10 ULB ਹੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ, ਸੁਣ ਅਤੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਉੱਤੇ ਦਯਾ ਕਰ, ਹੇ ਯਹੋਵਾਹ, ਤੂੰ ਮੇਰਾ ਸਹਾਇਕ ਹੋ! BSB BSB: Hear me, O LORD, and have mercy; O LORD, be my helper.”
11 ULB ਤੂੰ ਮੇਰੇ ਪਿੱਟਣ ਨੂੰ ਨੱਚਣ ਨਾਲ ਬਦਲ ਦਿੱਤਾ, ਤੂੰ ਮੇਰਾ ਤੱਪੜ ਲਾਹ ਕੇ ਅਨੰਦ ਦਾ ਕਮਰ-ਕੱਸਾ ਬੱਧਾ। BSB BSB: You turned my mourning into dancing; You peeled off my sackcloth and clothed me with joy,
