Matthew 6 (PON)

KOMAIL kalaka, pwe komail der kijakij janjal mon aramaj, pwe ren udial; pwe ede jota pwain omail ren Jam omail, me kotikot nanlan.“Be careful not to perform your righteous acts before men to be seen by them. If you do, you will have no reward from your Father in heaven.

Ari, koe lao kijakij, ede peuk jaui mo om, duen me malaun akan kin wia nan jinakoke kan o nani al akan, pwe ren indand ren aramaj. Melel I indai on komail, re aleer arail pwain. So when you give to the needy, do not sound a trumpet before you, as the hypocrites do in the synagogues and on the streets, to be honored by men. Truly I tell you, they already have their full reward.

A koe lao kijakij, der kajale on pali main om, me pali maun om kin wiada. But when you give to the needy, do not let your left hand know what your right hand is doing,

Pwe om kijakij enrir; a Jam om, me kin majani waja rir, pan kotin katini uk.so that your giving may be in secret. And your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you.

Koe lao wia kapakap, koe der raj on me malaun akan, pwe re men kapakap nan jinakoke kan, o nani al akan, pwe ren janjal mon aramaj. Melel I indai on komail, re aleer arail pwain. And when you pray, do not be like the hypocrites. For they love to pray standing in the synagogues and on the street corners to be seen by men. Truly I tell you, they already have their full reward.

A koe lao wia kapakap, ko on nan om pera, a koe lao ritinidier wanim o, ap kapakap on Jam om, me kotikot waja rir, a Jam om, me kin majani waja rir, pan kotin katini uk.But when you pray, go into your inner room, shut your door, and pray to your Father, who is unseen. And your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you.

Komail lao kapakap, komail depa purepur on lokaia mal, duen men liki kan, pwe re kiki on, me re pan pwai kida ar lokaia toto. And when you pray, do not babble on like pagans, for they think that by their many words they will be heard.

Komail ari ender dueta irail, pwe Jam omail kotin mani meakan, me mau on komail, mon omail poeki re a.Do not be like them, for your Father knows what you need before you ask Him.

A iet duen omail pan win kapakap: Jam at, me kotikot nanlan. Mar omui en jarauiSo then, this is how you should pray: ‘Our Father in heaven, hallowed be Your name.

Wei omui en pwaida. Kupur omui en wiaui jappa dueta nanlan.Your kingdom come, Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.

Kotikido ran wet at tunol kaukaule.Give us this day our daily bread.

Lapwa jan kit dip at, dueta kit me kin lapwada koroj, me wia dipi on kit.And forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors.

Eder kaluan kit ren me katikatiamau kan, a nekid kit jan ni me jued akan,And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one.’

Pwe ma komail pan makeki on aramaj dip ar akan, Jam omail nanlan pan pil makeki on komail. For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you.

A ma komail jota pan makeki on aramaj dip ar akan, nan Jam omail jota pil pan makeki on komail dip omail akan. But if you do not forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive yours.

Komail lao kaijejol, eder maj en jan duen me malaun akan, pwe re kin kawukila maj arail, pwe aramas en likan arail kaijejol. Melel I indai on komail, re aleer arial pwain. When you fast, do not be somber like the hypocrites, for they disfigure their faces to show men they are fasting. Truly I tell you, they already have their full reward.

a koe lao kaijejol, ujor inon om o opinok. But when you fast, anoint your head and wash your face,

Pwe koe dor kajale on aramaj om kaijejol, a on Jam om, mi kotikot waja rir, a Jam om, me kin majani nan waja rir, pan kotin katini uk.so that your fasting will not be obvious to men, but only to your Father, who is unseen. And your Father, who sees what is done in secret, will reward you.

Komail der ki pena omail pai kan nin jappa, waja man en mot o mir pan kawela ia, o men pirap kin weirada o pirapala.Do not store up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy, and where thieves break in and steal.

A komail ki pena omail pai kan nanlan, waja man en mot de mir jota pan kawela, o men pirap jota kin weirada de pirapala. But store up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where moth and rust do not destroy, and where thieves do not break in and steal.

Pwe waja om pai mia ia, iei waja monion om kin pil mia ia.For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.

Por en maj iei marain en pali war. Ari, ma maj om makelekel, war om karoj pan dir en marain; The eye is the lamp of the body. If your eyes are good, your whole body will be full of light.

A ma maj om me jued, war om karoj pan dir en rotorot. A ma marain, me mi lol om, pan rotorot, daduen wan rotorot! But if your eyes are bad, your whole body will be full of darkness. If then the light within you is darkness, how great is that darkness!

Jota amen me pan kak papa jaumaj riamen, pwe a pan kailonki amen, ap pok on me teio, de a pan kajampwaleki amen, ap mamaleki me teio. Komail jota pan kak papa Kot o mamon. No one can serve two masters: Either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve both God and money.

I me I indaiki on komail: Eder nononki on maur omail, me komail pan kan o me komail pan nim, pil jota on war omail, me komail pan likau kida. Pwe maur jo kajampwal jan kijin mana, o pali war jan likau? Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothes?

Kalelapok on manpir pan Ian; re jote, kin kamoredi, re join kin dolun, re jota kin nak pena; ari jo, Jam omail nanlan kotin kamakamana irail; a ia duen, komail jo kajampwal jan irail?Look at the birds of the air: They do not sow or reap or gather into barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not much more valuable than they?

A ij nan pun omail, ni a nonki, me pan kak uje pajan pein i ki tipon en pa eu?Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to his life?

O menda komail nonki likau? Kalelapok on kiop akan, me mi nan jap, duen ar kakairida. Re jota kin dodok o jota monkol pena. And why do you worry about clothes? Consider how the lilies of the field grow: They do not labor or spin.

A I indai on komail: Nan Jalomo ni a linan karoj jota a likau dueta apot irail.Yet I tell you that not even Solomon in all his glory was adorned like one of these.

Ari, ma iduen Kot kotin kapwataki dip, me mi nan jap, me kin mi ran wet, a lakap pan lokidokila nan kijiniai, dadue a jota pan kotin kalikauwi komail da, me pojon tikitik? If that is how God clothes the grass of the field, which is here today and tomorrow is thrown into the furnace, will He not much more clothe you, O you of little faith?

I me komail der nononki indinda: Da me je pan kan? De da me je pan nim? De da me je pan likau kida? Therefore do not worry, saying, ‘What shall we eat?’ or ‘What shall we drink?’ or ‘What shall we wear?’

Pwe mepukat men liki kan kin raparapaki; pwe Jam omail nanlan kotin mani, me mepukat karoj mau on komail. For the Gentiles strive after all these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them.

Rapaki maj wein Kot o a pun, a mepukat karoj pan poujelan komail. But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things will be added unto you.

Eder nonki on lakap; pwe lakap pan nonki on pein i; a itar on ran eu pein a jued. Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Today has enough trouble of its own.
