1 Chronicles 9 (ULB)

But Judah was exiled to Babylon because of their unfaithfulness.

8Também estavam Ibneias, filho de Jeroão; Elá, filho de Uzi, filho de Micri; Mesulão, filho de Sefatias, filho de Reuel, filho de Ibnijas.Ibneiah son of Jeroham; Elah son of Uzzi, the son of Michri; Meshullam son of Shephatiah, the son of Reuel, the son of Ibnijah;

9Seus parentes, inscritos nas genealogias, foram novecentos e cinquenta e seis. Todos esses homens eram líderes nos clãs de seus antepassados.and 956 of their relatives according to their genealogy. All these men were heads of their families.

10Os sacerdores foram Jedaías, Jeoiaribe e Jaquim.From the priests: Jedaiah, Jehoiarib, and Jachin;

11Azarias, filho de Hilquias, filho de Mesulão, filho de Zadoque, filho de Meraiote, filho de Aitube, era responsável pela Casa de Deus.Azariah son of Hilkiah, the son of Meshullam, the son of Zadok, the son of Meraioth, the son of Ahitub, the chief official of God’s temple;

12Adaías, filho de Jeroão, filho de Pasur, filho de Malquias; Maasai, filho de Adiel, filho de Jareza, filho de Mesulão, filho de Mesilemite, filho de Imer;Adaiah son of Jeroham, the son of Pashhur, the son of Malchijah; Maasai son of Adiel, the son of Jahzerah, the son of Meshullam, the son of Meshillemith, the son of Immer;

13e seus parentes, eram líderes nos clãs de seus antepassados, e foram mil setecentos e sessenta. Eles foram homens capacitados no trabalho da Casa de Deus.and 1,760 of their relatives, the heads of their families, able men for the work of the service of the house of God.

14Entre os levitas, havia Semaías, filho de Hassube, filho de Azricão, filho de Hasabias, entre os descendendes de Merari.From the Levites: Shemaiah son of Hasshub, the son of Azrikam, the son of Hashabiah, a descendant of Merari;

15Havia também Baquebacar, Heres, Galal e Matanias, filho de Mica, filho de Zicri, filho de Asafe.Bakbakkar, Heresh, Galal, and Mattaniah son of Mica, the son of Zichri, the son of Asaph;

16Obadias, filho de Samaías, filho de Galal, filho de Jedutum; e Berequias, filho de Asa, filho de Elcana, que habitou nos povoados dos netofatitas.Obadiah son of Shemaiah, the son of Galal, the son of Jeduthun; and Berechiah son of Asa, the son of Elkanah, who lived in the villages of the Netophathites.

26Mas os quatro líderes dos porteiros, que eram levitas, foram encarregados de guardar as salas e os armazéns da Casa de Deus.But the four chief gatekeepers, who were Levites, were entrusted with the rooms and the treasuries of the house of God.

37Gedor, Aiô, Zacarias e Miclote.Gedor, Ahio, Zechariah, and Mikloth.

44Os seis filhos de Azel foram Azricão, Bocru, Ismael, Searias, Obadias e Hanã. Estes foram os filhos de Azel.And Azel had six sons, and these were their names: Azrikam, Bocheru, Ishmael, Sheariah, Obadiah, and Hanan. These were the sons of Azel.
