2 Chronicles 15 (ROB)

1Тогда на Азарию, сына Одеда, сошёл Божий Дух.Now the Spirit of God came upon Azariah son of Oded.

2Он вышел навстречу Асе и сказал ему: «Аса, весь Иуда и Вениамин, послушайте меня. Господь с вами, когда вы с Ним. Если будете искать Его, Он будет найден вами. Если же оставите Его, Он оставит вас.So he went out to meet Asa and said to him, “Listen to me, Asa and all Judah and Benjamin. The LORD is with you when you are with Him. If you seek Him, He will be found by you, but if you forsake Him, He will forsake you.

3Много дней Израиль будет без истинного Бога, без священника, который учит, и без закона.For many years Israel has been without the true God, without a priest to instruct them, and without the law.

4Но когда он обратится в своей тесноте к Господу, Богу Израиля, и будет искать Его, Он даст им найти Себя.But in their distress they turned to the LORD, the God of Israel, and sought Him, and He was found by them.

5В эти времена не будет мира ни выходящему, ни входящему, потому что великие волнения будут у жителей всех земель.In those days there was no safety for travelers, because the residents of the lands had many conflicts.

6Народ будет сражаться с народом, а город с городом, потому что Бог приведёт их в смятение разными бедствиями.Nation was crushed by nation, and city by city, for God afflicted them with all kinds of adversity.

7Но вы укрепитесь, и пусть не ослабевают ваши руки, потому что за ваши дела есть расплата».But as for you, be strong; do not be discouraged, for your work will be rewarded.”

8Когда Аса услышал эти слова и пророчество Азарии, сына пророка Одеда, он ободрился, уничтожил языческие мерзости со всех земель Иуды и Вениамина и из городов, которые он взял на горе Ефрема, и обновил жертвенник Господа, который перед притвором Господа.When Asa heard these words and the prophecy of Azariah son of Oded the prophet, he took courage and removed the detestable idols from the whole land of Judah and Benjamin and from the cities he had captured in the hill country of Ephraim. He then restored the altar of the LORD that was in front of the portico of the LORD’s temple.

9Он собрал всех: Иуду, Вениамина и живущих с ними переселенцев от Ефрема, Манассии и Симеона, потому что многие от Израиля перешли к нему, когда увидели, что с ним Господь, его Бог.And he assembled all Judah and Benjamin, along with those from the tribes of Ephraim, Manasseh, and Simeon who had settled among them, for great numbers had come over to him from Israel when they saw that the LORD his God was with him.

10В третий месяц пятнадцатого года царствования Асы все собрались в Иерусалиме,So they gathered together in Jerusalem in the third month of the fifteenth year of Asa’s reign.

11и принесли в тот день жертву Господу из добычи, которую привели: семьсот голов из крупного скота и семь тысяч из мелкого скота.At that time they sacrificed to the LORD seven hundred oxen and seven thousand sheep from all the plunder they had brought back.

12И от всего своего сердца и от всей души вступили в завет, чтобы найти Господа, Бога своих отцов.Then they entered into a covenant to seek the LORD, the God of their fathers, with all their heart and soul.

13А тот, кто не станет искать Господа, Бога Израиля, должен умереть, молодой он или старый, мужчина или женщина.And whoever would not seek the LORD, the God of Israel, would be put to death, whether young or old, man or woman.

14Клялись Господу громко, с криками, при звуке труб и рогов.They took an oath to the LORD with a loud voice, with shouting, trumpets, and rams’ horns.

15Все иудеи радовались этой клятве, потому что от всего сердца клялись и со всем усердием искали Его. И Он дал им Себя найти. Господь дал им покой со всех сторон.And all Judah rejoiced over the oath, for they had sworn it with all their heart. They had sought Him earnestly, and He was found by them. So the LORD gave them rest on every side.

16Царь Аса лишил царского достоинства Мааху, свою мать, за то, что она сделала языческое божество для дубравы. Аса разрушил её языческое божество, порубил его в куски и сжёг в долине Кедрон.King Asa also removed his grandmother Maacah from her position as queen mother because she had made a detestable Asherah pole. Asa chopped down the pole, crushed it, and burned it in the Kidron Valley.

17Хотя высоты в Израиле не были отменены, сердце Асы было очень предано Господу всю его жизнь.The high places were not removed from Israel, but Asa’s heart was fully devoted all his days.

18Он внёс в дом Бога серебро, золото и сосуды, посвящённые им и его отцом.And he brought into the house of God the silver and gold and the articles that he and his father had dedicated.

19И не было войны до тридцать пятого года царствования Асы.And there was no war until the thirty-fifth year of Asa’s reign.
