6 ULB Yahweh falou a Moisés, dizendo: BSB BSB: and the LORD answered him,
7 ULB "As filhas de Zelofeade estão falando corretamente. Tu certamente darás terra a elas, como uma herança entre os parentes de seu pai. E te certifica de que a herança de seu pai passe para elas. BSB BSB: “The daughters of Zelophehad speak correctly. You certainly must give them property as an inheritance among their father’s brothers and transfer their father’s inheritance to them.
8 ULB Tu falarás com o povo de Israel, dizendo: 'Se um homem morrer e não tiver filhos, então vós garantireis que sua herança passe para sua filha. BSB BSB: Furthermore, you shall say to the Israelites, ‘If a man dies and leaves no son, you are to transfer his inheritance to his daughter.

10 ULB se ele não tiver irmãos, então dareis sua herança para os irmãos de seu pai; BSB BSB: If he has no brothers, give his inheritance to his father’s brothers.
11 ULB se o seu pai não tiver irmãos, então dareis sua herança para o parente mais próximo em seu clã, e ele a tomará para si. Esta será uma lei estabelecida por decreto para o povo de Israel, como Yahweh ordenou a mim'". BSB BSB: And if his father has no brothers, give his inheritance to the next of kin from his clan, that he may take possession of it. This is to be a statutory ordinance for the Israelites, as the LORD has commanded Moses.’”
12 ULB Yahweh disse a Moisés: "Sobe às montanhas de Abarim e olha para a terra que Eu dei ao povo de Israel. BSB BSB: Then the LORD said to Moses, “Go up this mountain of the Abarim range and see the land that I have given the Israelites.
13 ULB Depois de vê-la, tu também serás reunido ao teu povo, assim como o teu irmão Arão. BSB BSB: After you have seen it, you too will be gathered to your people, as your brother Aaron was;
14 ULB Isto acontecerá porque vós vos rebelastes contra Meu comando no deserto de Zim. Lá, quando a água fluiu da rocha, em vossa ira, vós falhastes em honrar Minha santidade diante dos olhos de toda a comunidade". Estas são as águas de Meribá de Cades no deserto de Zim. BSB BSB: for when the congregation contended in the Wilderness of Zin, both of you rebelled against My command to show My holiness in their sight regarding the waters.” Those were the waters of Meribah in Kadesh, in the Wilderness of Zin.
15 ULB Então, Moisés falou com Yahweh e disse: BSB BSB: So Moses appealed to the LORD,
16 ULB "Que Tu, Yahweh, Deus dos espíritos de toda a humanidade, aponte um homem sobre a comunidade, BSB BSB: “May the LORD, the God of the spirits of all flesh, appoint a man over the congregation
17 ULB um homem que saia e entre diante deles e os conduza para fora e os traga para dentro, para que Tua comunidade não seja como ovelhas que não têm pastor". BSB BSB: who will go out and come in before them, and who will lead them out and bring them in, so that the congregation of the LORD will not be like sheep without a shepherd.”
18 ULB Yahweh disse a Moisés: "Toma Josué, filho de Num, um homem em quem Meu Espírito vive, e impõe tua mão sobre ele. BSB BSB: And the LORD replied to Moses, “Take Joshua son of Nun, a man with the Spirit in him, and lay your hands on him.
19 ULB Apresenta-o diante do sacerdote Eleazar e diante de toda a comunidade, e ordena-o diante de seus olhos para liderá-los. BSB BSB: Have him stand before Eleazar the priest and the whole congregation, and commission him in their sight.
20 ULB Tu colocarás parte de tua autoridade sobre ele, para que toda a comunidade do povo de Israel lhe obedeça. BSB BSB: Confer on him some of your authority, so that the whole congregation of Israel will obey him.
21 ULB Ele irá diante do sacerdote Eleazar para buscar Minha vontade para ele, pelas decisões de Urim. Será pelo comando de Josué que o povo sairá e entrará, ambos, ele e todo o povo de Israel com ele, toda a comunidade". BSB BSB: He shall stand before Eleazar the priest, who will seek counsel for him before the LORD by the judgment of the Urim. At his command, he and all the Israelites with him—the entire congregation—will go out and come in.”
22 ULB Então, Moisés fez como Yahweh lhe ordenara. Ele levou Josué e o colocou diante do sacerdote Eleazar e toda a comunidade, BSB BSB: Moses did as the LORD had commanded him. He took Joshua, had him stand before Eleazar the priest and the whole congregation,
23 ULB impôs suas mãos sobre ele e ordenou-lhe para liderar, assim como Yahweh lhe ordenara fazer. BSB BSB: and laid his hands on him and commissioned him, as the LORD had instructed through Moses.
