1 ROB Господь сказал Иисусу: BSB BSB: Then the LORD said to Joshua,
2 ROB «Скажи сыновьям Израиля: "Сделайте у себя города-убежища, о которых Я говорил вам через Моисея, BSB BSB: “Tell the Israelites to designate the cities of refuge, as I instructed you through Moses,
3 ROB чтобы мог убежать туда убийца, убивший человека по ошибке, неумышленно. И будут для вас убежищем от мстящего за кровь. BSB BSB: so that anyone who kills another unintentionally or accidentally may flee there. These will be your refuge from the avenger of blood.
4 ROB И кто убежит в один из этих городов, пусть встанет у ворот города и расскажет своё дело вслух старейшинам этого города. Они примут его к себе в город и дадут ему место, чтобы он жил у них. BSB BSB: When someone flees to one of these cities, stands at the entrance of the city gate, and states his case before its elders, they are to bring him into the city and give him a place to live among them.
5 ROB Когда погонится за ним мстящий за кровь, то они не должны выдавать убийцу в его руки, потому что он неумышленно убил своего ближнего, не имел к нему ненависти раньше. BSB BSB: Now if the avenger of blood pursues him, they must not surrender the manslayer into his hand, because that man killed his neighbor accidentally without prior malice.
6 ROB Пусть он живёт в этом городе, пока не предстанет перед обществом на суд, пока не умрёт великий священник, который будет в те дни. А потом пусть убийца вернётся и пойдёт в свой город и в свой дом, в город, из которого он убежал"». BSB BSB: He is to stay in that city until he stands trial before the assembly and until the death of the high priest serving at that time. Then the manslayer may return to his own home in the city from which he fled.”
7 ROB И отделили Кедес в Галилее на горе Неффалима, Сихем на горе Ефрема, и Кириаф-Арбы, иначе Хеврон, на горе Иуды. BSB BSB: So they set apart Kedesh in Galilee in the hill country of Naphtali, Shechem in the hill country of Ephraim, and Kiriath-arba (that is, Hebron) in the hill country of Judah.
8 ROB За Иорданом, напротив Иерихона к востоку, отделили: Бецер в пустыне, на равнине, от колена Рувима, и Рамоф в Галааде от колена Гада, и Голан в Васане от колена Манассии. BSB BSB: And beyond the Jordan, east of Jericho, they designated Bezer on the wilderness plateau from the tribe of Reuben, Ramoth in Gilead from the tribe of Gad, and Golan in Bashan from the tribe of Manasseh.
9 ROB Эти города назначены для всех сыновей Израиля и для чужеземцев, живущих у них, чтобы убегал туда каждый, убивший человека по ошибке, чтобы не умер он от руки мстящего за кровь, пока не предстанет перед обществом. BSB BSB: These are the cities appointed for all the Israelites and foreigners among them, so that anyone who kills a person unintentionally may flee there and not die by the hand of the avenger of blood prior to standing trial before the assembly.
