1В первый день недели, взяв приготовленные ароматы, они пришли к гробнице очень раноOn the first day of the week, very early in the morning, the women came to the tomb, bringing the spices they had prepared.

2и увидели, что камень отвален от гробницы.They found the stone rolled away from the tomb,

3Войдя внутрь, не обнаружили тела Господа Иисуса.but when they entered, they did not find the body of the Lord Jesus.

4Когда они стояли в растерянности из- за этого, вдруг перед ними появились двое мужчин в сверкающих одеждах.While they were puzzling over this, suddenly two men in radiant apparel stood beside them.

5Когда они в страхе склонились лицом к земле, те сказали им:«Почему вы ищете живого среди мёртвых?As the women bowed their faces to the ground in terror, the two men asked them, “Why do you look for the living among the dead?

6Его здесь нет: Он воскрес. Вспомните, когда Иисус был ещё в Галилее,He is not here; He has risen! Remember how He told you while He was still in Galilee:

7то Он говорил вам о том, что Сын Человеческий будет отдан в руки грешных людей, будет распят и на третий день воскреснет».‘The Son of Man must be delivered into the hands of sinful men, and be crucified, and on the third day rise again.’”

8Они вспомнили Его слова.Then they remembered His words.

9Вернувшись от гробницы, сообщили всё это одиннадцати и всем другим.And when they returned from the tomb, they reported all these things to the Eleven and to all the others.

10Это были Мария Магдалина, Иоанна, Мария— мать Иакова, и с ними другие, которые рассказали об этом апостолам.It was Mary Magdalene, Joanna, Mary the mother of James, and the other women with them who told this to the apostles.

11Их слова показались им бессмысленными, и они не поверили им.But their words seemed like nonsense to them, and they did not believe the women.

12Но Пётр встал и побежал к гробнице, где, наклонившись, увидел только лежащее полотно и вернулся, удивляясь про себя случившемуся.Peter, however, got up and ran to the tomb. And after bending down and seeing only the linen cloths, he went away, wondering to himself what had happened.

13В тот же день двое из них шли в селение Эммаус, находящееся в шестидесяти стадиях от Иерусалима,That same day two of them were going to a village called Emmaus, about seven miles from Jerusalem.

14и разговаривали друг с другом обо всех этих событиях.They were talking with each other about everything that had happened.

15Когда они беседовали и рассуждали между собой, Сам Иисус, приблизившись, пошёл с ними.And as they talked and deliberated, Jesus Himself came up and walked along with them.

16Но их глаза были словно ослеплены, поэтому они не узнали Его.But their eyes were kept from recognizing Him.

17Он спросил их:«О чём это вы по дороге рассуждаете между собой?» Они остановились, находясь в печали.He asked them, “What are you discussing so intently as you walk along?” They stood still, with sadness on their faces.

18Один из них, по имени Клеопа, сказал Ему в ответ:«Ты, наверное, единственный из пришедших в Иерусалим, который не знает о произошедшем в нём в эти дни».One of them, named Cleopas, asked Him, “Are You the only visitor to Jerusalem who does not know the things that have happened there in recent days?”

19Он спросил их:«О чём именно?» Они ответили Ему:«О том, что случилось с Иисусом из Назарета, Который был пророком, сильным в деле и слове перед Богом и всем народом.“What things?” He asked. “The events involving Jesus of Nazareth,” they answered. “This man was a prophet, powerful in speech and action before God and all the people.

20И как наши первосвященники и начальники осудили Его на смерть и распяли.Our chief priests and rulers delivered Him up to the sentence of death, and they crucified Him.

21А мы надеялись, что Он именно Тот, Кто должен освободить Израиль. Но вот, сегодня уже третий день, как это произошло.But we were hoping He was the One who would redeem Israel. And besides all this, it is the third day since these things took place.

22А тут ещё некоторые наши женщины смутили нас: они были рано у гробницыFurthermore, some of our women astounded us. They were at the tomb early this morning,

23и не нашли Его тело. Вернувшись, рассказали, что им явились ангелы, которые говорили, что Он жив.but they did not find His body. They came and told us they had seen a vision of angels, who said that Jesus was alive.

24Некоторые из наших пошли к гробнице и обнаружили всё так, как говорили женщины. Но Его не видели».Then some of our companions went to the tomb and found it just as the women had described. But Him they did not see.”

25Тогда Он сказал им:«О, неразумные и медленные сердцем, чтобы верить всему, что предсказывали пророки!Then Jesus said to them, “O foolish ones, and slow of heart to believe all that the prophets have spoken!

26Разве не так должен был пострадать Христос и войти в Свою славу?»Was it not necessary for the Christ to suffer these things and then to enter His glory?”

