1 ULB Depois dessas coisas, eu olhei e vi que havia uma porta aberta no céu. And the voice I had previously heard speak to me like a trumpet was saying, “Come up here, and I will show you what must happen after these things.”
2 ULB Imediatamente, eu estava no Espírito e vi que havia um trono posto no céu, com alguém sentado nele. BSB BSB: At once I was in the Spirit, and I saw a throne standing in heaven, with someone seated on it.
3 ULB O que estava sentado era semelhante à pedra de jaspe e sardônio. Ao redor do trono, havia um arco-íris semelhante à esmeralda. BSB BSB: The One seated there looked like jasper and carnelian, and a rainbow that gleamed like an emerald encircled the throne.
4 ULB Ao redor do trono, havia vinte e quatro tronos e, sentados neles, havia vinte e quatro anciãos. Eles vestiam roupas brancas e tinham coroas de ouro em suas cabeças. BSB BSB: Surrounding the throne were twenty-four other thrones, and on these thrones sat twenty-four elders dressed in white, with golden crowns on their heads.
5 ULB Do trono saíam relâmpagos, estrondos e barulhos de trovão. E, diante dele, sete lâmpadas queimando, que são os sete Espíritos de Deus. BSB BSB: From the throne came flashes of lightning, rumblings, and peals of thunder. Before the throne burned seven torches of fire. These are the seven spirits of God.
6 ULB E, diante do trono, havia um mar como de vidro semelhante ao cristal. No meio e ao redor do trono, havia quatro seres viventes, cheios de olhos tanto na frente como atrás. BSB BSB: And before the throne was something like a sea of glass, as clear as crystal. In the center, around the throne, were four living creatures, covered with eyes in front and back.
7 ULB O primeiro ser vivente era como um leão; o segundo ser vivente, como um bezerro; o terceiro ser vivente tinha a face como a de um homem; e o quarto ser vivente era como uma águia voando. BSB BSB: The first living creature was like a lion, the second like a calf, the third had a face like a man, and the fourth was like an eagle in flight.
8 ULB Cada um tinha seis asas e eram cheios de olhos em cima e embaixo. De dia e de noite, eles não paravam de dizer: "Santo, Santo, Santo é o Senhor Deus Todo-Poderoso, o que era, e que é, e o que há de vir". BSB BSB: And each of the four living creatures had six wings and was covered with eyes all around and within. Day and night they never stop saying: “Holy, Holy, Holy, is the Lord God Almighty, who was and is and is to come!”
9 ULB E sempre que os seres viventes davam glória, honra e gratidão ao que estava sentado no trono, ao que vive por toda eternidade, BSB BSB: And whenever the living creatures give glory, honor, and thanks to the One seated on the throne, who lives forever and ever,
10 ULB os vinte e quatro anciãos prostravam-se diante do que estava sentado no trono. Eles adoravam ao que vive para todo sempre e lançavam suas coroas diante do trono, dizendo: BSB BSB: the twenty-four elders fall down before the One seated on the throne, and they worship Him who lives forever and ever. They cast their crowns before the throne, saying:
11 ULB "Digno és, nosso Senhor e nosso Deus, de receber a glória e a honra e o poder. Por Ti todas as coisas foram criadas e, por Tua vontade, existiram e foram criadas". BSB BSB: “Worthy are You, our Lord and God, to receive glory and honor and power, for You created all things; by Your will they exist and were created.”
