1 GLT Видение Авдия. Так говорит Господь Яхве об Едоме: Мы услышали весть от Яхве, и посланник был послан в народы:" Вставайте! Давайте встанем на войну против неё!” BSB BSB: This is the vision of Obadiah: This is what the Lord GOD says about Edom—We have heard a message from the LORD; an envoy has been sent among the nations to say, “Rise up, and let us go to battle against her!”—
2 GLT Вот, Я сделаю тебя малым среди народов. Ты очень презираем. BSB BSB: “Behold, I will make you small among the nations; you will be deeply despised.
3 GLT Надменность твоего сердца обманула тебя, живущего в ущельях скалы, чьё жилище высоко, говорящего в сердце своём:" Кто спустит меня на землю?” BSB BSB: The pride of your heart has deceived you, O dwellers in the clefts of the rocks whose habitation is the heights, who say in your heart, ‘Who can bring me down to the ground?’
4 GLT Даже если ты поднимешься, как орёл, и если между звёздами положишь своё гнездо, Я спущу тебя оттуда, говорит Яхве. BSB BSB: Though you soar like the eagle and make your nest among the stars, even from there I will bring you down,” declares the LORD.
5 GLT Если бы воры пришли к тебе, если бы грабители ночью,— как уничтожен ты!— разве не украли бы они достаточно для себя? Если бы собиратели винограда пришли к тебе, разве не оставили бы они упавшие плоды? BSB BSB: “If thieves came to you, if robbers by night—oh, how you will be ruined—would they not steal only what they wanted? If grape gatherers came to you, would they not leave some gleanings?
6 GLT Как был обыскан Исав, были обнаружены его тайные сокровища! BSB BSB: But how Esau will be pillaged, his hidden treasures sought out!
7 GLT До границы гнали тебя все люди твоего завета, обманули тебя, одолели тебя люди твоего мира. Твой хлеб— они подложили ловушку под тебя, нет понимания в нём. BSB BSB: All the men allied with you will drive you to the border; the men at peace with you will deceive and overpower you. Those who eat your bread will set a trap for you without your awareness of it.
8 GLT Разве не в тот день, говорит Яхве, Я истреблю мудрецов из Едома и понимание с горы Исава? BSB BSB: In that day, declares the LORD, will I not destroy the wise men of Edom and the men of understanding in the mountains of Esau?
9 GLT И будут обескуражены твои сильные воины, Феман, чтобы каждый был истреблён с горы Исава от убийства. BSB BSB: Then your mighty men, O Teman, will be terrified, so that everyone in the mountains of Esau will be cut down in the slaughter.
10 GLT От жестокости твоему брату Иакову покроет тебя стыд, и ты будешь истреблён навек. BSB BSB: Because of the violence against your brother Jacob, you will be covered with shame and cut off forever.
11 GLT В день, когда ты стоял в стороне; в день, когда чужие унесли его богатство и иностранцы вошли в его ворота и об Иерусалиме бросали жребий, ты тоже был одним из них. BSB BSB: On the day you stood aloof while strangers carried off his wealth and foreigners entered his gate and cast lots for Jerusalem, you were just like one of them.
12 GLT А ты должен был не смотреть на день твоего брата в день его несчастья; и ты должен был не радоваться о сыновьях Иуды в день их гибели; и ты должен был не возвеличиваться своими устами в день стеснения. BSB BSB: But you should not gloat in that day, your brother’s day of misfortune, nor rejoice over the people of Judah in the day of their destruction, nor boast proudly in the day of their distress.
13 GLT Ты должен был не входить в ворота Моего народа в день его беды; а ещё ты должен был не смотреть на его злую участь в день его беды; и ты должен был не тянуть руку к его богатству в день его беды. BSB BSB: You should not enter the gate of My people in the day of their disaster, nor gloat over their affliction in the day of their disaster, nor loot their wealth in the day of their disaster.
14 GLT И ты должен был не стоять на развилке, чтобы уничтожать его беглецов; и ты должен был не выдавать его уцелевших людей в день стеснения. BSB BSB: Nor should you stand at the crossroads to cut off their fugitives, nor deliver up their survivors in the day of their distress.
15 GLT Потому что близок день Яхве на все народы. Как сделал ты, так сделают тебе— твои поступки обратятся на твою голову. BSB BSB: For the Day of the LORD is near for all the nations. As you have done, it will be done to you; your recompense will return upon your own head.
16 GLT Ведь как вы пили на горе Моей святости, так будут пить все народы постоянно— и они будут пить и глотать, и станут как будто их не было. BSB BSB: For as you drank on My holy mountain, so all the nations will drink continually. They will drink and gulp it down; they will be as if they had never existed.
17 GLT А на горе Сион будет спасшийся остаток, и он будет святым, и завладеют они, дом Иакова, своим владением. BSB BSB: But on Mount Zion there will be deliverance, and it will be holy, and the house of Jacob will reclaim their possession.
18 GLT И будет дом Иакова огнём, и дом Иосифа— пламенем, а дом Исава— соломой. И сожгут их, и поглотят их, и не будет уцелевшего у дома Исава, потому что Яхве сказал. BSB BSB: Then the house of Jacob will be a blazing fire, and the house of Joseph a burning flame; but the house of Esau will be stubble—Jacob will set it ablaze and consume it. Therefore no survivor will remain from the house of Esau.” For the LORD has spoken.
19 GLT И завладеют они, Негев, горой Исава, а Шефела— филистимлянами; и завладеют они страной Ефрема и страной Самарии, а Вениамин— Галаадом. BSB BSB: Those from the Negev will possess the mountains of Esau; those from the foothills will possess the land of the Philistines. They will occupy the fields of Ephraim and Samaria, and Benjamin will possess Gilead.
20 GLT Пленники этого войска сыновей Израиля, которые среди хананеев до Сарепты, и пленники Иерусалима, которые в Сефараде, завладеют городами Негева. BSB BSB: And the exiles of this host of the Israelites will possess the land of the Canaanites as far as Zarephath; and the exiles from Jerusalem who are in Sepharad will possess the cities of the Negev.
21 GLT И поднимутся освободители на гору Сион, чтобы судить гору Исава, и будет царство принадлежать Яхве. BSB BSB: The deliverers will ascend Mount Zion to rule over the mountains of Esau. And the kingdom will belong to the LORD.