27И, начав от Моисея, объяснял им сказанное о Нём всеми пророками во всём Писании.And beginning with Moses and all the Prophets, He explained to them what was written in all the Scriptures about Himself.

28Они подходили к тому селению, в которое шли, и Он сделал вид, что хочет идти дальше.As they approached the village where they were headed, He seemed to be going farther.

29Но они уговаривали Его:«Останься с нами, потому что день уже подходит к концу и наступает вечер». Он вошёл и остался с ними.But they pleaded with Him, “Stay with us, for it is nearly evening and the day is almost over.” So He went in to stay with them.

30Когда Иисус возлежал с ними за трапезой, то взял хлеб, благословил, разделил и подал им.While He was reclining at the table with them, He took bread, spoke a blessing and broke it, and gave it to them.

31Тогда открылись у них глаза, и они узнали Его. Но Он стал невидим для них,Then their eyes were opened and they recognized Jesus—and He disappeared from their sight.

32и они сказали друг другу:«Разве не горели наши сердца, когда Он говорил с нами по дороге и когда объяснял нам Писание?»They asked each other, “Were not our hearts burning within us as He spoke with us on the road and opened the Scriptures to us?”

33И тут же, встав, вернулись в Иерусалим и нашли одиннадцать апостолов вместе и тех, кто были с ними.And they got up that very hour and returned to Jerusalem. There they found the Eleven and those with them, gathered together

34Те сказали им, что Господь действительно воскрес и явился Симону.and saying, “The Lord has indeed risen and has appeared to Simon!”

35А они рассказали о произошедшем по пути, и как они узнали Его по преломлению хлеба.Then the two told what had happened on the road, and how they had recognized Jesus in the breaking of the bread.

36Когда они ещё говорили об этом, Сам Иисус явился среди них и сказал им:«Мир вам».While they were describing these events, Jesus Himself stood among them and said, “Peace be with you.”

37Они растерялись и испугались, думая, что видят дух.But they were startled and frightened, thinking they had seen a spirit.

38Но Он сказал им:«Что вы так испугались? Почему такие мысли приходят к вам в сердце?“Why are you troubled,” Jesus asked, “and why do doubts arise in your hearts?

39Посмотрите на Мои руки и на Мои ноги— это Я. Потрогайте Меня и рассмотрите. Ведь у духа нет плоти и костей, как есть у Меня».Look at My hands and My feet. It is I Myself. Touch Me and see—for a spirit does not have flesh and bones, as you see I have.”

40Сказав это, показал им руки и ноги.And when He had said this, He showed them His hands and feet.

41Когда они удивлялись и от радости ещё не верили, Иисус спросил у них:«У вас есть какая- нибудь еда?»While they were still in disbelief because of their joy and amazement, He asked them, “Do you have anything here to eat?”

42Они дали Ему часть печёной рыбы и сотовый мёд.So they gave Him a piece of broiled fish,

43Он взял и ел перед ними.and He took it and ate it in front of them.

44Затем сказал им:«Вот о чём Я говорил вам, когда ещё был с вами: что должно исполниться всё, написанное обо Мне в законе Моисея, пророках и псалмах».Jesus said to them, “These are the words I spoke to you while I was still with you: Everything must be fulfilled that is written about Me in the Law of Moses, the Prophets, and the Psalms.”

45Тогда открыл их разум к пониманию Писания. И сказал им:Then He opened their minds to understand the Scriptures.

46«Так написано, и так должен был пострадать Христос и на третий день воскреснуть из мёртвых,And He told them, “This is what is written: The Christ will suffer and rise from the dead on the third day,

47и должно быть проповедано во имя Его покаяние и прощение грехов во всех народах, начиная с Иерусалима.and in His name repentance and forgiveness of sins will be proclaimed to all nations, beginning in Jerusalem.

48И вы тому свидетели.You are witnesses of these things.

49Я посылаю вам обещанное Моим Отцом, а вы оставайтесь в городе Иерусалиме, пока не примете силу свыше».And behold, I am sending the promise of My Father upon you. But remain in the city until you have been clothed with power from on high.”

50И выведя их из города до Вифании, поднял Свои руки и благословил их.When Jesus had led them out as far as Bethany, He lifted up His hands and blessed them.

51И, когда благословлял их, стал удаляться от них и возноситься на небо.While He was blessing them, He left them and was carried up into heaven.

52Они поклонились Ему и с великой радостью вернулись в Иерусалим.And they worshiped Him and returned to Jerusalem with great joy,

53И находились всегда в храме, прославляя и благословляя Бога. Аминь.praising God continually in the temple.
