Jeremiah 26 (ROB)

1В начале царствования иудейского царя Иоакима, сына Иосии, было такое слово от Господа:At the beginning of the reign of Jehoiakim son of Josiah king of Judah, this word came from the LORD:

2«Так говорит Господь: "Встань на дворе дома Господа и скажи всем городам Иудеи, приходящим на поклонение в дом Господа. Скажи все те слова, какие Я повелю тебе сказать им. Не убавь ни слова.“This is what the LORD says: Stand in the courtyard of the house of the LORD and speak all the words I have commanded you to speak to all the cities of Judah who come to worship there. Do not omit a word.

3Может быть, они послушают и отвернутся каждый от своего злого пути. Тогда Я отменю то бедствие, которое думаю им сделать за их злые дела.Perhaps they will listen and turn—each from his evil way of life—so that I may relent of the disaster I am planning to bring upon them because of the evil of their deeds.

4Скажи им: "Так говорит Господь: "Если вы не послушаетесь Меня в том, чтобы поступать по Моему закону, который Я дал вам,And you are to tell them that this is what the LORD says: ‘If you do not listen to Me and walk in My law, which I have set before you,

5чтобы внимательно слушать слова Моих слуг, пророков, которых Я посылаю к вам, посылаю с раннего утра, но вы их не слушаете,and if you do not listen to the words of My servants the prophets, whom I have sent you again and again even though you did not listen,

6то с этим домом Я сделаю то же, что с Силомом, и этот город отдам на проклятие всем народам земли"».then I will make this house like Shiloh, and I will make this city an object of cursing among all the nations of the earth.’”

7Священники, пророки и весь народ слушали Иеремию, когда он говорил эти слова в доме Господа.Now the priests and prophets and all the people heard Jeremiah speaking these words in the house of the LORD,

8И когда Иеремия сказал всё, что Господь повелел ему сказать всему народу, тогда священники, пророки и весь народ схватили его и сказали ему: «Ты должен умереть.and as soon as he had finished telling all the people everything the LORD had commanded him to say, the priests and prophets and all the people seized him, shouting, “You must surely die!

9Зачем ты пророчествуешь именем Господа и говоришь: "Этот дом будет как Силом, а этот город опустеет, останется без жителей?"» И собрался весь народ вокруг Иеремии в доме Господа.How dare you prophesy in the name of the LORD that this house will become like Shiloh and this city will be desolate and deserted!” And all the people assembled against Jeremiah in the house of the LORD.

10Когда иудейские правители услышали все эти слова, то пришли из царского дома к дому Господа и сели у входа перед новыми воротами дома Господа.When the officials of Judah heard these things, they went up from the king’s palace to the house of the LORD and sat there at the entrance of the New Gate.

11Тогда священники и пророки так сказали правителям и всему народу: "Смертный приговор этому человеку! За то, что он пророчествовал об этом городе, что вы и слышали своими ушами".Then the priests and prophets said to the officials and all the people, “This man is worthy of death, for he has prophesied against this city, as you have heard with your own ears!”

12И сказал Иеремия всем правителям и всему народу: «Господь послал меня пророчествовать об этом доме и об этом городе все те слова, которые вы слышали.But Jeremiah said to all the officials and all the people, “The LORD sent me to prophesy against this house and against this city all the words that you have heard.

13Итак, исправьте ваши пути и ваши дела и послушайтесь голоса Господа, вашего Бога, и Господь отменит бедствие, которое произнёс на вас.So now, correct your ways and deeds, and obey the voice of the LORD your God, so that He might relent of the disaster He has pronounced against you.

14А что касается меня— вот я, в ваших руках, делайте со мной то, что покажется правильным и справедливым в ваших глазах.As for me, here I am in your hands; do to me what you think is good and right.

15Только твёрдо знайте, что если вы убьёте меня, то на себя, на этот город и на его жителей вы возложите вину за невинную кровь. Ведь, истинно, Господь послал меня к вам сказать в ваши уши все эти слова».But know for certain that if you put me to death, you will bring innocent blood upon yourselves, upon this city, and upon its residents; for truly the LORD has sent me to speak all these words in your hearing.”

16Тогда правители и весь народ сказали священникам и пророкам: «Этот человек не заслуживает смертного приговора, потому что он говорил нам от имени Господа, нашего Бога».Then the officials and all the people told the priests and prophets, “This man is not worthy of death, for he has spoken to us in the name of the LORD our God!”

17Некоторые из старейшин этой земли встали и сказали всему народному собранию:Some of the elders of the land stood up and said to the whole assembly of the people,

18«Во времена правления иудейского царя Езекии пророчествовал морасфитянин Михей. Он сказал всему иудейскому народу: "Так говорит Господь Саваоф: "Сион будет вспахан, как поле, Иерусалим станет грудой развалин, и гора этого дома станет лесистым холмом".“Micah the Moreshite prophesied in the days of Hezekiah king of Judah and told all the people of Judah that this is what the LORD of Hosts says: ‘Zion will be plowed like a field, Jerusalem will become a heap of rubble, and the temple mount a wooded ridge.’

19Разве иудейский царь Езекия и весь Иуда убили его за это? Не побоялся ли он Господа и не умолял ли Его? И Господь отменил бедствие, которое произнёс на них. А мы хотим совершить большое зло нашим душам?"Did Hezekiah king of Judah or anyone else in Judah put him to death? Did Hezekiah not fear the LORD and seek His favor, and did not the LORD relent of the disaster He had pronounced against them? But we are about to bring great harm on ourselves!”

20От имени Господа пророчествовал также и некто Урия из Кириаф-Иарима, сын Шемаии. Он пророчествовал об этом городе и об этой земле точно такими же словами, как Иеремия.Now there was another man prophesying in the name of the LORD, Uriah son of Shemaiah from Kiriath-jearim. He prophesied against this city and against this land the same things that Jeremiah did.

21Когда его слова услышали царь Иоаким, все его военачальники и все его правители, то царь захотел убить его. Услышав об этом, Урия испугался, убежал и скрылся в Египте.King Jehoiakim and all his mighty men and officials heard his words, and the king sought to put him to death. But when Uriah found out about it, he fled in fear and went to Egypt.

22Но царь Иоаким послал людей и в Египет: Елнафана, сына Ахбора, и людей с ним.Then King Jehoiakim sent men to Egypt: Elnathan son of Achbor along with some other men.

23Урию вывели из Египта и привели его к царю Иоакиму. Он убил его мечом и бросил его труп, где были гробницы бедняков».They brought Uriah out of Egypt and took him to King Jehoiakim, who had him put to the sword and his body thrown into the burial place of the common people.

24Но рука Ахикама, сына Сафана, была за Иеремию, чтобы не отдавать его в руки народа на убийство.Nevertheless, Ahikam son of Shaphan supported Jeremiah, so he was not handed over to the people to be put to death.
