1 Kings 15 (ROB)

1На восемнадцатом году царствования Иеровоама, сына Навата, Авия стал царём Иудеи.In the eighteenth year of the reign of Jeroboam son of Nebat, Abijam became king of Judah,

2Три года он царствовал в Иерусалиме. Имя его матери Мааха, она была дочерью Авессалома.and he reigned in Jerusalem three years. His mother’s name was Maacah daughter of Abishalom.

3Он совершал все грехи, которые делал его отец, и его сердце не было предано его Господу Богу, как сердце его предка Давида.And Abijam walked in all the sins that his father before him had committed, and his heart was not as fully devoted to the LORD his God as the heart of David his forefather had been.

4Но ради Давида Господь Бог дал ему светильник в Иерусалиме, поставив после него его сына и утвердив Иерусалим,Nevertheless, for the sake of David, the LORD his God gave him a lamp in Jerusalem by raising up a son to succeed him and to make Jerusalem strong.

5потому что Давид делал то, что было правильно перед глазами Господа и не отступал от всего того, что Он повелел ему, в течение всей своей жизни, кроме поступка, связанного с хеттеянином Урией.For David had done what was right in the eyes of the LORD and had not turned aside from anything the LORD commanded all the days of his life, except in the matter of Uriah the Hittite.

6Между Ровоамом и Иеровоамом в течение всей их жизни была война.And there was war between the houses of Rehoboam and Jeroboam all the days of Abijam’s life.

7Другие дела Авии, всё, что он сделал, описано в хронике иудейских царей.As for the rest of the acts of Abijam, along with all his accomplishments, are they not written in the Book of the Chronicles of the Kings of Judah? And there was war between Abijam and Jeroboam.

8Между Авием и Иеровоамом была война. Авия отошёл к своим праотцам, и его похоронили в городе Давида. Вместо него царём стал его сын Аса.And Abijam rested with his fathers and was buried in the City of David, and his son Asa reigned in his place.

9На двадцатом году царствования израильского царя Иеровоама, Аса стал царём ИудеиIn the twentieth year of Jeroboam’s reign over Israel, Asa became king of Judah,

10и царствовал в Иерусалиме сорок один год. Имя его матери Ана, она была дочерью Авессалома.and he reigned in Jerusalem forty-one years. His grandmother’s name was Maacah daughter of Abishalom.

11Аса делал то, что было правильно перед глазами Господа, как его предок Давид.And Asa did what was right in the eyes of the LORD, as his father David had done.

12Он выгнал из земли всех продающих своё тело в языческих храмах и убрал всех идолов, которых сделали его предки,He banished the male shrine prostitutes from the land and removed all the idols that his fathers had made.

13даже свою мать Ану лишил звания царицы за то, что она сделала истукан Астарты. Аса порубил её истукан и сжёг у реки Кедрон.He also removed his grandmother Maacah from her position as queen mother because she had made a detestable Asherah pole. Asa chopped down the pole and burned it in the Kidron Valley.

14Высоты не были уничтожены. Но Аса всю жизнь был предан Господу.The high places were not removed, but Asa’s heart was fully devoted to the LORD all his days.

15Он внёс в дом Господа вещи, посвящённые его предком, и вещи, посвящённые им: серебро, золото и сосуды.And he brought into the house of the LORD the silver and gold and the articles that he and his father had dedicated.

16Между Асой и израильским царём Ваасой была война в течение всей их жизни. Израильский царьNow there was war between Asa and Baasha king of Israel throughout their days.

17Вааса вышел против Иудеи и начал строить Раму, чтобы никто не выходил и не уходил к иудейскому царю Асе.Baasha king of Israel went to war against Judah and fortified Ramah to prevent anyone from leaving or entering the territory of Asa king of Judah.

18Аса взял всё серебро и золото, остававшееся в сокровищницах дома Господа и в сокровищницах царского дома, отдал его своим слугам, и послал их царь Аса к сирийскому царю Венададу, сыну Тавримона, внуку Хезиона, жившему в Дамаске, и сказал:So Asa withdrew all the silver and gold that remained in the treasuries of the house of the LORD and the royal palace. He entrusted it to his servants and sent them with this message to Ben-hadad son of Tabrimmon, the son of Hezion, the king of Aram, who was ruling in Damascus:

19«Пусть между мной и тобой будет союз, как был между моим и твоим отцом. Я посылаю тебе в дар серебро и золото. Прекрати твой союз с израильским царём Ваасой, чтобы он отступил от меня.“Let there be a treaty between me and you as there was between my father and your father. See, I have sent you a gift of silver and gold. Now go and break your treaty with Baasha king of Israel, so that he will withdraw from me.”

