1 ULB "Vede! Estou para enviar Meu mensageiro, e ele preparará o caminho antes de mim. E o Senhor, a quem buscais, virá de repente para o Seu templo. O mensageiro da aliança, em quem vos deleitais, virá, diz Yahweh dos Exércitos. BSB BSB: “Behold, I will send My messenger, who will prepare the way before Me. Then the Lord whom you seek will suddenly come to His temple—the Messenger of the covenant, in whom you delight—see, He is coming,” says the LORD of Hosts. 2 ULB Mas quem suportará o dia da Sua vinda? E quem poderá estar em pé quando Ele aparecer? Porque Ele é como um fogo refinador, e como o sabão da lavadeira. BSB BSB: But who can endure the day of His coming? And who can stand when He appears? For He will be like a refiner’s fire, like a launderer’s soap.
3 ULB Ele sentará para julgar como um refinador e purificador da prata, e purificará os filhos de Levi. Ele os refinará como o ouro e a prata, e eles trarão as ofertas de justiça para Yahweh. BSB BSB: And He will sit as a refiner and purifier of silver; He will purify the sons of Levi and refine them like gold and silver. Then they will present offerings to the LORD in righteousness.

And I will be a swift witness against sorcerers and adulterers and perjurers, against oppressors of the widowed and fatherless, and against those who defraud laborers of their wages and deny justice to the foreigner but do not fear Me,” says the LORD of Hosts.
6 ULB Porque Eu, Yahweh, não mudo; por isso, vós povo de Jacó, não fostes consumidos. BSB BSB: “Because I, the LORD, do not change, you descendants of Jacob have not been destroyed.
7 ULB Desde os dias dos vossos pais, deixastes de lado os Meus preceitos e não os guardastes. Voltai-vos para Mim, e Eu Me voltarei a vós", diz Yahweh dos Exércitos. "Mas vós dizeis: 'Como voltaremos'? BSB BSB: Yet from the days of your fathers, you have turned away from My statutes and have not kept them. Return to Me, and I will return to you,” says the LORD of Hosts. “But you ask, ‘How can we return?’

10 ULB Trazei todo o dízimo ao depósito, para que haja comida na Minha casa. E provai-Me agora nisto, "diz Yahweh dos Exércitos", se Eu não vos abrir as janelas do céus e derramar, de modo abundante, bênçãos sobre vós. BSB BSB: Bring the full tithe into the storehouse, so that there may be food in My house. 14 ULB Vós tendes dito: "É inútil servir a Deus. Que proveito há em guardarmos Seus mandamentos ou lamentarmos diante de Yahweh dos Exércitos? BSB BSB: You have said, ‘It is futile to serve God. What have we gained by keeping His requirements and walking mournfully before the LORD of Hosts?
