Obadiah 1 (ROB)

1Видение Авдия. Так говорит Господь Бог о Едоме:«Мы услышали весть от Господа, и посол был послан объявить народам:" Вставайте, выступим против него войной!"This is the vision of Obadiah: This is what the Lord GOD says about Edom—We have heard a message from the LORD; an envoy has been sent among the nations to say, “Rise up, and let us go to battle against her!”—

2Я сделал тебя малым между народами, и ты в большом презрении.“Behold, I will make you small among the nations; you will be deeply despised.

3Гордость твоего сердца обольстила тебя. Ты живёшь в ущельях скал, на возвышенном месте, и говоришь в твоём сердце:" Кто сбросит меня на землю?"The pride of your heart has deceived you, O dwellers in the clefts of the rocks whose habitation is the heights, who say in your heart, ‘Who can bring me down to the ground?’

4Даже если бы ты как орёл поднялся высоко и устроил среди звёзд твоё гнездо, то и оттуда Я тебя сброшу,— говорит Господь.—Though you soar like the eagle and make your nest among the stars, even from there I will bring you down,” declares the LORD.

5Разве воры приходили к тебе? Разве ночные грабители приходили, что ты так разорён? Но они украли бы столько, сколько им надо. Если бы к тебе проникли сборщики винограда, то разве они не оставили бы несколько ягод?“If thieves came to you, if robbers by night—oh, how you will be ruined—would they not steal only what they wanted? If grape gatherers came to you, would they not leave some gleanings?

6Как всё обобрано у Исава, и обысканы его тайники!But how Esau will be pillaged, his hidden treasures sought out!

7До границы выпроводят тебя все твои союзники, обманут тебя, одолеют тебя те, кто живёт с тобой в мире. Тебе поставят ловушку те, кто ест твой хлеб. Нет в нём смысла.All the men allied with you will drive you to the border; the men at peace with you will deceive and overpower you. Those who eat your bread will set a trap for you without your awareness of it.

8Разве это будет не в тот день, когда Я уничтожу мудрецов в Едоме и благоразумных на горе Исава?— говорит Господь.—In that day, declares the LORD, will I not destroy the wise men of Edom and the men of understanding in the mountains of Esau?

9Феман, твои храбрецы будут поражены страхом, чтобы все на горе Исава были уничтожены убийством.Then your mighty men, O Teman, will be terrified, so that everyone in the mountains of Esau will be cut down in the slaughter.

10За притеснение твоего брата Иакова тебя покроет стыд, и ты будешь уничтожен навсегда.Because of the violence against your brother Jacob, you will be covered with shame and cut off forever.

11В тот день, когда ты стоял напротив, в тот день, когда чужие уводили его войско в плен, чужеземцы вошли в его ворота и бросали жребий об Иерусалиме, ты был как один из них.On the day you stood aloof while strangers carried off his wealth and foreigners entered his gate and cast lots for Jerusalem, you were just like one of them.

12Тебе не следовало смотреть на день твоего брата, на день его отстранения. Не следовало радоваться в день гибели сыновей Иуды и открывать рот в день бедствия.But you should not gloat in that day, your brother’s day of misfortune, nor rejoice over the people of Judah in the day of their destruction, nor boast proudly in the day of their distress.

13Не следовало тебе входить в ворота Моего народа в день его несчастья, смотреть на зло, происходящее в день его гибели, касаться его имущества в день бедствия,You should not enter the gate of My people in the day of their disaster, nor gloat over their affliction in the day of their disaster, nor loot their wealth in the day of their disaster.

14стоять на перекрёстках, чтобы убивать бежавших, выдавать уцелевших из Моего народа в день бедствия.Nor should you stand at the crossroads to cut off their fugitives, nor deliver up their survivors in the day of their distress.

15Потому что близок день Господа на все народы: как ты поступал, так и с тобой поступят. Расплата за твои дела вернётся на твою же голову.For the Day of the LORD is near for all the nations. As you have done, it will be done to you; your recompense will return upon your own head.

16Ведь как вы пили на Моей святой горе, так и все народы всегда будут пить. Будут пить, проглотят и будут, как будто их и не было.For as you drank on My holy mountain, so all the nations will drink continually. They will drink and gulp it down; they will be as if they had never existed.

17А на горе Сион будет спасение, и она будет святыней. Дом Иакова получит во владение своё наследство.But on Mount Zion there will be deliverance, and it will be holy, and the house of Jacob will reclaim their possession.

18Дом Иакова будет огнём, дом Иосифа— пламенем, а дом Исава— соломой: его подожгут и уничтожат его, и никого не останется из дома Исава, потому что так сказал Господь.Then the house of Jacob will be a blazing fire, and the house of Joseph a burning flame; but the house of Esau will be stubble—Jacob will set it ablaze and consume it. Therefore no survivor will remain from the house of Esau.” For the LORD has spoken.

19Те, кто живёт на юге, завладеют горой Исава, а те, кто в долине,— филистимлянами. Завладеют полем Ефрема и полем Самарии, а Вениамин завладеет Галаадом.Those from the Negev will possess the mountains of Esau; those from the foothills will possess the land of the Philistines. They will occupy the fields of Ephraim and Samaria, and Benjamin will possess Gilead.

20И переселённые из войска сыновей Израиля завладеют ханаанской землёй до Сарепты, а переселённые из Иерусалима, находящиеся в Сефараде, получат во владение южные города.And the exiles of this host of the Israelites will possess the land of the Canaanites as far as Zarephath; and the exiles from Jerusalem who are in Sepharad will possess the cities of the Negev.

21Избавители придут на гору Сион, чтобы судить гору Исава, и будет царство Господа».The deliverers will ascend Mount Zion to rule over the mountains of Esau. And the kingdom will belong to the LORD.
