5 GLT They schemed together with one strategy; they made an alliance against you— BSB BSB: For with one mind they plot together; they form an alliance against You—
6 GLT the tents of Edom and the Ishmaelites, of Moab and the Hagrites, BSB BSB: the tents of Edom and the Ishmaelites, of Moab and the Hagrites,

13 GLT My God, make them like the whirling dust, like chaff before the wind, BSB BSB: Make them like tumbleweed, O my God, like chaff before the wind.
14 GLT like the fire that burns the forest, and like the flame that sets the mountains on fire. BSB BSB: As fire consumes a forest, as a flame sets the mountains ablaze,
15 GLT Chase them with your strong wind, and terrify them with your windstorm. BSB BSB: so pursue them with Your tempest, and terrify them with Your storm.
16 GLT Fill their faces with shame so that they might seek your name, Yahweh. BSB BSB: Cover their faces with shame, that they may seek Your name, O LORD.
17 GLT May they be put to shame and be terrified forever; may they perish in disgrace. BSB BSB: May they be ever ashamed and terrified; may they perish in disgrace.
18 GLT Then they will know that you alone, Yahweh, are honored as the Most High over all the earth. BSB BSB: May they know that You alone, whose name is the LORD, are Most High over all the earth.
