2 ULB ਹੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ, ਮੈਂ ਦਿਨ ਵੇਲੇ ਤੈਨੂੰ ਪੁਕਾਰਦਾ ਹਾਂ ਪਰ ਤੂੰ ਉੱਤਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਦਿੰਦਾ, ਅਤੇ ਰਾਤ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਪਰ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਚੈਨ ਨਹੀਂ। BSB BSB: I cry out by day, O my God, but You do not answer, and by night, but I have no rest.

9 ULB ਪਰ ਤੂੰ ਹੀ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਕੁੱਖੋਂ ਬਾਹਰ ਲਿਆਇਆ, ਅਤੇ ਮੇਰੀ ਮਾਤਾ ਦੀਆਂ ਦੁੱਧੀਆਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਭਰੋਸਾ ਦਿਲਾਇਆ, BSB BSB: Yet You brought me forth from the womb; You made me secure at my mother’s breast.
10 ULB ਜੰਮਦਿਆ ਸਾਰ ਮੈਂ ਤੇਰੇ ਹੀ ਉੱਤੇ ਭਰੋਸਾ ਰੱਖਿਆ, ਮਾਤਾ ਦੀ ਕੁੱਖ ਤੋਂ ਹੀ ਤੂੰ ਮੇਰਾ ਪਰਮੇਸ਼ੁਰ ਹੈਂ। BSB BSB: From birth I was cast upon You; from my mother’s womb You have been my God.
11 ULB ਮੈਥੋਂ ਦੂਰ ਨਾ ਰਹਿ ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਬਿਪਤਾ ਨੇੜੇ ਆ ਗਈ ਹੈ, ਅਤੇ ਕੋਈ ਸਹਾਇਕ ਨਹੀਂ। BSB BSB: Be not far from me, for trouble is near and there is no one to help.

13 ULB ਓਹ ਪਾੜਨ ਅਤੇ ਗੱਜਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਬੱਬਰ ਸ਼ੇਰ ਵਾਂਗੂੰ ਮੇਰੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਮੂੰਹ ਅੱਡਦੇ ਹਨ। BSB BSB: They open their jaws against me like lions that roar and maul.
14 ULB ਮੈਂ ਪਾਣੀ ਵਾਂਗੂੰ ਡੋਹਲਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹਾਂ, ਮੇਰੀਆਂ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਹੱਡੀਆਂ ਉੱਖੜ ਗਈਆਂ ਹਨ, ਮੇਰਾ ਦਿਲ ਮੋਮ ਵਰਗਾ ਹੈ, ਉਹ ਮੇਰੇ ਅੰਦਰ ਪਿਘਲ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। BSB BSB: I am poured out like water, and all my bones are disjointed. My heart is like wax; it melts away within me.

25 ULB ਮਹਾਂ ਸਭਾ ਵਿੱਚ ਮੇਰਾ ਉਸਤਤ ਕਰਨਾ ਤੇਰੀ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ, ਉਸ ਤੋਂ ਡਰਨ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਅੱਗੇ ਮੈਂ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਸੁੱਖਣਾਂ ਪੂਰੀਆਂ ਕਰਾਂਗਾ। BSB BSB: My praise for You resounds in the great assembly; I will fulfill my vows before those who fear You.
26 ULB ਨਮਰ ਲੋਕ ਖਾਣਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਤ੍ਰਿਪਤ ਹੋਣਗੇ, ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦੇ ਖੋਜੀ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਉਸਤਤ ਕਰਨਗੇ, ਤੁਹਾਡਾ ਮਨ ਸਦਾ ਜਿਉਂਦਾ ਰਹੇ! BSB BSB: The poor will eat and be satisfied; those who seek the LORD will praise Him. May your hearts live forever!
27 ULB ਧਰਤੀ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਕੌਮਾਂ ਚੇਤੇ ਕਰ ਕੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਵੱਲ ਫਿਰਨਗੀਆਂ, ਅਤੇ ਕੌਮਾਂ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਘਰਾਣੇ ਤੇਰੇ ਅੱਗੇ ਮੱਥਾ ਟੇਕਣਗੇ, BSB BSB: All the ends of the earth will remember and turn to the LORD. All the families of the nations will bow down before Him.
28 ULB ਕਿਉਂ ਜੋ ਰਾਜ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ ਦਾ ਹੈ, ਅਤੇ ਕੌਮਾਂ ਉੱਤੇ ਉਹੋ ਹਾਕਮ ਹੈ। BSB BSB: For dominion belongs to the LORD and He rules over the nations.
29 ULB ਧਰਤੀ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਲੋਕ ਖਾਣਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਨੂੰ ਮੱਥਾ ਟੇਕਣਗੇ, ਓਹ ਸੱਭੇ ਜੋ ਮਰ ਮਿਟਦੇ ਹਨ ਉਹ ਦੇ ਅੱਗੇ ਝੁਕਣਗੇ, ਅਤੇ ਕੋਈ ਆਪਣੀ ਜਾਨ ਜਿਉਂਦੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਰੱਖ ਸਕਦਾ। BSB BSB: All the rich of the earth will feast and worship; all who go down to the dust will kneel before Him—even those unable to preserve their lives.
30 ULB ਇੱਕ ਵੰਸ ਉਹ ਦੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਕਰੇਗਾ, ਉਹ ਪ੍ਰਭੂ ਦੀ ਪੀੜ੍ਹੀ ਕਰਕੇ ਗਿਣਿਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। BSB BSB: Posterity will serve Him; they will declare the Lord to a new generation.
31 ULB ਓਹ ਆਉਣਗੇ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਦਾ ਧਰਮ ਜਨਮ ਲੈਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਪਰਜਾ ਨੂੰ ਦੱਸਣਗੇ, ਕਿ ਉਹ ਨੇ ਹੀ ਇਹ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ। BSB BSB: They will come and proclaim His righteousness to a people yet unborn—all that He has done.
