਂ ਮੈਂ ਡਰਦਾ ਹਾਂ ਮੈਥੋਂ ਲੰਘਾ ਦੇ, ਤੇਰੇ ਨਿਆਂ ਭਲੇ ਹਨ! BSB BSB: Turn away the disgrace I dread, for Your judgments are good.
40 ULB ਵੇਖ, ਤੇਰੇ ਫ਼ਰਮਾਨਾਂ ਲਈ ਲੋਚਿਆ ਹੈ, ਆਪਣੇ ਧਰਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਜਿਵਾਲ! ਵਾਵ BSB BSB: How I long for Your precepts! Revive me in Your righteousness.
41 ULB ਹੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ, ਤੇਰੀ ਦਯਾ ਮੇਰੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਆਵੇ, ਤੇਰਾ ਬਚਾਓ ਵੀ ਤੇਰੇ ਬਚਨ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ! BSB BSB: May Your loving devotion come to me, O LORD, Your salvation, according to Your promise.
42 ULB ਤਾਂ ਮੈ ਆਪਣੀ ਨਿੰਦਿਆ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੇ ਨੂੰ ਉੱਤਰ ਦਿਆਂਗਾ, ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੇ ਬਚਨ ਉੱਤੇ ਭਰੋਸਾ ਰੱਖਦਾ ਹਾਂ, BSB BSB: Then I can answer him who taunts, for I trust in Your word.
43 ULB ਅਤੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਮੂੰਹੋਂ ਸਚਿਆਈ ਦਾ ਬਚਨ ਮੂਲੋਂ ਹੀ ਖੋਹ ਨਾ ਲੈ, ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਤੇਰੇ ਨਿਆਵਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਮੇਰੀ ਆਸ ਹੈ, BSB BSB: Never take Your word of truth from my mouth, for I hope in Your judgments.
44 ULB ਤਾਂ ਮੈ ਤੇਰੀ ਬਿਵਸਥਾ ਦੀ ਹਰ ਵੇਲੇ ਸਦਾ ਤੱਕ ਪਾਲਣਾ ਕਰਾਂਗਾ, BSB BSB: I will always obey Your law, forever and ever.
45 ULB ਅਤੇ ਮੈਂ ਖੁਲਮਖੁਲਾ ਚੱਲਦਾ ਫਿਰਾਂਗਾ, ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੇ ਫ਼ਰਮਾਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਤਾਲਿਬ ਰਿਹਾ। BSB BSB: And I will walk in freedom, for I have sought Your precepts.
46 ULB ਮੈਂ ਪਾਤਸ਼ਾਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਨਮੁੱਖ ਤੇਰੀਆਂ ਸਾਖੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਚਰਚਾ ਕਰਾਂਗਾ, ਅਤੇ ਲੱਜਿਆਵਾਨ ਨਾ ਹੋਵਾਂਗਾ। BSB BSB: I will speak of Your testimonies before kings, and I will not be ashamed.

48 ULB ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੇ ਹੁਕਮਾਂ ਵੱਲ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਮੈਂ ਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਲਾਈ ਹੈ ਆਪਣੇ ਹੱਥ ਅੱਡਾਂਗਾ, ਅਤੇ ਤੇਰੀਆਂ ਬਿਧੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਲੀਨ ਹੋਵਾਂਗਾ। ਜ਼ੈਨ BSB BSB: I lift up my hands to Your commandments, which I love, and I meditate on Your statutes.
49 ULB ਆਪਣੇ ਸੇਵਕ ਲਈ ਉਹ ਬਚਨ ਚੇਤੇ ਕਰ,ਜਿਹ ਦੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਤੂੰ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਆਸ ਦੁਆਈ ਹੈ! BSB BSB: Remember Your word to Your servant, upon which You have given me hope.
50 ULB ਏਹੀ ਮੇਰੇ ਦੁੱਖ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੇਰੀ ਤੱਸਲੀ ਹੈ, ਕਿ ਤੇਰੇ ਬਚਨ ਨੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਜਿਵਾਲਿਆ ਹੈ। BSB BSB: This is my comfort in affliction, that Your promise has given me life.
51 ULB ਹੰਕਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਠੱਠੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਹੁਤ ਉਡਾਇਆ ਹੈ, ਪਰ ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੀ ਬਿਵਸਥਾ ਤੋਂ ਬੇਮੁਖ ਨਾ ਹੋਇਆ। BSB BSB: The arrogant utterly deride me, but I do not turn from Your law.
52 ULB ਹੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ, ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੇ ਪਰਾਚੀਨ ਨਿਆਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਚੇਤੇ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਹੈ, ਅਤੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਦਿਲਾਸਾ ਮਿਲਿਆ। BSB BSB: I remember Your judgments of old, O LORD, and in them I find comfort.
53 ULB ਮੇਰਾ ਗੁੱਸਾ ਭਖ ਉੱਠਿਆ ਹੈ, ਕਿ ਦੁਸ਼ਟ ਤੇਰੀ ਬਿਵਸਥਾ ਨੂੰ ਤਿਆਗ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ। BSB BSB: Rage has taken hold of me because of the wicked who reject Your law.
54 ULB ਤੇਰੀਆਂ ਬਿਧੀਆਂ ਮੇਰੇ ਮੁਸਾਫ਼ਰੀ ਦੇ ਘਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੇਰੇ ਭਜਨ ਸਨ। BSB BSB: Your statutes are songs to me in the house of my pilgrimage.
55 ULB ਹੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ,ਮੈਂ ਰਾਤੀਂ ਤੇਰੇ ਨਾਮ ਨੂੰ ਚੇਤੇ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ, ਅਤੇ ਤੇਰੀ ਬਿਵਸਥਾ ਦੀ ਪਾਲਣਾ ਕੀਤੀ BSB BSB: In the night, O LORD, I remember Your name, that I may keep Your law.
56 ULB ਇਹ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਲਈ ਹੋਇਆ, ਕਿ ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੇ ਫ਼ਰਮਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਭਾਲਿਆ ਹੈ। ਖੇਥ BSB BSB: This is my practice, for I obey Your precepts.
57 ULB ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਮੇਰਾ ਭਾਗ ਹੈ, ਮੈਂ ਆਖਿਆ, ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰਿਆਂ ਬਚਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਪਾਲਣਾ ਕਰਾਂਗਾ। BSB BSB: The LORD is my portion; I have promised to keep Your words.
58 ULB ਮੈਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਦਿਲ ਨਾਲ ਤੇਰੇ ਦਰਸ਼ਣ ਲਈ ਬੇਨਤੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ, ਆਪਣੇ ਬਚਨ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਮੇਰੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਕਰ। BSB BSB: I have sought Your face with all my heart; be gracious to me according to Your promise.
