18 GLT and the Arvadites and the Zemarites and the Hamathites. And afterward the clans of the Canaanites scattered, BSB BSB: the Arvadites, the Zemarites, and the Hamathites. Later the Canaanite clans were scattered,
19 GLT so the border{ s} of the Canaanites were from Sidon,{ then} you go toward Gerar as far as Gaza,{ then} you go to Sodom and Gomorrah and Admah and Zeboiim, as far as Lasha. 30 GLT And their dwelling was from Mesha,{ then} you go to Sephar, the mountain{ s} of the east. BSB BSB: Their territory extended from Mesha to Sephar, in the eastern hill country.
31 GLT Those{ are} the sons of Shem according to their clans, according to their languages, in their lands, according to their nations. BSB BSB: These are the sons of Shem, according to their clans, languages, lands, and nations.
32 GLT Those{ are} the clans of the sons of Noah, according to their generations, in their nations. And from those the nations spread out on the earth after the flood.
