4. 4GLTwhich is where the tribes went up to, the tribes of Yah,{ because of} the testimony to Israel to give thanks to the name of Yahweh.BSBBSB: where the tribes go up, the tribes of the LORD, as a testimony for Israel, to give thanks to the name of the LORD.
