4 ULB Многие из услышавших слово уверовали, и было таких мужчин около пяти тысяч. BSB BSB: But many who heard the message believed, and the number of men grew to about five thousand.
5 ULB На другой день собрались в Иерусалиме и их начальники, и старейшины, и книжники, BSB BSB: The next day the rulers, elders, and scribes assembled in Jerusalem,
6 ULB и первосвященник Анна, и Каиафа, и Иоанн, и Александр, и другие из рода первосвященников. BSB BSB: along with Annas the high priest, Caiaphas, John, Alexander, and many others from the high priest’s family.
7 ULB Поставив их посреди, спрашивали: «Какой силой или каким именем вы это сделали?» BSB BSB: They had Peter and John brought in and began to question them: “By what power or what name did you do this?”
8 ULB Тогда Пётр, исполнившись Святого Духа, сказал им: «Начальники народа и старейшины Израиля! BSB BSB: Then Peter, filled with the Holy Spirit, said to them, “Rulers and elders of the people!
9 ULB Если мы сегодня подвергаемся допросу за доброе дело больному человеку― каким образом он исцелён,― BSB BSB: If we are being examined today about a kind service to a man who was lame, to determine how he was healed,
10 ULB то пусть будет известно всем вам и всему израильскому народу, что именем Иисуса Христа Назорея, Которого вы распяли и Которого Бог воскресил из мёртвых,― Им поставлен он здоровым перед вами. BSB BSB: then let this be known to all of you and to all the people of Israel: It is by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom you crucified but whom God raised from the dead, that this man stands before you healed.
11 ULB Это и есть камень, пренебрежённый вами, строящими, но ставший основой угла. BSB BSB: This Jesus is ‘the stone you builders rejected, which has become the cornerstone.’
13 ULB Видя смелость Петра и Иоанна и подметив, что они люди неучёные и простые, они удивлялись и в то же время узнавали в них тех, кто были с Иисусом. BSB BSB: When they saw the boldness of Peter and John and realized that they were unschooled, ordinary men, they marveled and took note that these men had been with Jesus.
14 ULB Видя же стоящего с ними исцелённого человека, ничего не могли сказать против них. BSB BSB: And seeing the man who had been healed standing there with them, they had nothing to say in response.
15 ULB И, приказав им выйти вон из синедриона, совещались между собой BSB BSB: So they ordered them to leave the Sanhedrin and then conferred together.
16 ULB и говорили: «Что нам делать с этими людьми? Так как всему населению Иерусалима стало известно, что ими сделано явное чудо, и мы не можем отрицать этого, BSB BSB: “What shall we do with these men?” they asked. “It is clear to everyone living in Jerusalem that a remarkable miracle has occurred through them, and we cannot deny it.
17 ULB но, чтобы в народе больше это не распространялось, давайте, пригрозив, запретим им, говорить об этом имени кому-либо из людей. BSB BSB: But to keep this message from spreading any further among the people, we must warn them not to speak to anyone in this name.”
18 ULB И, призвав их, приказали им вообще не говорить и не учить об имени Иисуса. BSB BSB: Then they called them in again and commanded them not to speak or teach at all in the name of Jesus.
19 ULB Но Пётр и Иоанн сказали им в ответ: «Рассудите сами, справедливо ли перед Богом слушаться вас больше, чем Бога? BSB BSB: But Peter and John replied, “Judge for yourselves whether it is right in God’s sight to listen to you rather than God.
20 ULB Мы не можем не говорить о том, что видели и слышали». BSB BSB: For we cannot stop speaking about what we have seen and heard.”
21 ULB Они же, продолжая угрожать им, отпустили их, не найдя возможности наказать из-за народа, потому что все прославляли Бога за происшедшее. BSB BSB: After further threats they let them go. They could not find a way to punish them, because all the people were glorifying God for what had happened.
22 ULB Ведь человеку, с которым произошло это чудо исцеления, было больше сорока лет. BSB BSB: For the man who was miraculously healed was over forty years old.
23 ULB Когда их отпустили, они пришли к своим и пересказали, что говорили им первосвященники и старейшины. BSB BSB: On their release, Peter and John returned to their own people and reported everything that the chief priests and elders had said to them.
24 ULB Они же, выслушав, единодушно громко сказали Богу: «Господи Боже, сотворивший небо и землю, и море и всё, что в них! BSB BSB: When the believers heard this, they lifted up their voices to God with one accord. “Sovereign Lord,” they said, “You made the heaven and the earth and the sea and everything in them.
25 ULB Ты через нашего отца Давида, Твоего слуги, сказал Святым Духом: "Что разбушевались язычники, и народы замышляют бессмысленное? BSB BSB: You spoke by the Holy Spirit through the mouth of Your servant, our father David: ‘Why do the nations rage and the peoples plot in vain?
26 ULB Восстали земные цари, и правители собрались вместе против Господа и Помазанника Его". BSB BSB: The kings of the earth take their stand and the rulers gather together against the Lord and against His Anointed One.’
28 ULB чтобы сделать то, чему было предопределено случиться Твоей волей и Твоей рукой. BSB BSB: They carried out what Your hand and will had decided beforehand would happen.
29 ULB И теперь, Господи, посмотри на их угрозы, и дай Твоим рабам со всей смелостью говорить Твоё слово, BSB BSB: And now, Lord, consider their threats, and enable Your servants to speak Your word with complete boldness,
30 ULB тогда как Ты простираешь Твою руку на исцеления, знамения и чудеса, которые совершаются через имя Твоего Святого Слуги Иисуса». BSB BSB: as You stretch out Your hand to heal and perform signs and wonders through the name of Your holy servant Jesus.”
31 ULB По их молитве, содрогнулось место, где они собрались. Все исполнились Святого Духа и говорили Божье слово со смелостью. BSB BSB: After they had prayed, their meeting place was shaken, and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and spoke the word of God boldly.
33 ULB Апостолы с великой силой свидетельствовали о воскресении Господа Иисуса Христа, и великая благодать была на всех них. BSB BSB: With great power the apostles continued to give their testimony about the resurrection of the Lord Jesus. And abundant grace was upon them all.
34 ULB Не было между ними кого-либо нуждающегося, потому что все, владеющие землями или домами, продавая их, приносили вырученные деньги BSB BSB: There were no needy ones among them, because those who owned lands or houses would sell their property, bring the proceeds from the sales,
35 ULB и клали к ногам апостолов. И распределялось каждому, кто в чём имел нужду. BSB BSB: and lay them at the apostles’ feet for distribution to anyone as he had need.
37 ULB у которого было своё поле, продав его, принёс деньги и положил к ногам апостолов. BSB BSB: sold a field he owned, brought the money, and laid it at the apostles’ feet.
