5 ULB ਤੂੰ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਅੱਗੋਂ ਪਿੱਛੋਂ ਘੇਰ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਹੈ, ਤੂੰ ਆਪਣਾ ਹੱਥ ਮੇਰੇ ਉਤੇ ਧਰਿਆ ਹੈ,― BSB BSB: You hem me in behind and before; You have laid Your hand upon me.
6 ULB ਇਹ ਗਿਆਨ ਮੇਰੇ ਲਈ ਅਚਰਜ ਹੈ, ਉਹ ਉੱਚਾ ਹੈ, ਮੈਂ ਉਹ ਦੇ ਜੋਗ ਨਹੀਂ!। BSB BSB: Such knowledge is too wonderful for me, too lofty for me to attain.
8 ULB ਜੇ ਮੈਂ ਅਕਾਸ਼ ਉੱਤੇ ਚੜ੍ਹ ਜਾਂਵਾਂ, ਤੂੰ ਉੱਥੇ ਹੈਂ, ਜੇ ਮੈਂ ਪਤਾਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਿਸਤਰਾ ਵਿਛਾਵਾਂ, ਵੇਖ, ਤੂੰ ਉੱਥੇ ਹੈਂ! BSB BSB: If I ascend to the heavens, You are there; if I make my bed in Sheol, You are there.
9 ULB ਜੇ ਮੈਂ ਫਜਰ ਦੇ ਖੰਭ ਲਾ ਲਵਾਂ, ਅਤੇ ਸਮੁੰਦਰ ਦੇ ਆਖਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਾ ਵੱਸਾਂ, BSB BSB: If I rise on the wings of the dawn, if I settle by the farthest sea,

12 ULB ਫੇਰ ਵੀ ਅਨ੍ਹੇਰਾ ਤੈਥੋਂ ਨਾ ਛਿਪਾਵੇਗਾ, ਅਤੇ ਰਾਤ-ਦਿਨ ਵਾਂਗੂੰ ਚਮਕੇਗੀ, ਸੋ ਅਨ੍ਹੇਰਾ ਤੇ ਚਾਨਣ ਇੱਕੋ ਜਿਹੇ ਹਨ!। BSB BSB: even the darkness is not dark to You, but the night shines like the day, for darkness is as light to You.
14 ULB ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰਾ ਧੰਨਵਾਦ ਕਰਾਂਗਾ, ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਮੈਂ ਭਿਆਣਕ ਰੀਤੀ ਤੇ ਅਚਰਜ ਹਾਂ, ਤੇਰੇ ਕੰਮ ਅਚਰਜ ਹਨ, ਅਤੇ ਮੇਰੀ ਜਾਨ ਏਹ ਖੂਬ ਜਾਣਦੀ ਹੈ! BSB BSB: I praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Marvelous are Your works, and I know this very well.

18 ULB ਜੇ ਮੈਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਗਿਣਾ, ਓਹ ਰੇਟ ਦੇ ਦਾਣਿਆ ਨਾਲੋਂ ਵੀ ਵੱਧ ਹਨ, ਜਦ ਮੈਂ ਜਾਗ ਉੱਠਦਾ ਹਾਂ, ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹਾਂ। BSB BSB: If I were to count them, they would outnumber the grains of sand; and when I awake, I am still with You.
19 ULB ਹੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ, ਤੂੰ ਜ਼ਰੂਰ ਦੁਸ਼ਟਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੱਢ ਸੁੱਟੇਂਗਾ, ਹੇ ਖੂਨੀਓ, ਮੈਥੋਂ ਦੂਰ ਹੋ ਜਾਓ! BSB BSB: O God, that You would slay the wicked—away from me, you bloodthirsty men—
20 ULB ਜਿਹੜੇ ਤੇਰੇ ਵਿਖੇ ਬੁਰੀ ਚਰਚਾ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ, ਓਹ ਤੇਰੇ ਵੈਰੀ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਨੂੰ ਵਿਅਰਥ ਉੱਚਾ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ! BSB BSB: who speak of You deceitfully; Your enemies take Your name in vain.
21 ULB ਹੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ, ਕੀ ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੇ ਵੈਰੀਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਵੈਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਰੱਖਦਾ? ਅਤੇ ਤੇਰੇ ਵਿਰੋਧੀਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਗਰੰਜ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੁੰਦਾ? BSB BSB: Do I not hate those who hate You, O LORD, and detest those who rise against You?
22 ULB ਮੈਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਪੂਰਾ ਪੂਰਾ ਵੈਰ ਰੱਖਦਾ ਹਾਂ, ਓਹ ਮੇਰੇ ਵੈਰੀ ਹੋ ਗਏ ਹਨ। BSB BSB: I hate them with perfect hatred; I count them as my enemies.
23 ULB ਹੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ, ਮੈਨੂੰ ਪਰਖ ਅਤੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਦਿਲ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਣ, ਮੈਨੂੰ ਜਾਚ ਅਤੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਖਿਆਲਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਜਾਣ, BSB BSB: Search me, O God, and know my heart; test me and know my concerns.
24 ULB ਅਤੇ ਵੇਖ ਕਿਤੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੋਈ ਭੈੜੀ ਚਾਲ ਤਾਂ ਨਹੀਂ? ਅਤੇ ਸਦੀਪਕ ਰਾਹ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੇਰੀ ਅਗਵਾਈ ਕਰ!। BSB BSB: See if there is any offensive way in me; lead me in the way everlasting.
