Mark 16 (PORONBV)

1Na tarde do outro dia, passado o sábado, Maria Madalena, Salomé e Maria, mãe de Tiago, foram comprar perfumes para embalsamar o corpo de Jesus.When the Sabbath was over, Mary Magdalene, Mary the mother of James, and Salome bought spices so they could go and anoint the body of Jesus.

2Levaram-nos ao túmulo na manhã seguinte bem cedo, logo ao nascer do sol.Very early on the first day of the week, just after sunrise, they went to the tomb.

3No caminho elas iam discutindo como poderiam rolar para o lado a enorme pedra da entrada do sepulcro.They were asking one another, “Who will roll away the stone from the entrance of the tomb?”

4Mas quando chegaram, viram que a pedra — uma pedra muito pesada — já havia sido tirada, e a entrada estava aberta!But when they looked up, they saw that the stone had been rolled away, even though it was extremely large.

5Então elas entraram no sepulcro e viram assentado à direita um jovem vestido de branco. As mulheres ficaram assustadas.When they entered the tomb, they saw a young man dressed in a white robe sitting on the right side, and they were alarmed.

6Mas o anjo disse: “Não fiquem com medo. Vocês não estão procurando Jesus, o Nazareno, que foi crucificado? Ele não está aqui! Ele ressuscitou! Vejam o lugar onde estava o seu corpo.But he said to them, “Do not be alarmed. You are looking for Jesus the Nazarene, who was crucified. He has risen! He is not here! See the place where they put Him.

7Agora vão e digam aos seus discípulos, incluindo Pedro: “ ‘Jesus vai adiante de vocês para a Galileia. Vocês o verão ali, tal como ele lhes disse’ ”.But go, tell His disciples and Peter, ‘He is going ahead of you into Galilee. There you will see Him, just as He told you.’”

8As mulheres saíram e fugiram do túmulo, amedrontadas e assustadas, e, por causa do medo, não disseram nada a ninguém.So the women left the tomb and ran away, trembling and bewildered. And in their fear they did not say a word to anyone.

9Era domingo de manhã quando Jesus ressuscitou, e a primeira pessoa que o viu foi Maria Madalena, a mulher de quem ele havia expulsado sete demônios.Early on the first day of the week, after Jesus had risen, He appeared first to Mary Magdalene, from whom He had driven out seven demons.

10Ela encontrou os discípulos lamentando e com os olhos cheios de lágrimas.She went and told those who had been with Him, who were mourning and weeping.

11Então ela disse que tinha visto Jesus, e que ele estava vivo! Porém eles não acreditaram.And when they heard that Jesus was alive and she had seen Him, they did not believe it.

12Depois Jesus apareceu a dois homens que iam andando de Jerusalém para o campo, porém eles a princípio não o reconheceram, porque ele apareceu em uma forma diferente.After this, Jesus appeared in a different form to two of them as they walked along in the country.

13Quando finalmente eles perceberam quem ele era, voltaram correndo a Jerusalém para contar aos outros, mas também não acreditaram neles.And they went back and reported it to the rest, but they did not believe them either.

14Ainda mais tarde Jesus apareceu aos onze quando estavam comendo juntos. Ele os censurou por causa da sua incredulidade e a dureza de coração, porque não acreditaram naqueles que o haviam visto ressuscitado.Later, as they were eating, Jesus appeared to the Eleven and rebuked them for their unbelief and hardness of heart, because they did not believe those who had seen Him after He had risen.

15Então disse-lhes: “Vão ao mundo inteiro e preguem a boa-nova a todas as pessoas.And He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature.

16Aqueles que crerem e forem batizados serão salvos. Porém aqueles que se recusarem a crer serão condenados.Whoever believes and is baptized will be saved, but whoever does not believe will be condemned.

17E aqueles que crerem utilizarão minha autoridade para expulsar demônios, e falarão em novas línguas.And these signs will accompany those who believe: In My name they will drive out demons; they will speak in new tongues;

18Poderão pegar em serpentes com toda a segurança, e se beberem alguma coisa venenosa, não lhes fará mal; e quando puserem as mãos sobre os doentes, estes ficarão curados”.they will pick up snakes with their hands, and if they drink any deadly poison, it will not harm them; they will lay their hands on the sick, and they will be made well.”

19Quando o Senhor Jesus acabou de falar com eles, foi levado para os céus e assentou-se à direita de Deus.After the Lord Jesus had spoken to them, He was taken up into heaven and sat down at the right hand of God.

20E os discípulos foram a toda parte pregando, e o Senhor estava com eles e confirmava o que eles diziam por meio dos milagres que seguiam sua mensagem.And they went out and preached everywhere, and the Lord worked through them, confirming His word by the signs that accompanied it.