20Венадад послушался царя Асу и послал своих военачальников против израильских городов, разбил Аин, Дан, Авел-Беф-Мааху и весь Киннероф по всей земле Неффалима.And Ben-hadad listened to King Asa and sent the commanders of his armies against the cities of Israel, conquering Ijon, Dan, Abel-beth-maacah, and the whole land of Naphtali, including the region of Chinnereth.

21Услышав об этом, Вааса перестал строить Раму и вернулся в Фирцу.When Baasha learned of this, he stopped fortifying Ramah and withdrew to Tirzah.

22Царь Аса созвал всех иудеев без исключения, и они вынесли из Рамы камни и древесину, которые Вааса использовал для строения. Из них царь Аса выстроил Гиву Вениамина и Мицпу.Then King Asa summoned all the men of Judah, with no exceptions, and they carried away the stones of Ramah and the timbers Baasha had used for building. And with these materials King Asa built up Geba of Benjamin, as well as Mizpah.

23Все другие дела Асы, все его подвиги и всё, что он сделал, города, которые он построил, описаны в хронике иудейских царей, кроме того, что в старости у него болели ноги.Now the rest of the acts of Asa, along with all his might, all his accomplishments, and the cities he built, are they not written in the Book of the Chronicles of the Kings of Judah? In his old age, however, he became diseased in his feet.

24Аса отошёл к своим праотцам и был погребён в городе своего предка Давида. Вместо него стал царём его сын Иосафат.And Asa rested with his fathers and was buried with them in the city of his father David, and his son Jehoshaphat reigned in his place.

25А над Израилем, на втором году правления иудейского царя Асы, стал царствовать Нават, сын Иеровоама. Он царствовал над Израилем два года.In the second year of Asa’s reign over Judah, Nadab son of Jeroboam became king of Israel, and he reigned two years.

26Он делал зло перед глазами Господа, он грешил также, как и его отец, и вводил в грех Израиль.And he did evil in the sight of the LORD and walked in the way of his father and in his sin, which he had caused Israel to commit.

27Вааса, сын Ахии, из дома Иссахара, составил против него заговор. Вааса убил его под филистимским Гавафоном, когда Нават и все израильтяне осаждали Гавафон:Then Baasha son of Ahijah of the house of Issachar conspired against Nadab, and Baasha struck him down at Gibbethon of the Philistines while Nadab and all Israel were besieging the city.

28Вааса убил его на третий год правления иудейского царя Асы, и стал царём вместо него.In the third year of Asa’s reign over Judah, Baasha killed Nadab and reigned in his place.

29Когда он стал царём, то уничтожил весь дом Иеровоама, не оставив в нём ни души, пока не уничтожил его по слову Господа, которое Он произнёс через Своего слугу силомлянина Ахия,As soon as Baasha became king, he struck down the entire household of Jeroboam. He did not leave to Jeroboam anyone who breathed, but destroyed them all according to the word that the LORD had spoken through His servant Ahijah the Shilonite,

30за грехи Иеровоама, которые он сам делал и которыми ввёл в грех Израиль, и за оскорбление, которым он прогневал Господа Бога Израиля.because of the sins Jeroboam had committed and had caused Israel to commit, and because he had provoked the LORD, the God of Israel, to anger.

31Другие дела Навата, всё, что он сделал, описано в хронике израильских царей.As for the rest of the acts of Nadab, along with all his accomplishments, are they not written in the Book of the Chronicles of the Kings of Israel?

32Между Асой и израильским царём Ваасой была война в течение всей их жизни.And there was war between Asa and Baasha king of Israel throughout their days.

33На третий год правления иудейского царя Асы, над всеми израильтянами в Фирце царём стал Вааса, сын Ахии, и царствовал двадцать четыре года.In the third year of Asa’s reign over Judah, Baasha son of Ahijah became king of all Israel, and he reigned in Tirzah twenty-four years.

34Он делал зло перед глазами Господа, совершал те же грехи, как и Иеровоам, и вводил в грех Израиль.And Baasha did evil in the sight of the LORD and walked in the way of Jeroboam and in his sin, which he had caused Israel to commit.
