2 GLT из- за истины, пребывающей в нас, и которая с нами будет во век. BSB BSB: because of the truth that abides in us and will be with us forever:
3 GLT Да будет с нами благодать, милость, мир от Бога Отца и от Иисуса Христа, Сына Отца, в истине и любви. BSB BSB: Grace, mercy, and peace from God the Father and from Jesus Christ, the Son of the Father, will be with us in truth and love.
4 GLT Я обрадовался очень, что из детей твоих обнаружил ходящих в истине, как мы получили заповедь от Отца. BSB BSB: I was overjoyed to find some of your children walking in the truth, just as the Father has commanded us.
5 GLT И теперь прошу тебя, госпожа(не как новую заповедь пишу тебе, но как ту, которую мы имели от начала), чтобы мы любили друг друга. BSB BSB: And now I urge you, dear lady—not as a new commandment to you, but one we have had from the beginning—that we love one another.
6 GLT И это есть любовь: чтобы мы ходили по заповеди Его. Это заповедь есть, которую вы слышали от начала, чтобы в ней вы ходили. BSB BSB: And this is love, that we walk according to His commandments. This is the very commandment you have heard from the beginning, that you must walk in love.
7 GLT Потому что многие обманщики ушли в мир, не исповедующие Иисуса Христа, приходящего во плоти. Такой есть обманщик и антихрист. BSB BSB: For many deceivers have gone out into the world, refusing to confess the coming of Jesus Christ in the flesh. Any such person is the deceiver and the antichrist.
8 GLT Смотрите за собой, чтобы вы не разрушили того, над чем мы работали, но награду полную получили. BSB BSB: Watch yourselves, so that you do not lose what we have worked for, but that you may be fully rewarded.
9 GLT Всякий, кто идёт вперёд и не пребывает в учении Христа, не имеет Бога. Кто пребывает в этом учении, тот и Отца, и Сына имеет. BSB BSB: Anyone who runs ahead without remaining in the teaching of Christ does not have God. Whoever remains in His teaching has both the Father and the Son.
10 GLT Если кто- то приходит к вам и этого учения не приносит, не принимайте его в дом, и приветствия ему не говорите; BSB BSB: If anyone comes to you but does not bring this teaching, do not receive him into your home or even greet him.
11 GLT говорящий же ему приветствие участвует в делах его злых. BSB BSB: Whoever greets such a person shares in his evil deeds.
12 GLT Многое имея вам написать, не хочу на бумаге и чернилами, но надеюсь оказаться у вас и устами к устам поговорить, чтобы радость ваша полной была. BSB BSB: I have many things to write to you, but I would prefer not to do so with paper and ink. Instead, I hope to come and speak with you face to face, so that our joy may be complete.
