1Os grupos de trabalho, baseados nos descendentes de Arão, foram estes: Nadabe, Abiú, Eleazar e Itamar.These were the divisions of the descendants of Aaron. The sons of Aaron were Nadab, Abihu, Eleazar, and Ithamar.

2Nadabe e Abiú morreram antes de seu pai. Eles não tiveram filhos, então, Eleazar e Itamar serviam como sacerdotes.But Nadab and Abihu died before their father did, and they had no sons; so Eleazar and Ithamar served as priests.

9a quinta para Malquias, a sexta para Miamim,the fifth to Malchijah, the sixth to Mijamin,

10a sétima para Hacoz, a oitava para Abias,the seventh to Hakkoz, the eighth to Abijah,

11a nona para Jesuá, a décima para Secanias,the ninth to Jeshua, the tenth to Shecaniah,

12a décima primeira para Eliasibe, a décima segunda para Jaquim,the eleventh to Eliashib, the twelfth to Jakim,

13a décima terceira para Hupá, a décima quarta para Jesebeabe,the thirteenth to Huppah, the fourteenth to Jeshebeab,

14a décima quinta para Bilga, a décima sexta para Imer,the fifteenth to Bilgah, the sixteenth to Immer,

15a décima sétima para Hezir, a décima oitava para Hapizes,the seventeenth to Hezir, the eighteenth to Happizzez,

16a décima nona para Petaías, a vigésima para Jeezquel,the nineteenth to Pethahiah, the twentieth to Jehezkel,

17a vigésima primeira para Jaquim, a vigésima segunda para Gamul,the twenty-first to Jachin, the twenty-second to Gamul,

18a vigésima terceira para Delaías e a vigésima quarta para Maazias.the twenty-third to Delaiah, and the twenty-fourth to Maaziah.

19Esta era a ordem do culto deles quando vinham ao Templo de Yahweh, segundo o procedimento dado a eles por Arão, seu antepassado, como Yahweh, o Deus de Israel, o havia instruído.This was their appointed order for service when they entered the house of the LORD, according to the regulations prescribed for them by their forefather Aaron, as the LORD, the God of Israel, had commanded him.
